The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

Отель среди всех хайятов, новотелей и т.д. выделяется аутентичностью. Вид шикарен. Номера подуставшие, но тем не менее содержатся в чистоте, всё рабочее. Обслуживают номера ежедневно, персонал незаметен как и должно быть. Завтраки достойные, никто голодным еще не ушел. Да, проблемы с лежаками на пляже (на всех не хватает), но это повсеместная беда в этом городе, т.к. пляж всё-таки городской. Внесу предложение хозяевам (вдруг читают): сделайте бассейн круглосуточным или хотя-бы до 12 ночи, накройте навесом от солнца (пергола с тканью), поставьте платный бар с алкоголем и фрешами и будет чудо место!

Ho soggiornato al Mia Resort in Vietnam e ne sono ancora profondamente colpita! 😍 I giardini dell'hotel sono semplicemente magici: curati nei minimi dettagli, con vegetazione ovunque, sentieri ordinati e angoli accoglienti perfetti per scattare foto e rilassarsi. Ci si sente come in un'oasi tropicale, dove tutto è pensato per l'armonia e il relax. Il mare è vicino: pulito, calmo e facilmente accessibile. Ogni giorno iniziava con una passeggiata lungo la riva, creando l'atmosfera perfetta per tutta la giornata. I due ristoranti mi hanno piacevolmente sorpresa per la loro varietà. Voglio sottolineare in particolare quello italiano: la pasta sembrava uscita direttamente da Roma, la pizza aveva quella stessa crosta sottile e croccante, e i dolci... mmm, un motivo in più per tornare! Anche l'altro ristorante era di altissimo livello. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff: mi hanno accolta con un sorriso, mi hanno spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli e mi hanno aiutata con ogni mia domanda, sempre con discrezione e premura. Mi sono sentita più di una semplice ospite, una persona benvenuta, sinceramente coccolata. Il Mia Resort è sinonimo di atmosfera, cura dei dettagli e quella vacanza speciale che ti fa dire: ”Sì, è proprio così che dovrebbe essere”. Lo consiglierò sicuramente ai miei amici e ci tornerei volentieri! 😊

Il nostro soggiorno al Diamond Bay Resort and Spa è stato assolutamente incredibile. Fin dall'inizio, abbiamo chiesto un upgrade e ci hanno dato un bungalow enorme e spazioso. Era così grande e confortevole, ci è piaciuto tantissimo! Per tutto il tempo che siamo stati lì, ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo gli unici ospiti. L'atmosfera era così calma e rilassante, semplicemente perfetta per rilassarsi. Tutto di questo posto era fantastico. Lo staff, il servizio e tutto ciò che abbiamo visto intorno a noi, era tutto meraviglioso. La colazione era deliziosa, le spiagge erano meravigliose e i sentieri erano così tranquilli. Abbiamo anche adorato i piccoli passeggini che ci hanno portato dalla nostra camera alla reception e ritorno. La spa era meravigliosa e il ristorante serviva cibo così gustoso. Abbiamo persino ricevuto i pasti in camera, il che è stato molto comodo. Il servizio lavanderia è stato super veloce: hanno lavato i nostri vestiti in un paio d'ore e ce li hanno riportati freschi. Lo staff era sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi cosa di cui avessimo bisogno. Ci hanno fatto sentire così speciali e ben accuditi. È difficile credere quanto velocemente siano volati i nostri 10 giorni. Stiamo già sognando di tornare in questo paradiso. Il Diamond Bay Resort and Spa è davvero un posto magico e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

