The room and infrastructure were decent, but the check-out front desk provided a masterclass in deliberate troublemaking. Despite booking for one person, we checked in as two. The front desk happily took our IDs and checked us in without a peep. But the next day, a different front desk clerk, evidently lacking any understanding of the situation, decided to inform us that an extra person would cost an additional 10 US dollars. Bravo! Such logic could only come from a true genius. Naturally, I was livid and had a heated argument with them. Their service attitude was stellar—extremely poor and unprofessional. If they intended to charge extra, why not inform us during check-in instead of springing this delightful surprise at check-out? Clearly, they’re connoisseurs of the fine art of annoying guests. I had initially thought well of the hotel, but thanks to this delightful front desk experience, all those positive feelings have been thoroughly obliterated. Rest assured, this hotel is now on my blacklist. I will make it my mission to advise my friends against staying here in the future. What a gem of an establishment—truly heartwarming and utterly revolting!

The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. The excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

The Zabeer Dhaka is a Luxurious Business hotel conveniently located within a minute's drive from The Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Best Luxurious hotel in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh, With excellent hospitality, we just enjoyed everything nice, and we were really happy, The rooftop restaurant was so good, the room service was excellent, restaurant staff was very professional, will visit it again. All staff are very friendly specially front office team are so helpful

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

Nuovo e moderno hotel nel centro della caotica Dhaka .Servizio di vigilanza ovunque e reception non grandissima con salottino bar annesso. Al primo piano ottimo ristorante con buffet e adibito anche a sala colazione . Camere grandi e ben fornite,ovviamente nuove e pulite. Bagno spazioso con vasca e doccia. Servizio di pulizia perfetto. Bellissima piscina panoramica sul tetto con vista città . Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

I have stayed in Pearl Hotel at least 5-6 times in the last 2.5 years. Glad to see they have maintained their quality in all spheres of hospitality continuously. Small hotel in a quiet lane off the main road in Banani. Smooth and quick check in, good rooms, good sleep quality, decent food.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto, la qualità del servizio è abbastanza buona, la riparazione sta andando, quindi il rumore è lì. vistana is such a hotel, where you will get to feel Your sceond home. their service is just woow.this hotel is very near from international airport. there environment is very fresh. no noise. feel relax while spending quality time. Their food is very delicious. they have 24/7 in-room dining service. f&b team is very helpful. specially thanks for mr.rabby dewan. I'll come here again definitely.also i suggest everyone to visit this hotel.
