Our plans to Quebec City by VIA rail arrives quite late at night so decided to stay at a major chain hotel where it’s easier to find the way. Hilton Quebec is just 5minutes drive from the VIA Rail Canada station, yet it’s on a steep hillside ( and it’s located right outside of the Old Quebec fort ), you will be climbing up and down the hills in order to go sightseeing the Old Quebec.
Hilton overall are very reliable major-chain hotels worldwide, but at the same time it won’t have any particular charms of the local uniqueness of the region, so if you are looking for a charming place resembling Old Quebec, this place might not be your first choice.. but anyways we liked our stay here because of a hot shower and clean rooms for a reasonable prices.
Our room was facing opposite the famous Le Chateau Frontenac view, so it’s better to request beforehand if you are keen on staying on the Chateau view.

I stay at this hotel very frequently. It is extremely convenient and accessible as it's right next to the station. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, and the place is very clean and tidy. The swimming pool here also has its own unique charm. The indoor lounge is also fantastic. The restaurant is good as well. All in all, it's my favorite hotel, and I highly
recommend it to you.

The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained.
But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)

Had a budget-friendly stay at this hotel, situated about 15 minutes away from Old Quebec by car. The room was modest in size, and the overall condition was okay. Despite not being very close to the main attractions, the low price point and complimentary breakfast make it a reasonable choice for those looking for an affordable and light stay.

An absolutely beautiful property! Book this hotel if you want a boutique type experience with excellent service from absolutely all the staff, the most comfortable bedding, delicious breakfast and coffee. The furnishings are all custom made by local artisans and many of the original woodwork and fireplaces are intact. Just gorgeous! And steps away from the Chateau Frontenac, dining, walks along the Plains of Abraham and everything Quebec City offers. Thank you Paule and Raphaelle!

La camera è pulita e pulita, e la posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Buona distanza a piedi dalla maggior parte dei luoghi che voglio andare. L'unica cosa è che l'AC è un po' alto, e ho cercato di impostare la temperatura più alta, ma non sarebbe utile.

Anche la palestra e la sauna sono grandi!

Per la prima volta, si trova all'estero attraverso Trip.com.Molto soddisfatta.La posizione dell'hotel è buona, molto vicina alla città di Beijing di Lao, e è conveniente viaggiare da soli.Le strutture dell'hotel sono buone in tutti gli aspetti, ci sono caffè, tè e acqua calda tutto il giorno, molto conveniente, e la colazione è ricco. La prossima volta che andrà a Yubeiki, sceglierebbe di vivere in questo hotel.

UUtente ospiteI’ve been coming to Hotel Zero 1 for a few years, being the only hotel I book in Montreal due to its impeccable walkability. That being said, it’s unfortunate that it’s no longer shiny and new, you can really see the wear and tear over the years. If you want luxury you’re not going to find it here; however, it’s still a great place to stay for the action packed traveller who wants somewhere a bit nicer than a motel to stay. I booked knowing full well it wasn’t going to be the most amazing stay but it was not as bad as some of the Google reviews make it out to be- it’s just dated. The room was clean, check in and check out was easy, and even though the valet service is closed, the parkade they directed us to was safe and straightforward. I’d categorize this hotel as 3 stars as the amenities aren’t that great, but just know what you’re walking into, manage your expectations to that, and you will have a great stay.
It’s just kind of a shame to see a hotel that I have great memories in not keep up with maintaining the property. If they repaired the fabric on the bed, replaced the shower heads and updated with smart TVs, that would make a world of difference.
TLDR;
Pros: clean linens, cable tv, microwave and fridge in the room
Cons: dated technology, broken Roku, only one elevator for the whole building, no on site parking.

EEntengInaMoSamesun Montreal Hotel & Hostel has become my go-to place whenever I need to stay in Montreal before traveling the next day. The location couldn’t be better—right near the metro, bus stops, and the Gare d’autocars, which makes it so easy to get around or catch an early departure. The hostel is always clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It’s reliable, convenient, and takes the stress out of my travel days. Highly recommend!

UUtente ospiteThere are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping.
The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.
The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.

I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

However, we encountered two concerning issues that I feel compelled to share.
Firstly, during a shower, my father was almost burned due to a water temperature malfunction. The hot water did not come for a long time, and when he turned the tap fully to hot, it locked in place and could not be turned off. The hotel promptly sent a plumber to fix the issue and kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, the second issue deeply impacted our experience. During breakfast on our second morning, we were served by a staff member named Isabella. Her behavior was blatantly discriminatory. Although I attempted to engage with her, she refused to acknowledge me, instead directing all her attention to my father, a white middle-aged man. She refilled his coffee but ignored me entirely, despite us both finishing at the same time. When I requested the bill, she acted as if she did not understand me and again responded only when my father spoke.
This experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing, especially given the otherwise positive stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides training to ensure all guests are treated with equal respect, regardless of their background.

Non ha nemmeno lo spazzolino da denti / rasoio fornito. Non pantofole e l'aria condizionata è debole.
Il parcheggio è orribile. Non è consigliabile parcheggiare nel proprio garage. Schizzo **** e stretto con molti camion all'interno. Ci sono parcheggi al coperto molto migliori ed economici con sicurezza a 2 minuti a piedi (Indigo / centro Desjardin).
Non sceglierò mai più questo posto~
