Giappone: hotel con bar nella provincia di Prefettura di Okayama

Centralissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort, è presente anche l'onsen, un Lawson e vari negozietti all'interno della struttura

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Ottimo hotel, specialmente per i viaggiatori che arrivano con treni la posizione direttamente collegata alla stazione Okayama rende tutto estremamente conveniente. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e molto comode, con un personale professionale, gentile ed efficiente. Il colazione è stato impressionante con una vasta selezione e prodotti di alta qualità. Una base perfetta per esplorare Okayama e la zona circostante.

Probably one of the best stay i had this year. Well located and close to the central attractions. All the staff are lovely and drinks are nice. But the duplex room is definitely the best.

This was my second time staying at Abest Grande Hotel, and once again, the experience was excellent. The service is extremely good — all staff are very polite, welcoming, and always greet guests with a genuine smile. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. The staff were also very helpful in calling a restaurant on our behalf to assist with making a reservation, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

La posizione è comoda e il servizio è buono, ma non ci sono posti auto disponibili. I parcheggi nelle vicinanze sono molto costosi, il che rende antieconomico arrivare in auto.

La posizione è comoda.Ma, molto triste, quando vado a fare colazione, non c'era piatti speciali di Gonshan, che si diffondono in bocca.La stanza era molto secca, ma non poteva aggiungere il cibo. L'aria volava molto polvere durante il sonno di notte.Il cibo era molto grande, mi rilassi molto bene.

Questo è un hotel tradizionale caldo, anche se vecchio ma anche pieno di stile giapponese. Ci piace molto!Ci sono molti ristoranti locali vicino a noi che possono mangiare. Non è troppo lontano, ma sarebbe più conveniente se si auto guida. Per condividere in particolare, il colazione di questo hotel non è un servizio di autoassistenza generale, ma è necessario specificare l'ora del pranzo. L'hotel prepara una serie di colazione di pietra per tutti. Anche se non è un grande gusto comune, il piatto di luce guarda il cuore e la mente e mi sento bene quando mangia! Vale la pena sperimentare!Premere!

夫婦で結婚記念旅でした。電話でチラッとお伝えしましたがサプライズはありませんでした。夜は和食を選択。美味しかったです。　モーニングは5種類からの選択で夫はステーキで私はパンケーキを注文。パンが付くのを認識してなかった私はショックでした。フルーツたっぷりのパンケーキは美味しかったですが。オムレツ等をおすすめします。 飲み物の選択は口頭で言われるのは辛かったです。年齢がいくと始めのものが何やったかわからなくなるので写真と名前等が入ったものを提示して欲しいと思います。飲み物はセルフで選択できたら嬉しいです。 接客係の方は皆さん素晴らしかったです。 全般的に館内、食事、近隣の案内などインフォメーションが写真入りで欲しかったです。改善して頂けたらと思います。

I mean it was good .. everything was perfect...only thing which was creating a problem was that one guest was eating food inside the room which was not allowed...and the noise of chewing and smell of the food was nuisance
