Great location, near tram for the airport ( domestic terminal) and bus station. Hadrian's gate and Kalici old towna 10 minutes walk away. Restaurants, shops. The hotel is in a quiet back street. Great staff, knowledable and helpful. Breakfast, huge range on offer,mostly hot. Rooms on the ground floor may be windowless and noisy, avoid! My room, 105 had a problem with the shower, reported. I recommend staying here.

Добрый день! Только что вернулись из данного отеля. Перед поездкой читала много отзывов о Green Max и, честно говоря, ожидала худшего. Номера - да, требуют обновления ( особенно ванная комната+ маловато света в комнате и ванной, недостаточно розеток), но всё не совсем критично, если для вас это не главное. В комнете, тем не менее, чисто, тихо ( жили в корпусе Zeus), убирали каждый бень, минибар пополнялся. Еда не скажу, что очень уж разнообразная, но и не скудная, блюда по вкусу найти всегда можно и голодными уж точно не останетесь. Тем более, что в отеле много точек питания в течение всего дня. Алкогольные напитки среднего качества: пробовали красное, белое, розовое вино, мартини, пиво - нормально, а вот шампанское не понравилось. Персонал очень понравился - все вежливые, приветливые, очень много трудятся, всё чётко организовано, так что менеджменту отеля - 5 баллов. Территория отеля очень зелёная, красивая, цветущая, за ней постоянно ухаживают. Всё грамотно распланировано -молодцы. Анимация активная ( и днём, и вечером), молодёжи скучно не будет. Много всего для детей ( отдельная зона бассейна, водные горки, мини клуб, небольшая детская площадка). Море - главное, за чем мы ехали и что в этом отеле великолепно, особенно в первой половине дня, когда нет волн. А вот организация лежаков на пляже не понравилась - стоят очень плотно друг к другу, никакой приватности, приходилось занимать возле бассейна, там гораздо больше возможности для уединения, хотя часто слишком громко гремела музыка. В итоге отдых понравился, считаю, что цена/ качество очень хорошие. Отель советую, если с самого начала иметь адекватные ожидания.

My stay at Alp Paşa Hotel in Antalya was wonderful overall , the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town with that charming, historic Mediterranean atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, full of character, and offers great amenities for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from check-in to checkout.
The only downside was the noise level in my room, which was right next to the hotel bar. It was quite loud late into the night, so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the bar area.
Apart from that, everything else was excellent, literally a perfect spot for anyone looking to experience Antalya’s Old Town with great service and authentic vibes.

The hotel location is close to everything however, the hotel is next to a techno club/bar. I’m a heavy sleeper but I could not sleep! I thought all the other reviews are just being picky with the noise but they are NOT, it is very very LOUD. It doesn’t stop until 2am.
The staff were very lovely, could not fault them.
Shower room is little bit dirty and was slightly rusty but the cleaning is very well done, when we asked to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast was delicious but it’s the same everyday.

Nice hotel for the price. Excellent location. Across the road from the sea promenade and the beach. Nice sea view. 5-10 mins by taxi from central Antalia and the shopping mall. 25 mins from the airport. Breakfast is ok, but could be better. Can be a bit noisy till 11ish pm due to close proximity of beach bars with music. There is spa also, but we didn't check it out. Overall we were pleased with this hotel experience.

Отель уютный. Находиться на возвышенности.
Для совсем пожилых путешественников подъем крайние 30-50 метров будет не легким. Но мне это как раз и понравилось - небольшая нагрузка.
Расположение удобное. До пляжа около 10-15 мин. И рядом центр, Мигрос. Отель чистый. Вода своя или покупная у них . Оборудован кухней. Принадлежностей по минимуму. Шампунь не выдавали. Вода горячая иногда была прохладной, Двери крепкие, есть сейф. Кондишен на обогрев работал. Одеяла тёплые. Отдых понравился. Вид с балкона - полный восторг!

