Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Banten

Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'aeroporto di Sheraton di Jakarta, e mi piacerebbe condividere la mia esperienza. Grazie speciali a Mas A Gree, del team del ristorante, per la sua cura e la sua accoglienza calda.Egli è molto gentile, amichevole e sempre mi ha controllato con mio marito ogni mattina durante il colazione, offrendo nuovi piatti e assicurandosi che tutto fosse perfetto. Anche il cibo era sorprendente! Grazie anche a Mba Caca, così come Mas Ryo, Surya, e Nindi per il loro grande servizio. Non dimenticare il conducente di navetta caldo e gentile, Bapak Priyanto Julian, che era molto utile. E grazie a Mas Vincent/Joshua per aver curato i miei bagagli. In generale, è stata una tale esperienza piacevole e accogliente. Tornerò certamente all'aeroporto di Sheraton di Jakarta!

Hotel in posizione comoda vicino all’aeroporto. Servizio navetta ben organizzato e colazione ottima. Gradevole anche la presenza di piscina e palestra aperte fino alle 22 e soprattutto servizio in camera h24. Stanza ampia ma non il massimo a livello di comfort e pulizia. Nel complesso però buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

Slight inconvenience during check in. Receptionist passed id card to her colleague for photocopying then totally forgot to return it. On the third day got whatsapp message ”when do you plan to take it?” , instead of writing ”tried to contact you but failed, when will be the convenience time to return in to you?” But then the most surprising thing is that when we met the same receptionist that welcome us, she gave the id card while abrubtly say ”please let me take your photo” and pointed the camera to my face. Without any time to answer, she just take the photo without permission. What is the point of asking when you already snap the pic? Who's at fault so that the right owner of the id need to be taken photo of? Manners certainly needs to be upgradedl. apart from that everything is fine.

Il processo di check-in era molto veloce, prendeva solo pochi minuti, e il ricevitore era molto amichevole. Mi sono lamentato che il condizionatore in camera mia non era freddo, e il tecnico è venuto a controllare e a ripararlo rapidamente. In generale, ero soddisfatto del mio soggiorno, ma il letto aveva delle pelli che lo facevano sembrare meno pulito.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Sono rimasto qui con la mia famiglia per un viaggio di Anno Nuovo per esplorare la zona PIK 2. Il personale dell'hotel era incredibilmente generoso; poiché il tipo di camera che ho prenotato non era disponibile, ci hanno aggiornati in una camera di livello superiore e hanno incluso il colazione gratuito, che è stata una sorpresa meravigliosa. La vibrazione è molto tradizionale cinese, quindi si sente molto accogliente per i viaggiatori cinesi o per chiunque apprezzi la cultura. La stanza stessa si sentiva nuova, spaziale e molto pulita. È anche abbastanza moderno amiamo la funzione di controllo vocale per le luci e le cortine! I dettagli hanno fatto la differenza: abbiamo bevute benvenute e anche free mochi crema di ghiaccio nel lobby, c'è anche acqua minerale libera flusso nel corridoio e le bevande nel minibar in camera erano libere. Per colazione, non aspettate un massiccio buffet internazionale come in grandi hotel, ma la selezione è decente.Si concentra su pranzi cinesi autentici, che ci hanno dato una bella occasione di provare qualcosa di diverso. Molto consigliato per chiunque cerca un posto comodo per soggiornare in PIK2!

All'interno dell'edificio del palazzo di Shuang, l'hotel ha prenotato due camere con una sola camera. La stanza è molto piccola. La stanza è appena stata caricata con un odore pesante. La reception è più calda. La stanza è più pulita. Ho vissuto due giorni. Il primo giorno c'è acqua minerale e sapone. Il giorno dopo ha iniziato a scavare acqua minerale. Non si aggiunge sapone e carta igienica.
