DDaniel Wee2Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza al St. Giles nella Mid Valley. Volevo provare qualcosa di diverso dai soliti hotel del centro città. Questo hotel è ideale per coloro che sono interessati allo shopping, ai ristoranti e alle attività ricreative, con un cinema convenientemente situato all'interno del centro commerciale. La mia intenzione era principalmente quella di cenare e rilassarmi. L'hotel è pulito e situato proprio all'interno del grande complesso commerciale, offrendo un concetto di soggiorno. Le camere sono leggermente più spaziose rispetto a quelle del centro città. Una differenza notevole è che non forniscono acqua in bottiglia gratuita per motivi ambientali. Tuttavia, offrono un barattolo di acqua disinfettata per la comodità degli ospiti, consentendo loro di riempirsi presso un distributore di acqua situato fuori dal piano dell'hotel. Ho semplicemente usato il bollitore per far bollire un po' d'acqua nella stanza e lasciarla raffreddare. Sono stati forniti la maggior parte dei prodotti da bagno, ad eccezione del rasoio mancante. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza piacevole e piacevole. La colazione offriva una buona varietà di cibi da gustare al 6 ° piano.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bedsheets were crisp and comfy, making for a great night's sleep 😴. The view from the room was lovely, adding to the overall ambiance 🌊.
Breakfast was a highlight - the spread was impressive, with plenty of options to suit every taste bud 🍳🥐. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was nothing short of excellent.
Overall, we'd highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Desaru to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back! 😊👏

Attenzione ai beni personali, perché i bagagli erano stati svuoti diverse volte quando eravamo li', fortunatamente nulla è stato perso/preso.
- Amichevole concierge personale:
Arriviamo prima di quanto ci si aspettava e siamo riusciti a check-in prima delle 3:00, perché la stanza era disponibile Check-out era facile e veloce anche.
- Monitoraggio efficace:
Il mini frigorifero della stanza non funzionava, ma è stato sostituito da un set di lavoro entro un'ora quando abbiamo informato il concierge dell'hotel.
- Ci sono state molte buone scelte alimentari intorno alla zona per soddisfare tutti.

la marca parla per se stessa. La stanza è grande e il letto è comodo. La pressione dell'acqua per la doccia è magnifica. La distribuzione del buffet di colazione ha molte scelte. Mi piace l'atmosfera e quanto bene pianificato la zona di spiaggia Desaru.

The lift to the floors is not so clean and have an odour. The lobby is warm even with 2 small ceiling fans. The spa only 1 person working that day & could not accommodate more guests.
But very friendly and helpful staff and meet my needs asap.
Overall below my expectations of a resort spa hotel.

SShuhada YaacobTutto è stato grande al Lotus Desaru Beach Resort! Mio figlio era così felice ci sono molte attività divertenti come il mini zoo, il parco di splash acqua, l'accesso alla spiaggia, e molte negozi e ristoranti all'interno del resort.È un posto meraviglioso per le famiglie.
Tuttavia, uno sconto è stato che l'ascensore non funzionava durante il nostro soggiorno, ed è stato molto stressante dover salire al livello 5 utilizzando le scale.
In generale, ci siamo divertiti e saremmo tornati, spero con un ascensore di lavoro la prossima volta!

The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a spacious bathroom, and quality toiletries added to the overall experience.
The location of the hotel is ideal – close to major attractions, and dining options, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Overall, Hard Rock Hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and service. I will definitely return on my next visit!

UUtente ospiteWe headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+. We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night.
The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed. The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).
The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well. Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down……
The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!
Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete.

UUtente ospiteThe AC in the room was terrible. After many calls to the front desk. We finally got through and informed them of the heat in the room. Was told someone will come to check. After waiting an hour, I fell asleep in the heat. Middle of the night it was still hot. By the morning the aircon had finally gotten cold.
What a horrible night we had.
The towels at this hotel are also subpar for a holiday inn.
Breakfast and service was good. Location is good too. Free car parking.
