UUtente ospiteStai qui per 1 notte. Buona esperienza!! Il personale del desk front e le guardie di sicurezza erano tutti molto amichevole e utile. La camera è molto pulita. Il letto è molto forte e confortevole. Le piastrelle sono anche buone (non il tipo morbido e piatto del tutto) In generale ho avuto una buona impressione dell'hotel e è stato un piacevole soggiorno di 1 notte.

DDaniel Wee2Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza al St. Giles nella Mid Valley. Volevo provare qualcosa di diverso dai soliti hotel del centro città. Questo hotel è ideale per coloro che sono interessati allo shopping, ai ristoranti e alle attività ricreative, con un cinema convenientemente situato all'interno del centro commerciale. La mia intenzione era principalmente quella di cenare e rilassarmi. L'hotel è pulito e situato proprio all'interno del grande complesso commerciale, offrendo un concetto di soggiorno. Le camere sono leggermente più spaziose rispetto a quelle del centro città. Una differenza notevole è che non forniscono acqua in bottiglia gratuita per motivi ambientali. Tuttavia, offrono un barattolo di acqua disinfettata per la comodità degli ospiti, consentendo loro di riempirsi presso un distributore di acqua situato fuori dal piano dell'hotel. Ho semplicemente usato il bollitore per far bollire un po' d'acqua nella stanza e lasciarla raffreddare. Sono stati forniti la maggior parte dei prodotti da bagno, ad eccezione del rasoio mancante. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza piacevole e piacevole. La colazione offriva una buona varietà di cibi da gustare al 6 ° piano.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bedsheets were crisp and comfy, making for a great night's sleep 😴. The view from the room was lovely, adding to the overall ambiance 🌊.
Breakfast was a highlight - the spread was impressive, with plenty of options to suit every taste bud 🍳🥐. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was nothing short of excellent.
Overall, we'd highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Desaru to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back! 😊👏

KKiongjThe room is spacious with lots of family activities such as Waterpark in the hotel, Archery, small little playground, swimming pool.
The breakfast is intercontinental buffet breakfast but the varieties and taste is only 6/10.
Lucky there was a Grind cafe which serves better coffee and cakes
The kids indoor playground is pretty restricted as parents are not allowed inside and only age 4 to enter
The room are spacious but still feels sandy even though they share that they have clean the room.
Overall experience is ok for a short family trip.

Location:
5/5. Super duper convenient to the nearby eatery via grab or walking distance.
Cleanliness:
4/5. We saw some coarse grain sugar dropped by the previous guest and not properly clean/overlooked by the housekeeper. Bed, pillow & toilet are clean.
Amenities:
4/5. We booked a 3 guests room but only received a necessity for 2 guests, like bath towel, toothbrush, hotel slippers & cups. No supply for the shower cap, sanitary bag & laundry bag, please bring your own if needed. The wardrobe hang bar in vertical orientation instead of horizontal where it relatively reduces the amount of clothes you can hang. The shower glass door cannot close properly and eventually the shower water split out to the dry area. Toilet seat with build in bidet which is a plus point. Hotel room card was given 3 cards.
Service:
4.5/5. Check-in and checkout are both very smooth and fast. Hotel also provided luggage storage which is great where you can park your luggages b4 check-in or after checkout, great and thanks a lot for that. I think that's why the hotel doesn't have the lobby area with sofa coz the management uses the space for the guest to store their luggages while they can do their errands.
We will definitely come to stay at KSL Hotel & Resort if the price is right 👍.

SShawnLivOverall a good stay! The staff were polite and helpful throughout. The food was not bad, with a decent variety. The facilities are quite new and well-maintained. Loved the hot bathtub in the room – super relaxing! The swimming pool was clean and properly maintained too. Would recommend for a short getaway.

The bed sheets and pillows got stains
The lift to the floors is not so clean and have an odour. The lobby is warm even with 2 small ceiling fans. The spa only 1 person working that day & could not accommodate more guests.
But very friendly and helpful staff and meet my needs asap.
Overall below my expectations of a resort spa hotel.

The hotel are awesome and we have a wonderful day at here with the bath tub.
The hotel are great clean and parking are free .
We went to mini zoo and Desaru beach so near by .
Aircon upstairs and downstairs are prefect .
We really enjoy staying here but the room key should give us 2 Instead of one .
We left the key inside the room receptionist guy wanna check out my room ( I say NO ) I left my key inside the room .
He ask me to put deposit RM 50 but my wallet was in the room due to we going to the beach that why we did bring wallet out .
Staying need to put deposit RM110 I can understand but return back RM 100 .
Room key should give 2 Instead of 1 .
We are 2 person staying inside the room .
Should be reasonable abit .
The Malay guy ask the lady .
The lady say don’t need and that was so awesome and when we check out return back the 2 too
Key no point keeping the key cause I going back Singapore .
The breakfast is nice and great .
We just use the meal card for breakfast .
Other that time everything are prefect and great .

Il sistema di ascensore non è anche il migliore con 3 ascensori le camere degli ospiti ma 2 è stato abbassato nel periodo di picco della mattina
