Unfortunately the fridge didn't work, nor did the TV. The a/c was very noisy and we could hear all the street noise. The staff were very accommodating in trying to rectify the issues. Thankyou to them.

Good location to walk to the biggest shopping center but needs 20 mins walk to the main tourist and food area. The hotel staff are nice and kind.

Come hotel a prezzi incredibili, ho tutto quello di cui ho bisogno, cucina per preparare una cena semplice, così facile da accedere anche al bus direttamente sulla strada Khiō, soprattutto, facile da accedere al budget autonoleggio e in grado di cadere dopo un'ora facilmente senza parcheggio Tassa. Ciò che conta è, vicino a così tanti grandi ristoranti vicino all'hotel sul mercato internazionale. Infine, non è troppo lontano da camminare per la spiaggia in 2 isolati. L'hotel stesso è vecchio; è grande per il soggiorno di bilancio se non si vuole spendere troppo per l'hotel

The location is very good although if I go back and decide to stay in Waikiki again I would choose the Hilton Village instead. The room was lovely and we were allowed to check in earlier and also got upgraded free of charge to a sea view room which was fab! The check in member of staff was lovely and polite ! There is a small gym and yoga class 3 times a week Tuesday- Thursday at 8AM. You can hire free of charge 1 beach item per room per day such as beach chair or surfboard. Also towel hiring free of charge thru the vending machine. Parking is valet only and it costs $50 per day so we parked near the Honolulu zoo for free only 12-15 mins walk from hotel. Overall we are satisfied as we liked the room and location. The magicians at the lobby trying to sell you tickets to the magic show were a bit over the top and I would have preferred to not have to deal with them every time I went past.

I had a wonderful stay here. Every morning, I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with a view of the lagoon and the ocean — it was absolutely beautiful. The building is a bit dated, but it is undergoing renovations, and even so, the property has five swimming pools, a lagoon, and easy beach access, which I really appreciated. One downside was that I was assigned a room in the Rainbow Tower with a connecting door. The noise from the neighboring room came through very clearly, almost as if it were in my own room, and the soundproofing was poor due to the connecting door. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the main Waikiki area, which felt a little far but still manageable on foot. Overall, I really enjoyed the facilities, the pools, and especially the lagoon.

Il servizio di ricezione è entusiasta e amichevole. Il primo piano ha una sala d'acqua che può essere bagnata gratuitamente! Le strutture dure sono buone, non molto nuove, ma non vecchie.L'hotel hawaian dovrebbe essere in prima linea. L'unico problema è che il gusto dell'allattamento e della lavaggio dei capelli è molto strano 🤣

La stanza stessa è OK, l'aria fredda è abbastanza, ma la finestra fuori è la direzione della porta dell'hotel. Potrebbe esserci qualche aria di scarico, particolarmente calda.La colazione è casuale, la gente è molto, ma c'è poca scelta. Ci sono torte di carta, il latte è freddo, e sono felice di aver portato acqua calda, non sono andato a bere. L'hotel si trova nel mezzo del corridoio più vicino parallelo al mare, quindi voglio stare più tranquillo.Il tempo di partenza è 11 o 12

The hotel has over the last couple of years been refurbished by new owners. The pool area is now better maintained and has dedicated staff who are present at all times. The pool is large snd nicely situated. The point of difference is the shade provided by numerous umbrellas and some shade trees. There is also bar and food service to your deckchair. The rooms are midsized suitable for two people and have a good sized lanai. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom is compact with shower over bath. Room lighting is dimmable and kettle available upon request. A safe is provided. A criticism would be the small fridge, 6 cans, a milk and a couple of yoghurts is about it. This is the best budget end hotel in Waikiki but budget still unfortunately isn't cheap these days. Overall an enjoyable stay with pool crew being the icing on the cake.

I usually book with the Marriott down the street whenever I’m in Waikiki but I opted to try the Hyatt for the first time; it was also a little cheaper than the Marriott the day that I went. I got a King room with a city view on the 7th floor. The room was large, clean and one of the corners of the tower so it had a curving layout. Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was cold. My only little gripe was in the bathroom, there weren’t any shampoos or conditioners or body wash in the tub like other hotels. Can’t say much for service since I was only there for a day but the employees I did interact with were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.
