Giappone: hotel con bar nella provincia di Prefettura di Okayama

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Our stay at Hotel Granvia was exceptional. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality; the staff were remarkably kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. Combined with its convenient location, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

This was my second time staying at Abest Grande Hotel, and once again, the experience was excellent. The service is extremely good — all staff are very polite, welcoming, and always greet guests with a genuine smile. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. The staff were also very helpful in calling a restaurant on our behalf to assist with making a reservation, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

La posizione è comoda e il servizio è buono, ma non ci sono posti auto disponibili. I parcheggi nelle vicinanze sono molto costosi, il che rende antieconomico arrivare in auto.

La posizione, i servizi e la pulizia e le strutture erano molto grandi. Ma le camere erano troppo piccole e inconfortabili. Non potevamo mettere 2 pezzi di bagaglio 24-inch. Non è stato possibile spostare molto Colazione & il bagno erano buoni & il suo bellissimo esterno era bello per andare fuori, ma le camere non erano buone per riposare. Il personale era grande e il colazione era anche molto buono. In generale è una buona esperienza.

L'hotel è perfettamente situato. Non lontano dalla stazione Okayama. E ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi vicino. Puoi anche raggiungere il castello Okayama a piedi (circa 20-25 minuti) La stanza è molto pulita. Il letto è grande. Ci siamo riposati molto bene dopo lunghe passeggiate. C'è solo una lacuna: non è possibile aprire la finestra. Ma non è molto. Anche il personale di ricezione è perfetto. Anche se non conosce bene l'inglese, sono ancora assolutamente pronti ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda, tra cui inviare il bagaglio al nostro prossimo hotel. Il colazione era anche buono. Siamo sicuri che rimarremmo qui ancora una volta.

Questo è il posto migliore per vedere il ponte di Huo!La piscina all'aperto è anche bella.... Ma non c'è negozio conveniente, negozio o lavastoviglie in moneta all'interno dell'edificio.Devi guidare al negozio più vicino.Le lettere del personale sono molto buone. Ho fatto un errore durante la congelazione, ma sono grato per la sua risposta, senza espressioni infelici.

Che fantastico inizio per la mia seconda viaggio in Giappone! Ho avuto un così sorprendente soggiorno qui. Il posto è tranquillo e tranquillo, e ho dormito molto bene. Il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e utile, che ha reso l'esperienza ancora migliore. Mi piaceva tanto lo spazio e la città che mi sono fermato a prolungare il mio soggiorno per un'altra notte. Molto consigliata!

Tuttavia, a volte le porte non si chiudevano correttamente, quindi bisognava assicurarsi che fossero ben chiuse. Per colazione si poteva scegliere tra stile giapponese e occidentale; io ho scelto quella giapponese, che offriva una buona varietà di piatti ed era deliziosa. Tuttavia, la colazione inizia alle 7:00, quindi potrebbe essere difficile farla a seconda dell'orario di partenza. Il personale della reception è stato molto disponibile e, nel complesso, è stato un buon hotel.

La cena è molto piccola, ma il sapore è molto buono! La colazione è un po'sciocca, ma molto buona. Più importante, il riso è delizioso!Sono una donna di 50 anni, ma ho finto di nuovo. La temperatura dell'acqua calda nel serbatoio è un po'bassa, non cambia riscaldamento. Il proprietario è molto buono, voglio usare l'hotel di nuovo.
