Facility is dated and needs serious refresh. Windows have mold and furniture needs cleaned.
Staff are mostly pleasant.
Restaurant is good. Especially breakfast.
Spa is very good (only got foot massage but impressed)
In total I could not recommend.

Bellissimo costo proprietà in un ambiente tranquillo. Veramente pulito, ben mantenuto piscina, cibo di alto livello. È un bel posto dove si può rilassarsi. Il personale è amichevole, cortese e fa il loro meglio per rendere il vostro soggiorno comodo. La musica vive aggiunge al fascino a cena. 10-15 minuti dalla spiaggia. È stato un ottimo soggiorno!

”Excellent experience at this hotel! The food was delicious, and the stay was comfortable. They offered a wide spread menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was great. When we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed.
We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available.
Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed.
The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

Firstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them!
The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice.
The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived.
The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack.

Camminare dall'hotel alla spiaggia ５ minuti.Ci sono ancora molti ristoranti sulla spiaggia.

UUtente ospiteЗдравствуйте! Персонал по- русски не говорит, раннее заселение за дополнительную плату невозможно. Персонал медленный, номерной фонд ооочень старый и дряхлый. К сожалению, на сайте фотографии нн соответствуют номерам отеля. Отель полностью вегетарианский, единственное что радует это самое близкое к пляжу месторасположение из всех отелей которые рядом. Не уверен, что ещё раз поеду в этот отель и уж тем более не буду советовать друзьям.

Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.

UUtente ospiteThis is an excellent property to stay and chill in Goa. Food tastes okayish. Location is also very good. The beach is hardly 50mts away. Loved the ambience of the property, especially at night. Service at the Bongo Shack is also good. If you want to do water activities, this is the place. Overall, had a great time. 👍

Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here.
Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help.
Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes.
The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good!
The pool was very quite, but suited us.
April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible.
We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

UUtente ospiteWe were surprised with the Holi experience that the hotel curated for the guests. the pool is the highlight of the property, and it stays open till 11 at night. the staff is very warm and it is very close to both Morjim and Ashvem beach. The breakfast spread could be improved, but there are a lot of restaurants and shopping points at walking distance.