La camera è molto bella, con una vista perfetta sul mare, aria fresca, aria condizionata potente, sedie a sdraio dell'hotel disponibili sulla spiaggia e teli mare forniti. Il servizio di portineria alla reception è molto buono. Il cameriere maschio che mi ha ricevuto è serio nel suo lavoro e molto amichevole con gli ospiti. Ci sono molte varietà di colazione e il gusto può essere migliorato.Il sole in piscina è troppo breve, ma non c'è gente, quindi puoi giocare un po'. La palestra è fantastica e ha molte attrezzature. Nel complesso buono.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the time we spent here. I traveled with my mother, and from the moment we arrived by boat and were welcomed by the staff, everything was smooth and well organized. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. We especially appreciated how carefully the natural surroundings have been preserved. The ocean views, landscaping, lighting around the property, and swimming pools all create a very pleasant atmosphere. We also enjoyed visiting the mud baths and the historic houses on the island, which are worth exploring during your stay. The food was very good, with a wide selection of both European and Asian dishes available for breakfast and dinner. We were also happy to discover that room service is available 24/7, making it possible to order food at any time of day. A special thank you to the staff for helping us with our early airport transfer. They arranged a boat for us and even prepared breakfast to take with us, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We travel often, and the level of service, attention to detail, and quality of the facilities made our stay especially enjoyable. We would be happy to return if we visit Nha Trang again 💛

The hotel building is considered old and the car park area is limited at the B3 level and required to climb the stairs from B3 to B2 to get to the lift to go to the lobby level. Room is not very spacious and the room width is tight where the bed to the wall table when putting the table chair will block the way to the balcony. The bed mattress is a bit wear down and mattress spring is slightly curved down. The breakfast spread is international and local Vietnam fares and quite good. The hotel has placed private chairs and shades at the beach for the guest use which is convenient for relaxing on the beach. The location is along the main stretch of the Tran Phu road facing the sandy beach.

The difference between a good & an excellent resort is its staff. The staff at Amiana Nha Trang is simply superb, they are well-trained, they anticipate your needs, they are pro-active, friendly & attentive. Absolutely remarkable. The resort itself is also very good, there're 3 swimming pools, a small beach with its own house reef with lots of fishes. Breakfast has ample choices and is more than adequate for us. The room is huge & very comfortable but remember to light up the mosquito coil to get rid of the occasional mozzies, would be perfect if the water pressure is stronger but this is just a minor comment. There're ample deck chairs on the beachfront. The resort is about 20 mins from downtown Nha Trang, the resot does provide free shuttle bus service to town but need to book ahead. Not a big issue as Grab ride is easily available & cheap. The only complaint I have is about the gym, it's spacious & well equipped but the air ventilation is poor making working out quite uncomfortable. It'll be good if the management can add a few fans in the gym. All in all, we had a great stay at Amiana and will not hesitate to recommend to any visitors to Nha Trang.

The only good thing is that the room has a sea view. There is no hand soap even in the room’s bathroom. I am not talking about shower jel or shampoo. There is no handsoap. Also in the other restrooms they use poor quality soap. Restroom cleaning also shocked me. The restaurant was a completely disappointed. There is definitely not enough variety.. There was no salt,pepper or any sauce on the tables. And I was almost burned. There is no protection between you and stove. While I am having my eggs hot oil pumped up on us. My arm got burned. Also there was a weird water pumping or drain sound coming from the ceiling, and never stopped. I was in room 804. So this is my ideas. If you have any issues about such things… think carefully. This price not worth for this service. Also I booked this hotel because it was written that I can check in early from 10am. Unfortunately I couldn’t they said 2pm is earliest I can check in and l left my belongings at the lobby and l had to join my tour by changing my clothes in the toilet :(

Il nostro hotel ha un soggiorno molto piacevole, ma ci sono alcune nuance da menzionare. La posizione è fantastica, e il personale parla inglese e è disposto ad aiutare. Ci hanno fornito grandi raccomandazioni e hanno aiutato a prenotare una nomina di spa, per la quale siamo molto grati. L'hotel è tuttavia molto vecchio e in necessità di rinnovazione. Ci sono stati costanti problemi con acqua calda, e spesso abbiamo dovuto risolvere per le docce calde. Le socce di potenza erano libere, e il secchio di capelli continuava a cadere. Sebbene alcuni aggiornamenti siano molto tempo indeterminati, per il prezzo, la posizione e l'hotel lo fanno ancora una buona opzione.
