Vi India 4G 12:28 AM 62% ＜ Double Tree by Hilton Goa - Panaji is an excellent property which is surrounded by lush green cover and over looks the majestic river Mandovi. We were on a vacation and wanted to split our time in the hustle bustle and high octane North Goa and so chose this property. the property came with Hilton assurance and our past experience with the luxury chain. The property is just 5 kms from Panjim main market and easily drive able with no traffic. once you reach the property, you are welcome with a typical Goanese style architecture with large conical atrium area. The check in was smooth courtesy Shweta at the reception. We were also offered welcome drink (branded bottled one which did not go well with the property) but we got to have a traditional chocolate cookies which is a regular at all Double Tree by Hilton. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The highlight of the property is the infinity pool overlooking the expansive forest area and the Mandovi river. The GM Mr Shiv Bose and Tapan were quite courteous while we had sumptuous and large spread buffet breakfast. Personalised sweet assortment due to 26th Jan was a good touch. Overall great place to stay unless you have to stay on the beach in Gow

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Initially, I was quite disappointed with the service. The check-in process was slow, and the room assigned was not up to the mark, leaving me questioning my choice to stay at the property. However, things took a positive turn when I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, Sunny. His response was nothing short of outstanding. Sunny listened patiently to my concerns and promptly addressed every issue. The bedsheet had some marks, which I pointed out to him, and he immediately got it replaced with a new one. He was focused on providing the best possible support during my stay, including arranging breakfast and dinner. He went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. During my stay over the Christmas holiday, I had brought a gift for my son and requested Sunny to deliver it while telling him that Santa had come and left the gift. He was extremely supportive in making the arrangements and ensured the gift was delivered in the morning, just as I had hoped. Sunny's proactive and empathetic approach completely transformed my experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are commendable. By the end of my stay, I felt valued and well cared for, which is the hallmark of great hospitality. While the initial hiccups were disappointing, the recovery made by Sunny and his team (Chotti) deserves appreciation. I would recommend Ginger Hotel, but I also suggest they work on improving the initial experience for guests. A big thank you to Sunny for turning things around and leaving a positive impression.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and obliging. Urmila, the chef is an absolute asset to your hotel. What a beautiful lady. She definitely cooks from her heart . Rayna, the FnB manager is lovely also. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the pool staff were very nice and obliging. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Molto bello hotel a Calangute. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite e moderne. Il tema bianco e giallo va molto bene. Le strutture di base sono fornite tasca di tè/caffè, sapone, e caldaie. Il colazione è molto buono e illimitato ha opzioni sia in vega che in non vega. Vi è anche un contatore in diretta dove possiamo ordinare pranzi d'uovo, salsicce, ecc. La piscina e la zona di piscina sono buone e pulite. Ci è una sala multi-purpose dove sono posizionati giochi interni e libri biblioteche. Il personale dell'hotel è amichevole e gentile, soprattutto Azhar dalla sezione ristorante che ha servito la nostra richiesta è stato molto gentile e utile. Si tratta di un hotel che si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Calangute. L'hotel è a pochi passi da MacD. La distanza tra la spiaggia e l'hotel è di circa 1 km.

Inizio dicendo che l’ospitalità è una delle migliori che abbia mai vissuto. Dall’ufficio di fronte alla cucina tutto era di prima vista. Il capo Rajeev ci ha preso così grande cura e si è allontanato dalla sua strada per curare specialità alimentari. Anche Sagar era molto ospite e amichevole. La struttura è a buon mercato a Anjuna e a pochi minuti di auto da tutti i ristoranti e le joints di alta qualità, ma non è necessario perché il cibo dell'hotel è così delizioso non si sente la necessità di andare a trovare buon cibo. Questo hotel è sicuramente degno della sua 5 stelle. Le camere erano spaziose e il letto era comodo. Non c'era alcuna richiesta dal desk che non era stato ascoltato. In breve, amava il posto. Devo certamente visitare le coppie e le famiglie.

