La colazione ha una scelta limitata, ma la qualità è sopra un stile di buffet. Bella piscina all'aperto, sauna e zona di raffreddamento intorno alla zona. Include anche una sessione di yoga mattina per il mio soggiorno.

La stanza è molto pulita e pulita. Il dintorni è molto tranquillo e confortevole con i bambini di luna. L'hotel ha un letto per bambini.C'è una distanza dal centro della città.
Servizio: in generale, ma non male

Etwas entfernt vom Zentrum gelegen, aber mit dem Bus (3 Stationen) gut erreichbar.
Freundlicher Service an der Rezeption.
Moderne Einrichtung des sauberen und großen Zimmers. Dusche/WC im Zimmer, nur durch Milchglasscheibe getrennt.
Frühstücksbuffett nichts aufregend Besonderes.
Störend, dass die Hotelgäste auf dem Weg zur/von der Tiefgarage durch den Frühstücksraum gehen müssen.

Pensavo che l'hotel fosse dove si trova, cioè vicino al molo dei traghetti. Tuttavia siamo stati portati in una posizione a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La camera è pulita, ma è molto deludente che non abbia alcuna vista da due piccole finestre. Il segnale Wi-Fi non funziona nella camera da letto.

Nel complesso è andato tutto bene. Tutti erano molto amichevoli. Vorrei solo sottolineare che se un ospite non sopporta il fatto che non sia possibile aprire una finestra per far entrare aria fresca, allora la stanza non è adatta. È molto piccolo e non posso lasciare l'aria condizionata accesa tutta la notte.
La colazione offre tutto ed è molto buona.

L'intero hotel di Yao Ooo è il migliore. L'esperienza è buona e sorprendente.
Infrastrutture: grande camera, alto piano, cassaforte indipendente, frigorifero con frigorifero, caffè a giacca, ecc.
Igiene: un letto non colorato, uno specchio non cieco, nessuna sezione di acqua, nessun letto intero e nessun letto intero

L'hotel è stato prenotato direttamente a causa di un festival asiatico. Ancora l'hotel Arte ha una posizione molto buona. Dritto al Danubio. Puoi camminare sul ponte direttamente al centro animato dove trovi tutto quello che hai bisogno. Il fine settimana la vita notturna è molto ben visitata. Ci è un garage per € 19 al giorno, si può andare direttamente dal garage in camera. Parcheggio a breve distanza direttamente dall'hotel, vale soprattutto a partire da sabato 12 e domenica li gratuitamente. minimo lanciare è un euro, ho comunque gettato dentro, ma penso che non c'è bisogno di tirare un biglietto in parcheggio gratuito. Non ero sicuro. C'è un colazione facoltativa per quello che non abbiamo usato. Dicono che c'è un altro sauna fitness che non abbiamo usato.

Nice staffs and easy checkin and out.Great location and they got a spacious parking lot. They got the self serviced laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Great choice for road trip travelers or backpackers. But our room needs more cleaning, there are still dust and others’ hair when we get in the room.

SStanley The Travel ManThis hotel is at the end of the lake. The hotel serves a really tasty buffet lunch for 15.90 Euros. It includes, salad, soup, probably 3 or 4 meat dishes and dessert. I was there 10 minutes before a huge group , maybe 50 in all arrived and I had to hurry myself to get my food because it would be a long wait. When I was eating people can’t squeeze by each other but I only ate there once and since it will rain that afternoon I didn’t waste any time.
I have to say the staff was ok. A lady checked me in quite efficiently. I paid the occupancy tax and I got the key. When I arrrived at 11:45 am, there was no one in the small reception office. A waitress was really serving diners. There is a man who worked at the deli /sausage shop next to it to help out. I have to say the staff there in general wasn’t that welcoming. I wish they had been more pleasant and show a little smile and happiness in their work. It seemed like she was there because she had no other choice.
The room is 12 at the end of a long hallway. There is a big window. The room is small but I was fine with it. No complaint. The other thing is I wish they put a table lamp on the small desk. Otherwise, the room has enough shelf space for me.
The morning buffet is excellent. It offered some tomatoes, small baby coins , cucumbers, many different of rolls, several varieties of ham , salami, egg, sausages, yogures, juice, cereal. The coffee is made with coffee beans and it was excellent. The breakfast is the best.
The small village has practically nothing. There is another hotel 10 to 15 minutes that serve dinner. Another town Bad Goisern is 2.4 miles to the north accessible by train or by bus where there is a Hofer ( Aldi in the U S ) and other supermarkets and restaurants. If you don’t have a car, you have to be prepared something or pay to eat at the one and only restaurant that I knew. On the other hand, this hotel has a microwave oven and one water kettle in case you have instant noodles. The bakery a few steps is expensive. I had a coffee and a sweet roll for 8 Euros.
The hotel is a few steps from a trail that takes you down 6 miles to Obertraun . The trail is in good condition and a large distance is by the lake. You can find the trail in Alltrails. There is a restaurant called Seecafé Obertraun that you can rest to have a sandwich , coffee or a beer. The sitting is by the lake and there is a clean restroom . The waitress and waiter were both friendly.
If I have to do it again, I would take a bus to Hallstatt from there . I think the bus number is 542 to 544. It should be cheaper than the ferry which is a rip off . 12 Euros for a 25 minutes ride. Bus is cheaper . The ferry is a fraud and it shouldn’t charge that much. I didn’t know there is a bus connection from there.
All in all, this hotel is quite decent. The hotel doesn’t serve dinner but the buffet lunch is quite adequate. If you eat at 2:00 pm ( I think it closes at 2:30 pm ), you won’t need to dinner. Aside from the not so welcoming one out of 3 staff members, price is unbeatable. I notice that the price doesn’t change if you book early or late and doesn’t use dynamic pricing which I hate. If there is availability, you pay the same price which is more than fair.
I read that one guest complaInts about the smell from the kitchen and the meat market next to it. It isn’t really an issue. There is a door on the second floor leading down to the kitchen and meat market. Someone closed the door in the morning. Some people just was so nitpicking when they are angry which is not justifiable. I believe the owner offers a decent , clean room for a very fair price as Hallstatt is really touristy and this hotel is a much better option that staying in Hallstatt and pay overpriced food and lodging with every shop sells souvenirs. If you are in the area, this hotel is an excellent choice.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel has a great lake view and is super convenient because it's right near the boat dock for the trip to Hallstatt. I think they could make it even better by providing a hot water kettle/pot in the room—that would be perfect for having a hot drink during the cold weather.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel può dire che è un popolo tipico. Questo posto è davvero in profondità. Condurre a P1 per fermarsi e cambiare la macchina. Ma anche se il posto è piccolo e sporco, non aspettare un servizio di ricezione. Arriva una ragazza asiatica e ti dica una volta le attrezzature che devi dire. Ti aiuterà anche a prendere qualche bagaglio. Tre ore e mezza di guida in questa strada sono abbastanza stanchi per l'hotel. All'improvviso, ho sentito bene vedere un momento di faccia aziatico. Chiedigli di iniziare a caldo e aperto, altrimenti la notte è particolarmente bassa al mattino, anche all'Austria all'inizio di ottobre!

Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory.
