Stay at 1633 and 1632. 1633 toliet smell even after I flush.. seen like drainage issues.. have told the reception when check out. Lovely renovation but there are some not stuff not up to my expectation. Inform dining is excellent .. Coffee capsule dont taste good.. not like Movenpick standard. Disappointing. Room was nicely removated. Happy to get adjoining rooms. Breakfast on Sunday standard is different to Saturday. Dont taste so good like sat. Beach club is great.. one of the best .. feel like the old times. Pizza is good .. Not enough facilities to support when spa is down .. there should be more massage and facial services.. or may be hair salon.. etc.. there should also be a supermarket inside.. and there are no shuttle to Plaza Lagoi. Japanese food standard is not to my expectation . Food is so sweet.. especially the udon soup base. Expensive and not up to standard. Please review. Scallop is disappointing. Went to the pool with slide.. wondering is the pool clean .. as it looks turbid to me. We were there during Bintan langoon days.. hope to see more new stuff for bigger kids. Kids club is boring for my 9 year old son. No Nintendo switch inside? Haha not much entertainment for older kids since sport club is not ready. Find the game room in bad condition suppose to be quite new ? Not much gaming .. Spa.. i am disappointed as occupancy rate is 60% .. there are no slots for 2 days. The spa cannot meet with the demand of such low occupancy rate? Still not wow like 5 stars yet.. We will not choose to stay here unless there are significant improvement .

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan was nothing short of bliss! The highlight was definitely my Ocean View Villa — absolutely amazeball! 😍 The room was beautiful, spacious and had everything I needed, including a humongous bathroom that felt like a room on its own! The housekeeping deserves a special mention. Putra did an amazing job keeping the villa spotless and even surprised me with adorable towel animals — such a lovely personal touch! 🥰 Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of international flavours, from Chinese and Korean to Indian and Indonesian cuisine. The local dishes could use a little improvement in taste, but overall, the variety was impressive. All in all, a truly relaxing and memorable stay. Thank you, Four Points Bintan, for the wonderful hospitality! ❤️🌊

La navetta libera dalla navetta al resort era super smooth.Abbiamo un grande succo di frutta e un caldo benvenuto dal desk front. Anche lì ci sono molte attività libere. Mi aspettavo davvero la danza e la danza dell'acqua, ma dopo aver aspettato nel lobby, abbiamo scoperto che quel giorno non ci sarebbe stata una classe. Sarebbe stato bello se avessero fatto un annuncio, quindi non abbiamo aspettato nulla. Poi abbiamo fatto altre cose come la pittura di roccia, l'istruzione animale e i sacchi di toto a colori a maglia, che erano fantastiche.Ho anche parlato con Mizhelle quando ha passato il nostro a maglia a maglia la mattina prossima mentre ha fatto la mia henna – una persona così felice! La stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa. L'AC funzionava bene, e ci hanno anche dato un bellissimo sacchetto di tessuto grande da usare. Ho portato le mutandine perche' le recensioni dicevano che potevi sentire la gente fuori. Ma abbiamo sentito solo bugiarde, cricket e furetti, quindi tutto è stato buono. Il nostro soggiorno includeva colazione giornaliera, e l'ospitalità era sorprendente. Ci hanno salutati per nome, che ci ha fatto sentire speciale. Il personale ha anche ricordato i nostri nomi quando abbiamo appena camminato da loro – sforzo 10/10! Abbiamo fatto il BBQ, che era un 8/10. Era una bella giornata. Sfortunatamente, ci sono stati tonnellate di mosche che ci festeggiavano mentre noi BBQ'd e mangiavamo, anche con ribelle. Il personale ha dimenticato il diffusore petrolifero, quindi non potevamo cucinare per un po'. Ma la notte era ancora una grande esperienza per entrambi. Definitivamente una vacanza memorabile.Vorrei solo che la laguna fosse aperta per più di 6 pm.

Ho letto alcune recensioni negative su Google o Trip.com, ma ho comunque deciso di scegliere questo resort per la posizione. Inoltre, dopo aver parlato con l'autista, ho scoperto che la vista sulla spiaggia di questo resort è in realtà la migliore di Bintan. Mangiare all'interno del resort è piuttosto costoso, soprattutto la cucina indiana la sera. Sono andato al ristorante cinese, ma non abbiamo ordinato pesce. Il cameriere è molto disponibile, gentile ed educato. Abbiamo ordinato per una persona di media statura, ma ci ha sconsigliato di scegliere quella perché la porzione era davvero abbondante.

My 3D2N stay here was so good. The staff is very welcoming. I asked for Birthday Complimentary decorations but they did not have that and need to pay 250,000 idr if want but I choose to not do it. So kinda disappointed but since the staff is polite so I’m good. Thanks for everything. I had a pleasant stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Esperienza super super fantastica!! Il resort è un po' lontano, ma è come una piccola comunità isolata e autosufficiente, un mondo a sé stante! Avevamo un sacco di cose da fare anche se non avevamo niente in programma. C'erano tantissime attività gratuite (preparazione di sambal, visite alla fattoria, degustazione di miele, kayak, yoga, piegatura di asciugamani, osservazione delle stelle, degustazione di caffè, ecc.). A tarda notte, il personale è persino venuto a offrirci un dessert gratuito (una torta) ed era così delizioso. Anche la camera era davvero confortevole e accogliente e avevamo un servizio di buggy che ci portava qua e là (era come un giro sulle montagne russe, così divertente). Anche il cibo era buonissimo (Rica Rica aveva degli ottimi satay e mie goreng), e la postazione per le uova a colazione 10/10!! Anche il personale lì è stato così gentile e disponibile, mi dispiace tanto di aver dovuto andarmene... posso tornare...

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Excellent Stay with a Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages — BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, Alfamart, Indomaret, Fore Coffee, and plenty of local street food are all within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient and makes exploring the surrounding area so easy. The room was exceptionally clean, neat, well-organised, and smelled fresh and pleasant. Everything was well taken care of, which made the room very comfortable to return to after a long day. The only minor improvement I would suggest is some maintenance for the flooring and the bathroom door. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food to choose from, and the taste was genuinely good. There were plenty of options, so it was easy to find something enjoyable for breakfast. The service was also excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping teams were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm and professional service really made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of a fantastic location, cleanliness, good breakfast, and outstanding service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Batam. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
