Artotel is totally my cup of tea ☕️🎨 From the moment I walked in, I was like, “Okay… this place gets me.” The whole hotel feels like a mini art museum — with specially curated artwork by local artists and even a gallery right in the lobby. If I’m not mistaken, it looks like live band performances can take place in the lobby too. Honestly, I half expected to accidentally walk into an exhibition opening instead of checking in. The vibes? Immaculate. Creative, quirky, and just the right amount of “I’m cooler than your average hotel.” Also… can we talk about the mysterious gifts? 👀 It was my mom’s birthday during our stay, and she kept finding little surprises in the room. We’re not 100% sure if it’s part of a birthday special or if Artotel just enjoys spoiling guests (not complaining either way 😂). Overall, 10/10 would stay again — for the art, the vibes, and the possibility of more surprise goodies. 🎁

Un soggiorno davvero memorabile al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi Il mio recente soggiorno al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi, nella camera 8006, è stato semplicemente eccezionale, grazie all'incredibile personale che ha fatto di tutto per far sentire la nostra famiglia a casa. La loro dedizione al servizio e il loro calore genuino erano evidenti a ogni passo. Innanzitutto, l'intero staff dell'hotel merita un immenso elogio. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un sorriso. Sembrava che tutti, qualunque cosa stessero facendo, interrompessero il lavoro solo per salutare la mia famiglia mentre passavamo. Questo semplice gesto ha fatto un'enorme differenza e ha contribuito notevolmente all'atmosfera accogliente. Vorrei anche fare un ringraziamento speciale a un membro dello staff maschile del ristorante Rempah Kitchen, dove abbiamo fatto colazione. Mio figlio stava mangiando solo una banana, una salsiccia e un uovo sodo, e questo membro dello staff, che indossava una divisa diversa, ha mostrato un'osservazione incredibilmente acuta. Ha notato subito le scelte limitate di mio figlio e si è avvicinato al nostro tavolo. Si è offerto spontaneamente di prendergli qualcos'altro, come la pasta, e gli ha persino offerto una cioccolata calda. La sua attenzione e gentilezza sono state davvero straordinarie e ci hanno fatto sentire molto coccolati. Mi scuso per non aver ottenuto il suo nome. Infine, un grande ringraziamento al nostro eccezionale addetto alle pulizie, il signor Bahar. La sua attenzione ai dettagli è stata impeccabile. Ogni giorno ci lasciava bigliettini dedicati, un tocco davvero premuroso e personale. Gli asciugamani a forma di animali che creava ogni giorno erano un momento speciale: stimolavano sempre la conversazione e portavano tanta gioia a mio figlio. Il personale di questo hotel è ciò che lo rende davvero speciale. Il loro servizio impeccabile, la loro attenzione e la loro cordialità hanno reso la nostra vacanza in famiglia un'esperienza indimenticabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Best and great hotel. La posizione è grande nel cuore della città. Vicino a molti rumah makan, pasar malam, e altre attrazioni wisata. Il Maxi Spa è anche grande. Il colazione va bene. Si consiglia di rimanere qui quando a Tanjung Balai.

We haven't stayed here for quite a while as we constantly stay at the BCC. As Aston Gideon Penuin maintains a high standard across the border for cleanliness and service. Breakfast is a wide variety of prepared foods and also Ala minute food stalls. Menu does change each day with different dishes. Breakfast is not chaotic and we'll maintained with big crowds as dishes are topped up constantly. Hot water for the shower is food with shampoo and shower gel.

This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.  Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. Saw some negative review from Google or Trip.com, but I still decided to choose for this resort because of the locations. Also, that after spoke with the driver and I know that the view of the beach of this resort is actually the best one in bintan. It’s quite expensive to eat inside the resort, especially the Indian food at night. I went to the Chinese restaurant, but we didn’t order the seafood. The waiter is very helpful and very nice and polite. We order for the medium person, but he advised us not to choose that because the portion is really big.

Excellent service. Restaurant manger help my child prepared scrambled egg when this is not in the menu for dinner buffet. Nice buffet dinner with wide variety of food and live band performance. Nice ambience. Able to check in early. The bed was so comfortable, has big TV which I can screencast. Big swimming pool although the pool floor is not clean. Has proper working desk. Security ok, as I met the security patrolling on the floor. I left something in the room when checked out, the staff even WhatsApp me to inform me. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to everyone. This is more like 5 star in my opinion. We have enjoyed our stay very much.

I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

First time to Batam, hotel location is next to the mall which you may get what you need from mall and shops nearby. The hotel breakfast had variations choice and good. Overall the experience staying in this hotel was great. There is a swimming pool at Level 2 and and massage center inside hotel with reasonable price. If you are coming over follow those youtuber and online recommendations, you are a bit remote and need to go by car. This place may be good for business traveller but for backpacker or light traveller, you may choose to stay near the attractions where you can reach within walking distance.

A 30 minuti dal centro di Batam a Turi Beach. La vista mare dalla mia camera è pazzesca (lato Raini Hill). Ci tornerò la prossima volta 😇 Consiglio di preparare autonomamente shampoo e asciugacapelli. Lo shampoo fornito ha una quantità limitata e l'asciugacapelli ha una potenza molto ridotta, quindi ci vuole tempo per asciugarsi i capelli.
