Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Isole Riau

Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!

Adoro il nostro soggiorno qui! Così bel resort e spiaggia davanti. La posizione è buona per una chiara vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano, nessuna nave/ferry vicino. Anche le piscine erano grandi. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. Solo la ventilazione non funzionava nel bagno, quindi tutto rimaneva piuttosto bagnato per un po'. La colazione era buona, indonesiana e occidentale. È aperto un ristorante per pranzo e cena. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, soprattutto gli uomini di porta e i conducenti di bug e di navetta. Volevamo provare un ristorante a Montigo e ci hanno fatto piacevolmente bug-gid fuori dalla proprietà. Situazione a soli 30-40 minuti dalla città di Nagoya.

This is my third time back, which says how much I love Turi Beach Resort because of the lovely beach view from the room and how the beach feels like a private beach and so quiet. But this time round, I got a room right in front of the pool and near to the reception. The noise from the pool and several events held right beside the pool, with an MC and speaker blasting, really spoiled the tranquil ambience I was looking forward to - an escape from the city and its noise. I requested for a quiet room with a sea view, so I was really surprised with the room given. Perhaps the proximity to the swimming pool and breakfast buffet is a plus for others, but not for me as I don’t swim and I love to walk around the resort. While I truly am grateful to the staff for the elaborate and time-consuming birthday decoration, I did not really enjoy my stay this time round due to the noisy events held during the weekend. If you’re like me, do state that you would like a room away from the swimming pool in addition to a quiet room to ensure a quiet stay. Or perhaps the hotel could alert guests that there will be events held and what time so I could plan to be away during that time instead.

Entire hotel needs an upgrade beginning with wifi. Wifi was Highly erratic n it was better to use own mobile plan throughout. Rice quality in angsana lobby bistro was extremely poor n dry in taste n texture and because rice was the staple for many main dishes , the quality of food was badly compromised throughout. Our best meals were found in treetops banyan tree resort eventually. The staff at angsana cassia n banyan were all excellent n well-trained from porter to electrician. Service was always prompt n one could tell that they truly enjoyed their work :)

Hotel was clean and located in the Lagoi resort area which is where we wanted to be, however the hotel seems old, the gym was a sad excuse with just dumbbells, order food at the rooftop cafe, quiet flavourless, service was good despite the hotel being empty but was still asked to check in at 3pm or pay IDR200k luckily this was not much of an issue as we had activities arranged, that said the room was comfortable enough however the AC stopped working the last night I was there and didn’t come on again causing me to lose sleep.

I stayed at the hotel from 12 to 15 October and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent bathroom amenities. The staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only shortcoming was on the first night when I noticed that the bedsheet had some stains. However, the housekeeping team responded promptly and replaced it with a fresh set immediately. I truly appreciate their quick response and professionalism in handling the matter. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return in the future.

The atmosphere is very calming and tranquil, with a beautiful view of pools that enhances the relaxed feel of nature. I enjoyed the Ikan Bakar seabass, crispy duck brown rice, smoothies and a tiramisu, served by friendly staff who always provided me with a discount. It was such a nice experience—just relaxing, eating, sleeping, and enjoying the sauna.

Non molto adatto alle famiglie. Siamo rimasti 3 notti, 2 notti con feste fino alle 22:00. Se venite con bambini piccoli che devono dormire prima delle 22:00, potreste avere problemi. Il personale è abbastanza gentile, ma un po' troppo. Durante uno dei nostri pasti, ci hanno chiesto com'era il cibo ben 8 volte. Abbastanza fastidioso quando si mangia. La doccia del bagno non ha sportello. Quindi l'acqua finisce facilmente dappertutto. Credo che l'uso principale dell'asciugamano sia quello di asciugare l'acqua sul pavimento. Quindi consiglio di non usarlo se soggiornate qui.

La camera è pulita e spaziosa, sembra parzialmente ristrutturata. Il cibo era delizioso. Nelle vicinanze di De Sands (Santorini di Batam) e sabbia rosa al Blue Fire Beach Club. Circa 20-min guida dalla città. Un po' di disturbo sul ”lavoro di carta” - riempire il modulo di menu del colazione per selezionare le opzioni di cena la notte prima, e firmare il modulo di riconoscimento per il servizio di massaggio. Si noti se pensa di godere di servizio spa in hotel. Il servizio di massaggio inizia dalle 10 alle 7:00. Non è così ideale avere prima di check-out alle 12:00, può essere abbastanza veloce soprattutto se si desidera fare un bagno nella stanza (invece della villa spa). Tempo di uscita molto rigoroso, limitato tempo di estensione dato. Non possiamo avere il nostro massaggio dopo cena per rilassarsi prima di dormire, dal momento che il servizio termina alle 7:00. Non ci sono posti di massaggio vicino. Dovresti prenotare un camion per la zona della città.