Abbiamo dormito in questo hotel per 10 notti, quando abbiamo controllato, abbiamo fatto una valutazione della stanza, la stanza è diventata con vista sul mare e molto spaziosa. Ci piaceva tutto, si', le camere hanno bisogno di riparazione, ma la pulizia è stata fatta ogni giorno, la piombo funziona bene, lo stress idrico è eccellente, l'acqua calda è sempre. Ogni giorno, l'acqua e i prodotti cosmetici sono stati riempiti, il cambiamento di vestiti ogni tre giorni, le tovaglie sono cambiate ogni giorno.I colazioni erano bellissimi, tutto era molto delizioso, i piatti caldi sono cambiati ogni giorno, il caffè è accettabile dalla macchina del caffè. Grazie al personale, all'hotel e al ristorante, molto amichevole e esecutivo. Da lato, l'hotel è costruito, ma senza rumore, molto presto non ci sarà vista sul mare.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente. Tutto è facilmente accessibile. Se si deve entrare in città, c'è una stazione di taxi a 80 metri dall'hotel. La struttura e l'architettura dell'hotel sono molto interessanti e ben pensati quando si progetta.. Una cortesia verde con un paesaggio ben progettato. La piscina è molto confortevole. Il sole è dalle 10 alle 18:00. La piscina è pulita e tutte le procedure di piscina sono effettuate ogni mattina. Nel cortile è disponibile una piscina sotto canoa con attrezzature di esercizio di base per chi vuole perdere peso e mantenere idoneo. Cercano di effettuare il check-in il più rapidamente possibile, anche se arrivate presto al mattino. Con il check-in precoce, ci aspettavamo solo 30 minuti di pulizia della stanza a nessun costo aggiuntivo. I colazioni sono abbondanti e variabili. Una buona macchina del caffè. Puoi scegliere un posto per colazione nel cortile, nel ristorante, o anche nel posto esterno dell'hotel. La stanza è stata pulita ogni giorno. Molto attentamente. Cambiammo i tovaglioli e gli scarpe ogni giorno. Poiché questa è la vecchia città, tardi la sera si possono sentire i ristoranti e i bar nel vecchio porto e in altre strade, ma questo è in tutti gli hotel nella vecchia città. Ma questo problema è risolto rapidamente. solo chiudete le finestre buone strettamente. La vista dalla nostra stanza era sul vecchio porto. Molto pittoresco. Mi piaceva davvero l'hotel, ci ritorneremo a lui nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Antalya.

Disappointing stay at this resort.
I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked.
Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time.
Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

AannaThe location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

UUtente ospiteSoprattutto i lavoratori stranieri hanno una qualità relativamente bassa dei servizi ai clienti, hanno difficoltà a capire cosa diciamo e cosa vogliamo.Il personale insufficiente nei servizi alimentari e la loro energia è scarsa.Non aspettare molto, soprattutto nella musica nelle animazioni. Non ha avuto un'influenza di prezzo cosi' alta.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and took the all inclusive. The food options were decent but were repeated. The drinks were unlimited and available for majority of the day. The indoor pool, sauna and hamam were really good and well maintained. There were events in the evening as well which can be attended to. Overall had a really good stay and would recommend.

We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Llim beilinThe hotel has a fantastic all-inclusive concept, making everything incredibly convenient and relaxing from start to finish. The food selection was plentiful with a good variety throughout the day, and it was nice being able to simply enjoy the facilities without worrying about additional costs all the time.
The highlight of the hotel was definitely the breathtaking sea view. Waking up every morning to the stunning blue Mediterranean waters was simply amazing. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset, and the cliffside setting gives the place a very unique and luxurious atmosphere. Sitting by the sea and enjoying the peaceful surroundings felt incredibly relaxing.

PPinkYoshiLa posizione è molto buona, si trova nella città antica, molto vicino alla Porta di Adriano, dispone di un parcheggio privato, adatto a chi guida da solo, ma la strada è relativamente stretta. Se prendete un taxi vi consigliamo di recarvi direttamente all'ingresso dell'hotel, altrimenti sarà scomodo trascinare i bagagli lungo la strada di sassi. Ci sono molti bar nelle vicinanze e c'è musica fino all'una o alle due di sera, il che può essere un po' rumoroso, e la stanza è un po' piccola. A parte questo, tutto andava bene, la colazione era ricca, la camera era pulita, l'arredamento dell'hotel era bello e nuovo, c'erano cani carinissimi e anche il ragazzo alla reception era molto gentile e cordiale.
