Overall it was a pleasant experience but for a young couple like ourselves some of the rules seemed like something set in the 1950 with 1950 Fashion 🤣, women are allowed slippers but not men, men can’t show arms 🤣 you’re not allowed to wear formal vest with a modern take on a formal attire but you can come wearing your Pj’s, all these strange rules just to have dinner lol, but good for taking pictures but for the price it’s not worth it, if you want to take pictures you are allowed to just come in from the streets anyway, there are much better hotels for this price the staff are polite but if you have a problem nobody can solve it. The common rooms are beautiful but the hotel rooms don’t reflect that. The staff are very polite.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole a Lub d Manila Makati. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben organizzata per il nostro breve viaggio. La qualità del letto era davvero grande. La matita e le mutandine erano morbide, che ci hanno dato un sonno tranquillo e tranquillo. Il mini frigorifero in camera era molto conveniente per tenere le nostre bevande fredde, e forniva anche acqua potabile pulita, che era molto utile. Il bagno era senza spot e l'acqua calda nel doccia funzionava perfettamente con una buona pressione idrica ogni volta, e in generale era una grande esperienza con un completo equipaggiamento di base.

We booked a Fort King Suite for a celebration. Here's what stood out: The positive feedback: Ground floor staff and the security team were warm and welcoming. Housekeepers were kind and helpful, though they didn't replace our toothbrushes and slippers during cleaning. Not a huge issue, but should be a standard for a 4-star hotel. Food was great, and the breakfast buffet trainees/new hire outshined everyone—they actively greeted and assisted us while old staff just stood by watching. The negative part: No welcome chocolates at check-in despite what was advertised for the room type booked. The AC had weak airflow even at max settings and was leaking; the maintenance guy tried but failed—same airflow as before. We then asked a lady housekeeper for help, and she managed to fix the issue, which was unexpected since maintenance should have been the one to handle it. But it eventually returned to its original weak airflow after an hour or two. We decided to let it go rather than ruin our trip. The real problem occurred from the 3rd floor and 5th floor—it felt hostile. One non-straight/fruity guy receptionist rolled his eyes when I smiled at him and a female colleague glared at me then looked away. Most staff looked miserable. I could sense that there is some kind of feud among the staff that is affecting their behavior, because I saw them gossiping with each other while they were on duty. They're either gossiping about their colleagues or about other guests, and it's very off-putting. It ruins the vibe and is not very professional. This must be stopped. Most of them will just ignore you when there’s less guests around, but if there are too many guests around, only then will they perform their duties and show hospitality. I've stayed at many 4–5 star hotels; this was my worst 4-star experience. I would not mind if the property were in bad condition—you could have saved the reputation by being kind and warm to your guests. Instead, the negative energy made the experience even worse. Wish I'd trusted those bad reviews. To management: Retrain your old employees. The new hires remember what hospitality means; your tenured staff don't. Thanks to ground floor staff, guards, security dogs, housekeepers, trainees/new hires, and kitchen crew—you saved this stay from being a total loss. Hope that 3rd floor reception team learns basic courtesy and hospitality from you.

Ascensori si fanno attendere nei momenti di traffico. Doccia solo dall’alto Generale stato trascurato Captive wifi 27Mbps down e 17 up Palestra senza aria condizionata; piscina non particolarmente invitante. Rumore di notte in camera con condizionatore acceso: 50db(z) Finestre e tende sporche; dal sesto piano nessuna vista particolare. Letto e asciugamani puliti

Questa è la mia seconda volta e il servizio è stato buono. Il pacchetto ci ha anche permesso di effettuare il check-out alle 14:00 invece delle solite 12:00, il che è stato molto comodo, soprattutto dopo un lungo volo, dato che la struttura è vicina alla NAIA. Prenoteremo di nuovo.

I cannot count how many times we checked in to kingsford. This is our go to hotel. Whenever we feel the want to relax we book our stay here.People and service here are superb. They also respond quickly to emails. I just wish they have this loyalty card for us who frequently book a stay here.

per le vacanze di mio marito abbiamo sempre scelto Eurotel Vivaldi Araneta per la saggezza di accessibilità e non ho mai avuto un maldito o maldito personale che tutti sono benvenuti pronti a aiutare in qualsiasi momento se hanno problemi.Grazie e spero per visitare di nuovo il prossimo viaggio nelle Filippine Buon lavoro ragazzi e hindi masyadong strikto una volta controlla mai na akung nag aspetta sa lobby per un segnale di andare che ok possiamo lasciare na.. Ottimo performance sarà sicuramente prenotato la prossima volta.

Il mio soggiorno complessivo all'Hotel101 - Fort era fantastico! L'iscrizione e l'uscita erano sia super veloce che senza problemi. La posizione è ideale estremamente accessibile e molto vicino al mio ufficio. Le strutture erano grandi, e il personale era caldo e accogliente per tutta la mia permanenza da mercoledì a sabato. Ho letto precedenti recensioni che lamentavano gli ascensori lenti, ma non era la mia esperienza, non ho mai dovuto aspettare molto per l'ascensore. L’unico vero sconto era che le notizie sulle piccole cazzone erano vere; ho trovato tre nella mia stanza (una nella camera da letto, due nella camera da letto); e, poiché ho paura delle roccia, questo era un inconveniente, ma nonostante questo, il resto del mio soggiorno era meraviglioso. Mi prenoterei di nuovo qui ogni volta che devo rimanere a BGC!

Penso che sia abbastanza accessibile dato che ci vogliono circa 15 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto Ninoy Aquino T3 ◎ Le guardie di sicurezza e i dipendenti dell'hotel sono tutti gentili e offrono la migliore ospitalità...🥲La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia è un po' debole sono rimasto deluso dal fatto che non ci fossero fazzoletti nella stanza, ma a parte questo era perfetta ◎ Vorrei utilizzare di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che verrò a Manila 😌
