Its a good apartment and the lord is verygood and responsible. Although there was an unpleasant incident, namely a late check-in, they provided extraordinary compensation and the owner was very kind. In the future, I will continue to choose to book at this place.

Had a great stay at Herloom! Brought our dog along, additional 300k/night for small dog. They provide bed and food for our furbaby. Highly recommended!

Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

Questo lussuoso hotel situato in qualsiasi zona, la zona spiaggia situata intorno all'hotel, dobbiamo usare la navetta fornita dall'hotel alla spiaggia e al parco auto. La navetta va indietro e indietro da una posizione all'altra, quindi non dobbiamo aspettare troppo. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, la camera da bagno è pulita anche con tutte le attrezzature. Ci sono macchina da caffè pronta per l'uso e capsule da caffè. Il personale è molto utile dalla prima arrivata e durante i nostri soggiorni. La piscina e la zona di gioco per bambini è molto bello, il bagno, la palestra e anche i negozi. Il ristorante pronto a preparare il nostro ordine e il cibo sono deliziosi, ci fermiamo anche per pranzo prima di partire. In generale, molto piacevole soggiorno durante le nostre vacanze, molto soddisfatto con il cibo e i servizi.

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

We stayed at this hotel because of the 15 hour transit before our next flight. The room is rather small but it’s quite close to the airport. The hotel provides pick up and drop off to the airport. In fact the shuttle service was the main reason why we chose this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Bella struttura, molto vicino all'aeroporto di Jakarta, ma un po' lontano dai centri e ristoranti. L'hotel dovrebbe fornire una scala di ponderazione al lobby come la maggior parte degli hotel a Jakarta per gli ospiti dell'hotel a pesare bagagli prima di volare fuori. c'era solo un personale alla reception con tanti ospiti dell'hotel che entrano e escono, non così intelligente.

Si tratta di un vecchio hotel costruito insieme al terminal. I vetri insonorizzati isolano bene dal rumore degli aerei che passano proprio all'esterno. Doccia con abbondante getto d'acqua. Ecc., che dimostrano come le persone abbiano dato il massimo negli anni '90. Non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare colazione. Contro: La sala fumatori si trova proprio accanto alla hall e al ristorante. Ha una ventilazione interna invece che un sistema di scarico, il che fa sì che il fumo si riversi nella hall e si soffermi in tutta l'area dell'hotel. Potrebbero apportare qualche miglioramento cambiando materasso, cuscino e letto, troppo vecchi, troppo morbidi e con un supporto lasco.
