L'a&o Hotel Brussels offre sistemazioni convenienti e in posizione centrale, ideali per viaggiatori attenti al budget e gruppi. La posizione è comoda, a pochi passi dal centro città e dai mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono essenziali ma funzionali, con servizi adeguati. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, così come il servizio. Nel complesso, un'ottima scelta per i viaggiatori che privilegiano il prezzo e la posizione rispetto al lusso.

Hotel is located just next to the Midi train station, where you could enter it by the side door located near to Haagen Daaz in the station. As we arrived too early, we weren't allowed to check in hence we put the luggage at the concierge. When we returned to collect our luggage around 8pm after check in, we were shocked to find out that we need to locate our own luggages from 3 different storage room 🙄 Then, what was the luggage tag given to us served as? I find this super tedious tbh! Apart from this small hiccup, the rest of the stay was okay. However, there is no room slipper, toothbrush & toothpaste being provided in the room. Personally I find that both the mattress & pillows need to be replaced as they're too soft & thus I woke up with sore back.

Tutto sommato, la posizione eccellente, le camere confortevoli, i servizi completi e il personale cordiale rendono questo hotel una degna opzione di alloggio. Sebbene ci siano alcune aree di miglioramento, nel complesso ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole qui. Consiglierei questo hotel a viaggiatori che cercano comodità, comfort e un servizio attento.

stayed for 3nights. breakfast no variation. the reception could be more helpful and friendly. the cleaning personnel could be more meticulous, there were insufficient hand soap and bath shower on the second night. the complimentary bottled water only available upon arrival, should provide through the stay. the smart tv was useful to entertain my mum from crave for korean drama. overall experience ok.

La colazione è ricca, ma manca qualcosa di caldo! La stanza è grande con luce solare e accesso alla terrazza La barriera linguistica è il problema! Mi ci sono voluti due giorni per far capire all'addetto alle pulizie di non entrare da solo la mattina. Alla fine sono entrati con la forza e io indossavo solo biancheria intima!

The hotel is located not far from the Royal Palace right from a shopping street with trams. When I arrived there was only self service check in although there is a reception hidden at the back. No AMEX card was accepted only visa, Mastercard or European bank card which made paying harder than required. The room was clean but small and there was not even a cup or kettle in the room. Also no tv just one bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom has small shower and the floor seemed to be some sort of plastic cover. The light switch also switched off all power so in the morning my phone was not charged, I did notice later that there were in fact two buttons but as the are black it was hard to see. There is a seating area but as it was on the top floor the roof takes most space. On checking out I was told that there is a central kitchen area below stairs where you can get a cup or use the microwave but as there was nobody with check in I didn't find out. Price was reasonable for Brussels and it was close to my client it was satisfactory.

Very nice stay and the location is nice to travel around the city as it’s near the airport it is convenient for travelling abroad

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise,the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg,bacon,mushrooms,baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine,toast,cereals,yogurt,fruit and pastries with water,fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea,coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are,lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

L'hotel è di buona qualità, con personale amichevole e accogliente che si sono spostati per aiutarci, offrendo informazioni sui ristoranti locali e sui negozi di cioccolato. Tuttavia, in un quartiere di bar, c'è la possibilità di un rumore di notte tardiva da parte di persone sulle strade durante i fine settimana, che potrebbe essere un po' disturbante. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel non è ideale, richiedendo almeno 20 minuti per raggiungere il centro della città e 15 minuti per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria più vicina. Tuttavia, considerando il punto di prezzo, questi minori svantaggi sono accettabili.

L'hotel raccomandato dagli amici ha anche confrontato diversi altri hotel online. Questo è molto soddisfatto, indipendentemente dalla posizione, dalle strutture, dall'igiene, dall'ambiente o dal servizio, e cinque stelle sono lodati.
