Penang, Malaysia: hotel vicino alla spiaggia

La mia camera da letto era super rumorosa, vicino a una strada, sentivo il traffico tutto il giorno. La situazione era migliore durante la notte. La direzione mi ha assegnato una camera silenziosa per la seconda notte, dato che la prima era piena. Il cortile era sporco, ma hanno mandato qualcuno a pulirlo, a cambiare le lenzuola macchiate e a riparare il rubinetto rotto. Le bottiglie di sapone per la doccia sono un problema perché la cannuccia è troppo corta. Il bagno può essere chiuso a chiave dall'esterno, come si può vedere nelle foto. Ci sono due supermercati accanto, un ristorante tailandese e un chiosco di rôti. La camera da letto non assomiglia alle foto che ho visto sulla pagina.

È un hotel di fronte alla spiaggia. Il personale della reception è amichevole e bello. C'è un negozio all'opuscolo della reception. Puoi comprare il negozio di vestiti da bagno, souvenir, abiti da bagno e gioielli. C'è anche un soggiorno con vista sul mare aperto. Si può sentire rilassato con la musica e godere di bevande lì. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa. Ci è una piscina per bambini. È una bella spiaggia per bambini a giocare e nuotare anche. Gli ospiti possono parcheggiare auto nel parco. È un giardino con vista sulla piscina. Ma è piccolo e non molto attrezzato. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti a piedi.

Non ho prenotato una stanza con colazione, ma ho deciso di farlo la mattina dopo. Quando ho pagato, chiedo una ricetta ma non è stato detto che nessuna ricetta sarà rilasciata. Perché? Ristorante personale hv barriere linguistiche. O non parlano o non capiscono cosa è gravemente irritante quando si chiede qualcosa e pensano che si parla in una lingua straniera quando è semplice inglese. Il check-in è troppo lungo, solo un personale che occupa la ricezione.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione conveniente, facile da viaggiare, e c'è un negozio di comodità all'hotel. L'hotel è vicino al mare, ha un'atmosfera buona, e i ricevitori sono amici e forniscono informazioni dettagliate sulla stanza. C'è un deposito di 100 ringgit, che sarà restituito il giorno di check-out.

La pulizia è un problema: mold sulla cieca, la saldatura sporca, la tintura dello shampoo sul pavimento, la tintura bianca sulla rack dei servizi igienici. Non mi piace l'atto di chiamare a circa 1130am chiedendo il vostro check-out tempo - qual è il punto di chiedere, a parte segnalare che è quasi il momento e dovrebbe essere fatto ASAP. L'unica cosa che apprezziamo più - Bellboy è stata molto utile e immediatamente aiutata con il nostro bagaglio.

It is a beachfront hotel. There is a beach that kids can swim and play there . It’s perfect for family. I like sit by the restaurant to watch the sunset and feel relaxed. The restaurant has breakfast but not variable enough. Beside has a friendly swimming pool for kids . There is a gym next to the pool. It is sea view gym but the equipment in there is not many choices. The hillside room is spacious and clean. But it is near to main road so you can hear the vehicle noise in the middle of night. The staff are very friendly and nice. If you like to eat the local food, there is a local food court in walking distance. There is variety of choices and delicious.

Found a cockcroach beneath the bed comforter.i have to kill it before it escapes. I couldn't sleep the whole night. My first and last stay in this hotel.i didn't ask for change of room as it was past midnight and my things are all unpacked.

Checking in duration was took quite sometime as the hotel was in high occupancy period due to the school holiday or long holiday. However, the staff was greeted me with warm smile, the checking in process was quite fast when comes to my turn. They provided detailed explanation of the room booking, the surrounding environments and those facilities that can be enjoyed. Plus they have gifted me 2 pieces of cookies which warmed my stomach and heart as well. Overall the room was spacious. I love the softness of the bed mattress and pillow. However, there is 1 full body length mirror facing to the bed which causing me cant sleep comfortably so i have asked the housekeeper to cover it up. They are helpful in fulfil all my request which is included the water bottles as well. Overall stay was good, breakfast choice also many variety and the waitress was greeted me with warm smile. I would strongly recommend this hotel stay to my friends and definitely will bring my family to this hotel again next round.

This is my third stay at this hotel, having visited previously when it was Evergreen Laurel and now as Gurney Bay Hotel. I have always appreciated the atmosphere—it has a classic, old-school charm that still manages to attract a younger crowd. Another highlight is the breakfast, which is consistently excellent and never disappoints. However, as a 5-star hotel, I believe the property should maintain a level of service and maintenance that matches its rating. Unfortunately, this stay had some significant issues. On our first night, we suffered from heavy bed bug bites. While the hotel moved us to a new room, we suspected the bed bug issue persisted there as well, though to a lesser degree. Furthermore, the second room had a water leak under the bathroom basin and the water wouldn't drain properly. I believe the hotel is still well-managed overall, but there needs to be more attention to detail. Maintenance should be proactive—inspecting rooms thoroughly and frequently—rather than waiting for a customer to complain before taking action. I truly like this hotel, so I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure the 5-star standard is upheld.

Colazione numerose varietà e molte persone e pieno di persone. Hotel situato a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto. Tuttavia è fuori città. Per la prima volta i turisti non sono consigliabili di rimanere lì. Circolare con ristorante nel villaggio di Malay. È possibile sentire l'ora della moschea pregare al mattino e alla sera. Sceglieremo di rimanere qui per l'esperienza di accesso alla piscina e dobbiamo partecipare al matrimonio. La camera è molto spaziosa e lunga. Bene con la grande famiglia, perché ci sono 2 letti di grandezza re, bagno indoor, piccole piscine di fronte al mare, sauna, jacuzzi non sembrano funzionare. Abbiamo fatto un check-in precoce e non abbiamo affrontato una lunga coda. Durante le 17:00 abbiamo visto molte famiglie che stanno cogliendo la stanza. Le strutture sono grandi per i bambini - giochi da tavolo, parco da letto, piscina. L'hotel è al di fuori della spiaggia ma non può nuotare. È anche possibile vedere un parcheggio barca villaggio.
