Paesi Bassi: hotel con bar nella provincia di Olanda Meridionale

Arrived at 7+am due to overnight train. Service staff initially refused my Euro note for city tax that I exchanged in SG. It had at most a 0.1-0.2mm tear. Asked for legal policies, but the staff incorrectly stated that the note is not allowed to be accepted in the Netherlands (it is a hotel specific policy which probably the accountant has attacked the staff not to accept such notes for fear of bank rejecting?)and had some altercations, finally service staff sarcastically accepted my Euro note saying she will take a risk with her manager Mr. Z. Beside that bad altercation, it is a no frills clean hotel. Beware of luggage storage fees I saw at the counter. Luggage storage might not be free as per usual all other hotels.. You are better off paying for early check in or late check out if applicable. Breakfast was good as well. Location is okay as well.

Hotel bello, buona posizione. Noi abbiamo affittato una suite per un viaggio di business e di piacere combinato. Hotel è diritti sopra un supermercato. Attento!! Carri di consegna del supermercato ti tieni a dormire di notte. Inoltre la connessione Internet non funziona. Si consiglia fortemente di non rimanere qui. Almeno non quando si aspetta un buon sonno notturno ..... Solo una cattiva scusa è stata offerta. Amichevole personale, solo camere rumorose. Stai lontano!

Va bene, ma è necessario trasportare i bagagli per un breve tratto per prendere l'ascensore che porta all'edificio sulla sinistra. L'ingresso del parcheggio dell'hotel è a sinistra dell'ingresso principale; il cancello si apre automaticamente quando ci si avvicina all'auto. Costa 30 euro a notte, molto più economico rispetto all'esterno, ma potreste non trovare parcheggio se tornate a tarda notte.

This is the first time for us to stay here. The hotel room and the bathroom is quite large. The location is perfect, silent and safe. We really love this hotel.

Il personale della reception è accogliente e cordiale. La cucina è appena sufficiente, ma è dotata di bollitore e forno a microonde, il che è sufficiente per qualche notte. Il letto è comodo e l'insonorizzazione è buona. Per qualche motivo, si sente il rumore dei passi sul pavimento, ma è sopportabile. Anche la doccia e il WC erano puliti, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole.

The check in staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in a few hours early for free! The staff were very helpful, despite their app not working for ordering food from the bar. The room was a good size, very clean and a lovely shower/bath. Highly recommend the hotel!

L'hotel era pulito e carino. Il personale era attento e disponibile, ma c'è stato un blackout la mattina del check-out. L'acqua è mancata in camera per ore e, cosa più importante, la nostra auto è rimasta bloccata nel parcheggio. Un hotel di queste dimensioni dovrebbe assolutamente avere un generatore di emergenza. Abbiamo aspettato ore per recuperare la nostra auto dal parcheggio. Una vera delusione. Non abbiamo potuto nemmeno lavarci la faccia o usare il bagno la mattina. Pertanto, non sceglierò più questo hotel.

The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things. The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨. One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel. The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

It was a 10/10 experience from the moment I arrived. The room had a soothing, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in right away, and everything was kept spotless throughout the stay. The bed was warm and comfortable, the lighting gentle, and the entire space felt thoughtfully arranged to make resting feel natural. Every feature in the room worked perfectly, with no little issues to get in the way, which added an extra layer of ease to the stay. The staff carried themselves with a calm professionalism, always available, always respectful, and never intrusive. They handled questions, requests, and small details with a quiet confidence that made every interaction smooth. Their consistency gave the whole stay a sense of steady reliability. From check-in to check-out, the service flowed without any delays or confusion. Even minor needs were addressed quickly and with care, often before I had to think twice about them. The overall atmosphere of the place brought a sense of comfort that built up over time, turning the stay into something genuinely relaxing and satisfying. In the end, it felt like the kind of place where everything simply worked the way it should, no stress, no friction, just comfort handled with intention. A stay that was not only pleasant but genuinely memorable, and one I’d easily call a perfect experience.

Lo stile dell'hotel è molto piacevole, molto nuovo, il servizio della reception è molto buono!L'hotel è situato tra due città, e è un po'difficile giocare.
