Sono andato durante la stagione delle monsone e l'albergo doveva prendere precauzioni per evitare ogni inondazione, mettendo in coperte enormi che lo facevano sembrare in costruzione. Quindi, se stai andando durante la stagione delle monsone, non ti sorprende se non sembra le foto.Non ho avuto lamentele, almeno non ha impedito l'inondazione. Il personale era tutto incredibile e molto bello, ma non è un ostello senza contanti, quindi tutto è attraverso la loro app. Sono andato al picco fuori così poco di un ostello vibe e la gente si è messo in gran parte ai propri gruppi. Non c'è molto intorno all'ostello, tranne qualche caffè, ma ha un ambiente molto tranquillo e rilassante.È anche a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Manderm dove si può camminare ****** la spiaggia completa per andare ad Arambol e anche al lago d'acqua dolce. Tutto in servizio e pulizia è stato grande, la posizione è stata buona e non molto impianti, tranne una piccola piscina.

The location of Riva is excellent. Right on the quietest part of the beach, but still very accessible to beach shacks and restaurants. There are 3 pools on the premises and the spa services are great. Check in and check out was so smooth. I really wish I could rate Riva higher because it’s a beautiful resort with hospitable staff and it has the potential to be very relaxing. However the food was a huge letdown. Goa is known as an amazing culinary experience, and I wish Riva was able to offer food that was upto Goan standards. I ordered a soup at the cafe and it was substandard to say the least. The sambhar and veg gravy the next morning was watered down and then over salted. Fortunately my resourceful family was able to find some amazing food options outside the hotel.
There’s work to do and I will wait to hear of better food reviews before I recommend or visit again.

Le camere sono in buone condizioni, ma il fatto che le cose sicche non sono bugie. Usa lo sviluppo: prendi le trappole, su di loro il fuoco, appendere su tutte le superfici possibili e girare il fan. Oh, no, per il resto, soffitto: dal calore risparmierà, ma non è esattamente. Il condizionatore d’aria, mi sono reso conto, non ha funzionato nella nostra 105 camera. La vista non è una fonte, ma senza occhi esterni, a meno che, naturalmente, la gente cammina sotto le finestre.
Alimentare normalmente, ma uniformemente. L'ultimo giorno ha mangiato i marroni (draghi), che era molto piacevole. Il tavolo dolce è mancato (al contrario, ci sono frutti di due specie e torte). Forse in ”sesta'” altrimenti, eravamo alla fine di marzo.
Il mare è vicino. Mangiate nella lingerie d'argento e sarete felici!

Vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine al personale dell'Hotel YogiTree per aver reso il mio breve soggiorno di due giorni inoltrabile e molto confortevole. L'hotel dispone di una posizione eccellente, la spiaggia, ristoranti e negozi - tutto è letteralmente all'uscita delle sue porte. La stanza era pulita. Tutte le apparecchiature (frigo, caldaia, aria condizionata e TV) funzionavano bene. Il balcone è comodo, con una tavola, due sedie e un asciugamano. L'hotel serve un delizioso colazione, e il giorno della mia partenza, il cuoco è venuto persino presto per mangiare me prima del volo. Grazie mille! adoro Morjim! Mi manchi!

Начну с лучшего: персонаж шикарный, начиная со входа и все с кем нам довелось взаимодействовать, вежливые, улыбчивые, искреннее настроены помочь и максимально удовлетворить все ваши адекватные потребности - это просто пушка, мегареспект. Приезжали всего на ночь с семьёй, это была вынужденная остановка, но к отелю это отношения не имеет, утром на завтраке нам приготовили лучший за все время омлет с молоком, потом мы спросили кашу, которой не было и какао, парнишка даже не знал что это такое, загуглил и нам все сделали! Территория красивая, дорога на пляж приятная, номера прекрасные! Песок на пляже мелкий, скрипучий как снег - просто рай!!
Ну и минусы которые требуют категорического внимания:
1. Пол в номере был ОЧЕНЬ грязным, мы приехали поздно вечером, уложили детей, приняли душ, ходили там по номеру, а утром посмотрели на свои ноги и офигели. Жена ради прикола взяла салфетку и провела по полу - лучше бы этого не видеть🤣
2. В бассейне очень чистая вода, сам бассейн с разной глубиной, очень комфортно - НО, в детской, более мелкой, зоне бассейна просто невозможно находиться, очень сильно тянет мочой из туалетов, прям воняет именно на уровне воды и метр выше. Если отплыть в противоположный конец, там все хорошо, проветривает.
3. Мы с проблемой не столкнулись, но мне кажется маловато лежаков на бассейне и пляже(8 шт), возможно пляжные лежаки больше актуальны для европейцев, тогда должно хватить.

Отель нам понравился! Все супер. Есть конечно к чему придраться:)( для меня это не хрустящее пастельное бельё) а так все норм завтраки а-ля шведский стол (а-ля это перекус на пару часов вам хватит, если вы мужик) не далеко от пляжа чистенько!
Но вот омрачили поездку создатели этого приложения из за войны с Ираном у нас отменили вылеты из Шарджи и нам пришлось купить другие билеты. Просили их поменять даты они да поменяем и свяжемся с отелем. Потом пришел отказ но в процессе переговоров я связывался с отелем они говорили, что с ними из трип кома ни кто не связывался, так что имейте ввиду при бронировании вам на встречу триповцы не пойдут! А отель клёвый!

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

UUtente ospiteHaving arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.
Hotel staff were also friendly, smart, passionate and respectful. Great experience over all.

But good lord, I wish I had booked it earlier because it was absolutely amazing! The cottage was stunning, with easy access to the beach, and the restaurant was fantastic. My only regret is not staying for 2-3 days. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

UUtente ospiteThe Vivanta Goa Panaji is an excellent hotel. My wife and I travelled from the US to visit in Goa. The hotel has an excellent location near the Campal Gardens and is a very walkable location. We walked to Fontainhas and into the city area several times. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water, more than we could use. The pool area on the rooftop is a great place to cool off and relax after touring, and the food/drink selections and service were very good. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, which I HIGHLY recommend. There was a very large selection of food, including western /continental, Chinese and Indian. There must be over 30 things to choose from, including whatever type of eggs you could think of, waffles, pancakes, dosas, etc. The quality was excellent, the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. We also ate at the hotel at least one evening for the buffet. It was also extremely extensive and high quality and a very reasonable price. The staff was amazing and the servers truly took an interest in making sure we were happy. They made suggestions for what to try, and if you let them know you are an adventurous eater, they will help you to experience something new and exciting to taste.
The hotel is part of the Taj group, and their attention to quality and service is apparent. We will definitely stay at the Vivanta the next time we are in Goa.

Inoltre, la presenza di bambini nei diapers nella zona della piscina è insalubre, soprattutto quando è disponibile una piscina designata per bambini. Questa sorveglianza non solo influisce sulla pulizia della piscina, ma anche comporta rischi per la salute di tutti gli ospiti.
Il disaccordo per l'etichetta di piscina stabilita è stato significativamente detratto dalla lussuosa esperienza prevista in un 5-star stabilimento. Le condizioni sanitarie e la mancanza di applicazione delle politiche di piscina non solo hanno ridotto la qualità del soggiorno, ma hanno anche sollevato preoccupazioni circa l'impegno dell'hotel a favore del benessere degli ospiti e della soddisfazione.