Il servizio standard più alto!!! Il miglior colazione e cena , come stranieri potremmo provare la cugina locale che è fantastica!! Il personale è molto amichevole e utile.Abbiamo apprezzato la loro ospitalità così abbiamo deciso di prorogare il nostro soggiorno. Beautiful property and perhaps one of the biggest Fairfield property. The service was professional and the room was cozy with all basic amenities. Beach is just a few hundred meters away though it’s not a private beach. Overall a wonderful place, most important for me was that it was not located in a crowded area. Breakfast buffet can improve.

Questo resort ha il potenziale di essere buono, ha un'area decente di piscina e le camere sono ben proporzionate. La colazione era decente, ma abbiamo trovato disappunto i pasti, soprattutto il risotto che era stato consegnato freddo e poi apparentemente microonde quando abbiamo sottolineato questo. Abbiamo assistito a una celebrazione della piscina di Sao Joao che è stato un po' deludente, si suppone che sia iniziata a 12.30 ma le decorazioni erano ancora in aumento alle 1pm. La cosa più deludente è stata quando siamo arrivati molto presto a causa di un treno notturno che arriva quattro ore prima, ma non siamo offerti quanto un bicchiere d’acqua e quando abbiamo chiesto se i nostri sacchetti potevano essere immagazzinati mentre abbiamo comprato colazione ci siamo detto di no e solo per mangiare. La maggior parte del personale che abbiamo affrontato era amichevole.

The location of this hotel is the key, right in the middle of south and north goa. It was a pleasure staying in such an amazing property of fern. The room was luxurious and spacious too. they serve excellent food, especially the fish dishes. the best part of this property is there swimming pool. its huge and i had great time chilling in it. They got table tennis and even carrom which can keep you entertained. the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. so certainly a must visit hotel.

The environment is really nature friendly and resort is very good. Overall hospitality was good. Manoj was very Friendly and gave his best to make us confortable during the stay specially for breakfast served us very well Mast say he was very professional Remembered what will have very quick service . Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

Un soggiorno assolutamente piacevole. Raccomando molto questo posto a tutti e soprattutto a coloro che cercano di rilassarsi e di rilassarsi dalla spiaggia. Non ***y posti in India sono come questo. Le strutture e il personale sono tutti di prima vista. Molto professionale e gentile. Hanno curato tutte le nostre esigenze senza esitazioni. C'è un bel giardino per camminare la notte, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e guardie di sicurezza in entrambe le uscite. Il resort aveva una vasta varietà di cibo, con diversi ristoranti da scegliere, anche se forse un po' troppo costoso rispetto a ristoranti altrettanto buoni vicino. In generale, vorrei che avessimo rimasto un po'piu', ma avessimo già prenotato i voli. Certamente tornerò quando torno a Goa.

The Holiday Inn is a truly lovely hotel but it’s the superb staff that made our stay so special. The grounds are beautiful and the gardeners work hard to keep it looking so beautiful. . It has a private beach area with comfortable sun beds & umbrellas. The reception is welcoming, impressive & has great seating areas. There are 3 restaurants, each are different and all of them of such a high standard. Chef Anthony looked after us so well & ensured we had everything we needed particularly when I became unwell & hospitalised. When I was discharged from hospital, Hellensy went above & beyond to make sure everything was in place to aid my recovery & she checked on me regularly. I was not well enough to leave my room for a few days & Sandra from room service called our room to see if I needed a particular dietary change, Suchita from housekeeping came to make sure we had everything in the room we needed & Rajendra was an absolute star messaging my husband to check we were both ok and doing everything he possible could to help us. The staff in the Zest (too many to name!) were so kind & we got the best of care. If I hadn’t had the care given, I would have flown home as soon as I was well enough but on reflection, I was definitely in an amazing place to rest & recover. To the HI staff - thank you all so much

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

We were 2 couple and booked 2 rooms at roundcube guest house. We got very good deal on mm t and we paid 1400 rs for 1 room. Rooms were spaced and clean. Location is very good and beach is at walking distance. Bike rental service is also nearby.

I have stayed here for a week. Absolutely amazing stay.cant complain about anything.The staff were very helpful and guided us very well whenever we asked. The location is just wow. On the beach property is located . Rooms very clean and tidy. Restaurant food is amazing. Definitely recommend it for everyone who visit Goa.
