Bulgaria: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Distretto di Sofia

We chose this hotel because of its location and spa. The room was a family room and it was very spacious with a lovely balcony and view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The communal areas around the hotel were nicely presented and the spa was good (although perhaps not the best compared to the other 5 stars). A few people did question the pool temperature and the fact that there was no jacuzzi. Breakfast was as expected although it felt a bit cramped- they could have laid out the food area better to prevent bottle neck queues. The main thing they could have improved on was the front desk service (left wanting) and restocking the complimentary water, tea and coffee (which they wouldn’t do despite us staying for 4 nights as a family and it being supposedly 5 star). That said, we would stay there again due to its location.

Ho prenotato questo hotel perché è abbastanza vicino all'ascensore gondola e è stato ragionevolmente costoso, ma ci sono stati alcuni negativi. Dopo aver prenotato una camera gemella, ci fu detto all'arrivo che c'era solo una piccola stanza con un letto a doppio a sinistra, quindi non dormivo bene condividendo un letto con mio figlio di 6 piedi (e mi battevo regolarmente la testa sul tetto). Anche il colazione era programmato per 8am-10am. (La mia preferenza sarebbe stata per le 7:30am). Tuttavia, nonostante l'arrivo alle 7:55am, gli elementi cucinati sembravano essere stati cucinati un po' prima e erano già freddi!

Francamente, abbiamo passato un bel fine settimana.   L’hotel è situato a pochi minuti in auto dal golf di Pravets e è nicchiato in un pannello di verdure.  Il standing è qui e dès l’entrée de l’hôtel.  La stanza era molto pulita, il letto estremamente morbido, la bagno aveva tutti gli articoli necessari come lo shampoo, gel da doccia, lavatoio... La piscina era di prima classe. Ho anche preso un massaggio classico con Daci e sono stata molto ben massaggiata.  Il colazione era eccellente e con vista sul lago.  L'unica cosa da rimproverarsi è:  - l’odore d’égoûts le mattina dans la salle de bains.  - il balcone pieno che nasconde la vista dalla stanza (5° piano)

Everything was great! The kids loved it very much. Nice secluded area near a nice forest!
