Ottima posizione, vicino al tram per l'aeroporto (terminal nazionale) e alla stazione degli autobus. La Porta di Adriano e il centro storico di Kalici sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi. Nelle vicinanze si trovano ristoranti e negozi. L'hotel si trova in una tranquilla strada secondaria. Il personale è fantastico, competente e disponibile. La colazione offre un'ampia scelta, per lo più piatti caldi. Le camere al piano terra potrebbero essere senza finestre e rumorose, da evitare! Nella mia camera, la 105, c'era un problema con la doccia, che ho segnalato. Consiglio comunque di soggiornare qui.

Abbiamo scelto la formula all-inclusive: colazione dalle 7:00 alle 10:00, poi colazione tardiva dalle 10:00 alle 11:00.
Il pranzo veniva servito dalle 12:30 alle 14:30 con ampia scelta di croissant, toast, cereali, tutti i tipi di carne, prosciutto, pollo, frittata, salsicce fresche, persino i tradizionali lokum. L'hotel offriva una vasta scelta di pietanze. La cena prevedeva postazioni di cottura con piatti diversi ogni giorno: pollo arrosto, agnello, doner, pasta, spiedini di pollo, pollo alla griglia, polpette, patatine fritte, zuppe, ampia scelta e una vasta gamma di dessert: cheesecake, panini svizzeri, frutta, mele, banane, arance, mousse al cioccolato.
Anche la cena comprendeva una varietà di zuppe con pane, pancake e l'elenco potrebbe continuare.
C'era un menù dietetico con insalate. Inoltre, caffè e torta sono disponibili dalle 15:00 alle 16:00 nella zona bar.
Il bar offre bevande gratuite dalle 10:00 alle 23:00, servizio eccellente, cocktail inclusi, anche se servono solo mezze pinte. L'ho trovato strano.
Le bevande servite al tavolo venivano sempre riempite, non c'era bisogno di fare la fila al bar, erano molto cordiali e il personale era fantastico. Il personale del ristorante portava l'acqua al tavolo.
La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24, la sicurezza ai cancelli è consentita solo agli ospiti dell'hotel. Offrono una spa in loco, molto costosa, ma ce ne sono molte altre con un rapporto qualità-prezzo migliore. C'è un negozio in loco. Inoltre, la stazione dei taxi è all'esterno e costa 18 sterline dall'aeroporto all'hotel e 12 sterline per il ritorno. Ci sono molti bar, ristoranti, centri commerciali nella zona e dentisti se cercate lavoro.

Отличный отель. Ухоженная территория. Красивое месторасположение возле гор. Хороший аквапарк. Вкусная еда, качественный алкоголь. Вечером различные выступления и дискотеки. Есть детский клуб с аниматорами. Детский и один из взрослых бассейнов с подогревом. Вообщем есть все чтобы с комфортом провести около недели.

The hotel location is close to everything however, the hotel is next to a techno club/bar. I’m a heavy sleeper but I could not sleep! I thought all the other reviews are just being picky with the noise but they are NOT, it is very very LOUD. It doesn’t stop until 2am.
The staff were very lovely, could not fault them.
Shower room is little bit dirty and was slightly rusty but the cleaning is very well done, when we asked to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast was delicious but it’s the same everyday.

It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Visited in early March 2026, which is a relatively quiet time of year, making for a relaxed and peaceful stay. The hotel is easy to reach from Antalya Airport and is located on the beach road, close to the Aquarium and waterpark.
First impressions are striking — the reception area is dazzling in brilliant white, giving a very modern, clean feel. Elsewhere in the hotel there are subtle red accents, while the main restaurant is completely red, which creates a bold and distinctive look.
Check-in was smooth, with friendly and helpful staff who were happy to answer any questions. As it was early season, some facilities weren’t yet open, but this wasn’t an issue as there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within easy walking distance. There’s also a guest information desk near the entrance if you need help planning activities.
Rooms are spread across nine floors and are very spacious, with a minimalist all-white design. The low-level beds are comfortable, and each room includes a sofa and a daybed on the balcony — perfect for relaxing. Standard amenities include a safe, fridge, TV, tea and coffee facilities, and two large bottles of water replenished daily. Nice extra touches include a small sewing kit and shoe care kit. (Note: minibar items in the fridge are chargeable.)
The bathroom features a large double walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and bathrobes. There are also plenty of power points throughout the room (European 2-pin plug required). A useful feature is the option to schedule housekeeping at a time that suits you.
Breakfast is served on Level 0 (reception is Level 2), with room key scanning on entry. The buffet is extensive, with seemingly endless choices. There’s an egg station with freshly cooked options, hot dishes, a wide variety of breads (with toasters available), fresh muffins and cakes, fruit, salads, yogurts, fresh-squeezed orange juice, other juices including immunity drinks, plus tea, coffee and Turkish tea. Definitely more than enough to start your day well.
Food and drinks are available throughout the day in the bar and restaurant, with reasonable prices. Alternatively, head out the rear gate past the pool and turn left to reach a pedestrian walkway lined with restaurants, coffee shops, dessert spots, and pastry shops — all facing the beach promenade. Beaver Coffee is a great stop, and unLock Pub is also excellent for food. Walk right instead for more local restaurants and a pleasant beach walk.
Old Town is just a short Uber or taxi ride away, offering a more traditional local atmosphere. The Old Town harbour is particularly worth visiting for great views and plenty of food and drink options.
Back at the hotel, the fitness facilities are impressive, with a large, fully equipped gym, fitness classes, and personal trainers available if required. There’s also an indoor pool (plus outdoor pool for warmer weather), large indoor jacuzzi pools, and a spa area featuring a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, and relaxation area. Massages and other spa treatments are also available.
There’s a seasonal water park attached to the hotel, a large aquarium directly opposite, and a shopping mall with supermarket about a 10-minute walk up the hill.
Overall, a stylish, comfortable hotel in a great location — I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did 👍🏼

