Centrally located within Gu Cheng with lots of eateries around! Food is not an issue when you’re around this area and all are good food! I can’t express further how much i love the location. However, it is not really accessible by car so you have to drop outside and walk approximately 300m in to reach the hotel. And I feel they should have more washer and dryer facilities in the premises. All is good and i’ve got nothing to complain about. i love the place, the serenity it provides amidst the buzzing streets and cleanliness they upkeep!

Una splendida prima visita a Xiamen e Swiss Grand Hotel. Questo è un grande e popolare hotel che offre una vista stupenda di Gulangyu dalla finestra della vostra stazione. E' facile raggiungere via Metro da qualsiasi stazione ferroviaria. Prendete la linea 1 alla stazione terminale Zhenhai strada - uscite 1 e camminate circa 5-10 minuti. Le camere sono solide e tutto all'interno funziona. La colazione è fresca, deliziosa e graziosa. Raccomando anche di provare il buffet da pranzo almeno una volta. E' anche molto grande con una scelta sorprendente di cibo, bevande e dolci. Un'altra cosa che mi è davvero emersa sul Grand Swiss era il servizio. È chiaro che la gestione è buona e hanno messo insieme grandi squadre in tutti i settori: Front Desk, Householding e Food Service. Tutti impressionati con amicizia, attenzione, cura e servizio professionale. Non facile per un grande hotel come questo. April nel custodia ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Una cosa che voglio dire, questo può essere un hotel occupato, così al picco l'ascensore può essere messo in prigione. Un fine settimana mattina aspettavamo un ascensore e due volte quando è arrivato era già pieno. Un membro della casalinga ha riconosciuto la situazione e ha chiesto al suo supervisore di ottenere il OK per portarci via l'ascensore di servizio. Non ho ricevuto il suo nome, ma voglio ringraziare tutti i membri del personale per aver fatto il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Hanno una squadra davvero buona qui. Xiamen è una città meravigliosa da visitare. Gulangyu, naturalmente, Zhongshan Road anding street, e abbiamo anche amato i bellissimi Giardini Botanici. Spero di tornare un giorno.

The location of the hotel is great. Just outside, to the east side of the old town (古城), with a few minutes' walk. Near a bus stop too, where we can get to most places pretty conveniently or a good pick up spot for taxi. Our room is pretty spacious and well-lit. Big bed. The column where the TV hangs on it's kind of a weird design but ok. They provide a sufficient amount of supplies for the bathroom. Hair dryer is like dyson. I was pretty shocked by that. Definitely a plus. Most of the room is pretty spotless, except the floor can be swept more clean. We found some plastic pieces and a few hairs stuck on the floor, but it's tolerable. We just dealt with it ourselves. Front desk staff are patient and friendly. I think it's worth the money to get their breakfast. It's made fresh every day and has pretty good healthy selections. Self-help laundry machines on 5th floor. We are satisfied with this stay!

La camera è pulita e ordinata, l'ambiente è confortevole, l'Hilton è molto buono. Un ringraziamento speciale a Polly, la governante dell'hotel, che ha consultato le nostre esigenze prima del check-in e ha prenotato una tipologia di camera che soddisfacesse le nostre esigenze. Dopo il check-in abbiamo anche offerto uno spuntino alla frutta ai bambini. Inizialmente avevamo programmato di rimanere per due notti, ma era abbastanza confortevole. La nostra ospite Polly ha prolungato il nostro soggiorno per un'altra notte, quindi siamo rimasti per tre notti. Quando visiti Fuzhou, puoi dare la priorità a Sandi Hilton.

L'hotel è fantastico e ci soggiorniamo sempre quando viaggiamo a Xiamen. Ottimi servizi e personale accogliente, sebbene il ristorante che abbiamo provato all'interno dell'hotel fosse pessimo. Il ristorante era quello italiano al piano terra dell'hotel. Abbiamo ordinato una varietà di antipasti e piatti principali, anche se ci sono stati serviti a orari diversi e di fatto abbiamo mangiato tutti da soli. Ho sottolineato il fatto che è possibile portare tutti gli antipasti e i piatti principali contemporaneamente e la risposta è stata che impiegano tempi di cottura diversi. L'ho trovato sorprendente e sicuramente gli chef avrebbero potuto modificare la situazione per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Il personale del ristorante era pessimo, non ci hanno chiesto com'era il nostro pasto, anche se ne avevamo lasciato la maggior parte. In conclusione, l'hotel è meraviglioso, ma se state pensando di mangiare al ristorante italiano, lo sconsiglierei vivamente, perché il trattamento e il denaro speso non ne hanno giustificato il prezzo.

這家酒店服務超熱情，酒店前台還給升級了行政大床房，房間的各種服務小細節着實讓我驚艷，衞生間放了酒精棉片，可以擦拭馬桶蓋，洗水台上有一次性壓縮洗臉巾，房間每天的拖鞋都是會換新的，片仔癀身體乳也是每天換新的一瓶，目前為止我可以説沒有一家五星酒店能做到如此，漳州的酒店服務真的很贊啊，從不點評的我必須點評一下，下次再來還是會住這裏！簡直體驗感太棒了

Clean and confortable rooms. Happy that 2 pillows are provided for each guest. We were upgraded and happy with the service of front desk. Love the olive shampoo abd body wash. Very convenient location just across the subway

Il servizio di ricezione e di bellboy è stato buono, ma la qualità e l'efficienza della ricezione sono state piuttosto cattive e non vivono fino a un nome hotel 5 stelle. Il controllo è stato molto lungo e il messaggio di consegna del bagaglio in camera non è stato organizzato e il bagaglio è stato posto in ricezione tutto il giorno dal tardi mattina alla tardi notte e ancora in piedi dopo che siamo tornati dalla vista. La stanza è anche molto datata, e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la stanza dopo aver controllato per il profumo nella stanza. La cosa più grande dell'hotel è la sua posizione, posizione e posizione!

I had a pleasant and satisfactory stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou. The rooms are very spacious, and I especially liked the clever sliding divider that allows you to separate the bathroom area when needed. Breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, and the service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with the metro entrance just a 3-minute walk away.
