On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday. - this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it... - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

The hotel location is close to everything however, the hotel is next to a techno club/bar. I’m a heavy sleeper but I could not sleep! I thought all the other reviews are just being picky with the noise but they are NOT, it is very very LOUD. It doesn’t stop until 2am. The staff were very lovely, could not fault them. Shower room is little bit dirty and was slightly rusty but the cleaning is very well done, when we asked to have our room cleaned. Breakfast was delicious but it’s the same everyday.

I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.  On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked.  His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making.  I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT  received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !!  I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.  Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error,  I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

Everything was great except that I could clearly hear the other people in the other room talking at night, it was kinda disturbing but it’s still acceptable for me. Other than that, I loved it.

The hotel was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and took the all inclusive. The food options were decent but were repeated. The drinks were unlimited and available for majority of the day. The indoor pool, sauna and hamam were really good and well maintained. There were events in the evening as well which can be attended to. Overall had a really good stay and would recommend.

Questa stanza è in realtà molto piccola. Non mi piace quanto sia grande l'immagine di questa piccola stanza. Alla fine, ho sentito un grande senso di vuoto. Ho fatto il check-in alle due del mattino e mi è stato detto che dovevo controllare fuori alle 11. L'aria condizionata era accesa nella piccola stanza. Faceva freddo e non c'era nessuna trapunta invernale preparata nella stanza. Era solo una coperta sottile dello spessore di un asciugamano da bagno molto soffocante senza l'aria condizionata. L'unica cosa è che l'igiene è buona

Abbiamo dormito in questo hotel per 10 notti, quando abbiamo controllato, abbiamo fatto una valutazione della stanza, la stanza è diventata con vista sul mare e molto spaziosa. Ci piaceva tutto, si', le camere hanno bisogno di riparazione, ma la pulizia è stata fatta ogni giorno, la piombo funziona bene, lo stress idrico è eccellente, l'acqua calda è sempre. Ogni giorno, l'acqua e i prodotti cosmetici sono stati riempiti, il cambiamento di vestiti ogni tre giorni, le tovaglie sono cambiate ogni giorno.I colazioni erano bellissimi, tutto era molto delizioso, i piatti caldi sono cambiati ogni giorno, il caffè è accettabile dalla macchina del caffè. Grazie al personale, all'hotel e al ristorante, molto amichevole e esecutivo. Da lato, l'hotel è costruito, ma senza rumore, molto presto non ci sarà vista sul mare.

Non ho prenotato un hotel più di nove quella sera. Ho visto il primo speciale giardino. L'hotel è nella vecchia città, è in buona posizione, ha un parcheggio, e il prezzo non è costoso. Il gilet è un'installazione più vecchia, l'igiene è buona, la qualità dei gilet è cattiva, il migliore è molto tranquillo, tranquillo nel gilet. Se non ci sono troppe esigenze per le strutture, è una buona scelta.

Il servizio più grande che abbiamo ricevuto da un uomo carino chiamato Hassan è stato estremamente utile e amichevole da qui me e la mia famiglia gli dicendo grazie tanto che sei una grande persona l'hotel era in una grande condizione e buona posizione vicino all'aeroporto anche Quindi, certamente, lo riutilizzaremo.

Отель с новым ремонтом, это приятно, есть недочеты в ванной комнате, но все не критично Очень классное расположение, до моря минут 7-10, приятный и приветливый персонал, на английском, русском не говорят, но это не мешало решать любые возникающие вопросы. Попросила сделать laundry, отдала утром, вечером вернули все чистое и аккуратно сложенное, вещи были деликатный вязанные, шерстяные, вернули так же идеальными. Спасибо ребятам, они молодцы Завтраки скромные, варёные яйца, овощи, сыр, хлеб, турецкий чай, для начала дня вполне хватает Соотношение цена, качества и расположение просто идеальны