Cose che non mi sono piaciute:
1. Il BUFFET non vale affatto il prezzo di un hotel a 5 stelle = onestamente è davvero deludente, non ci sono molte specialità turche e i dessert sono davvero pieni di ZUCCHERO. Il caffè è stato estremamente deludente, era essenzialmente solo acqua calda con un leggero retrogusto di caffè terroso. Davvero deludente per un paese noto per il suo caffè forte! Gli snack bar hanno macchine per il granite che non vengono mai pulite e non hanno alcun sapore. I gelati serviti in hotel sono praticamente GOMMA. Essendo turco, sono rimasto molto scioccato perché il nostro paese è noto per queste prelibatezze incredibili. L'unica serata con cibo di qualità era il mercoledì sera, chiamata ”SERATA TURCA”, al buffet, che si tiene ogni mercoledì. Il resto della settimana è semplicemente cibo generico.
2. Il personale che ”aiuta” i clienti a prenotare gite giornaliere e taxi sta TRUFFANDO completamente i clienti stranieri = Ho chiesto a quest'uomo di aiutarmi a prenotare una gita in barca a SULUADA e mi ha detto che mi sarebbe costata 60€ a persona. Non sapendo che ero turco, mi ha guardato in faccia e ha scritto 60€ a persona su un pezzo di carta, guardandomi 🤣 Poi gli ho detto che avevo visto i biglietti sull'app KLOOK a 25€ a persona e mi ha mentito dicendo che avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento in barca. Ho provato ad andarmene e mi ha fermato dicendo che poteva scendere a 38€ a persona 😂 così ho comprato i biglietti su KLOOK e ho trascorso una giornata fantastica senza truffe haha per favore non credete ai prezzi dell'uomo accanto alla reception.
3. La spa, la piscina esterna e il centro fitness chiudono tutti alle 20:00. Non c'è praticamente nulla da fare in hotel dopo le 8 😅
4. La clientela dell'hotel è composta essenzialmente per il 90% da persone che parlano russo, haha. Non ho mai visto così tanti russi in vita mia, non è una cosa poi così negativa, ma vi preparo che l'hotel sta davvero cercando di soddisfare la clientela russa il più possibile 😅
ASPETTI POSITIVI DELL'HOTEL:
1. Forse perché parlavo turco = il personale (a parte il venditore bugiardo, haha) è stato molto gentile, molto caloroso e accogliente, proprio come la cultura turca. Molto apprezzato.
2. Per chi beve alcolici, il bar è illimitato se si prenota il pass all inclusive.
3. La piscina all'aperto è bella.
4. Il check-in e il check-out sono molto semplici, ma potrebbe essere anche perché parlo turco.
5. Ci sono alcuni piccoli supermercati se volete snack come i gelati, e anche delle bellissime passeggiate lungo la spiaggia.

We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

UUtente ospiteEsperienza fantastica: struttura pulita e curata, camera un po’ piccola ma va benissimo per chi intende passare tempo fuori ed esplorare la città, considerato che l’hotel si trova nel centro storico (ma i taxi possono entrare e ti lasciano all’ingresso della struttura). Camere pulite con pulizia della camera e cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno. La colazione turca è ricca e favolosa ed è molto abbondante. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera ed i panini con gli hamburger sono ottimi. Tutto fantastico, anche il personale.
