Belgio: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Regione di Bruxelles-Capitale

Tutto perfetto , veramente un posto da consigliare. Ottima anche la posizione, dalla quale in pochi minuti a piedi si è in centro. Unico suggerimento, il letto matrimoniale sarebbe stato preferibile a due singoli. Grazie per la prossima volta !

L'arredamento degli interni dell'hotel è in stile anni '50. Sia le aree comuni che le camere sono molto pulite e ben tenute: un plauso al team delle pulizie per l'eccellente lavoro. Tuttavia, il servizio alla reception necessita di notevoli miglioramenti. All'arrivo, sembrava esserci un problema con il sistema informatico della reception. L'unica addetta al personale di turno era chiaramente consapevole che gli ospiti stavano aspettando per il check-in, eppure non ha nemmeno alzato lo sguardo. Anzi, ha tenuto la testa bassa e ha borbottato tra sé e sé per ben cinque minuti senza salutare nessuno. Oggi, al momento del check-out, ho chiesto a un'altra addetta alla reception una ricevuta (o qualsiasi documento che confermasse il saldo completo del soggiorno). Il suo atteggiamento è stato estremamente scortese e mi ha detto senza mezzi termini che non avevano il diritto di fornire tale documento, nemmeno via e-mail. Vorrei semplicemente dire a questa addetta alla reception: per favore, non trattate gli ospiti come se fossero ignoranti. Dopo averle spiegato con fermezza che avevo bisogno di una prova del rimborso del deposito, alla fine, con riluttanza, ha stampato il documento per me. Il personale della reception dell'Hilton Brussels necessita chiaramente di una formazione migliore. Purtroppo, questo sembra essere un problema comune in Europa: anche negli hotel di lusso, il personale di servizio è spesso scarsamente formato. L'hotel era grande. E' ben raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria e si arriva al centro della città in 30 minuti a piedi. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa e il letto è davvero confortevole. Gli unici effettivi svantaggi sono l'ascensore piccolo e che Netflix non ha funzionato sulla TV. Ma in generale, buon soggiorno e lo prenoterebbe di nuovo!

Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Midi, la camera è pulita. Ci vogliono circa 30 minuti per raggiungere a piedi la Grand Place e il Palazzo Reale di Bruxelles. Ci sono sicuramente più immigrati intorno a te, ma va bene stare attenti e puoi scegliere.

The hotel staff are friendly. Note that the hotel does not accept cash for payments, including the tourist tax for your stay. The hotel itself is nice, modern, and equipped with a lift. The hotel focuses on minimalism, so you won't find a closed-door wardrobe. Both the room and toilet are equipped with a heater. The bed and latex pillows are comfortable. They also provide branded Nuxe shampoo and handwash. Complimentary bottled water and coffee drinks are provided only on the first day of your stay. However, there are a few areas where the hotel fell below my expectations: No free slippers or toiletries (e.g., toothbrush and toothpaste) are provided. The water flow from the shower is weak, although still bearable. No fridge in the room. You need to request an electric kettle from the receptionist. (How much would it cost to place one in each room?) The most disappointing factor is that the air conditioner did not allow me to select ”cold” mode during my stay in mid-April—it only had ”heat” mode. Seriously? Also, if you plan to store your luggage overnight at the hotel, it won't be possible as they do not accept overnight storage. Location note: The hotel is located about 500 metres from Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid station. It can be quite scary walking from the train station to the hotel at night, as the surrounding area is occupied by African shops and residences. This may not be convenient for female travellers. If your budget allows, I suggest staying at the Pullman, which is adjacent to the train station, especially if you need to catch an early train the next day. Otherwise, consider staying near Grand Place.

Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

È un po' lontano dal centro città, ma le camere sono decenti e non affollate. I trasporti sono comodi, con una stazione della metropolitana nelle vicinanze e numerosi ristoranti. Le tariffe delle camere variano notevolmente, con prezzi più bassi nei fine settimana, probabilmente perché si trova nel quartiere amministrativo. Se state programmando un weekend a Bruxelles, questo hotel merita di essere preso in considerazione. Certo, Bruxelles non è molto grande e la posizione un po' lontana dal centro città è solo una questione di distanza a piedi.

È la mia seconda volta qui, e ancora una volta il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. La posizione è fantastica, vicino alla Grand Place e a soli 900 metri dalla stazione centrale. La colazione è buona. L'ascensore è un po' vecchio e può ospitare solo 2-3 persone. Ci sono molti ristoranti nei dintorni e si trova anche vicino al famoso negozio di patatine fritte.

Nella media, direi. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e i prezzi nel supermercato dietro l'hotel sono davvero convenienti, il che è fantastico. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, beh, mancano molte dotazioni di base: niente pantofole, niente spazzolino da denti o pettine, niente bollitore, niente bicchieri. Posso capire la mancanza di spazzolino, pettine e bollitore, dopotutto siamo in Europa, ma non avere nemmeno le pantofole e i bicchieri è inaccettabile. Il check-in si fa prima online e poi si ritira la chiave alla reception. L'orario di check-out alle 10 del mattino è per niente ragionevole. Dicono che aprirà nel 2025, ma in realtà credo sia stato solo ristrutturato.
