grande posizione, camera era spaziale, troppo cattiva non poteva resistere all'odore di pepe in bagno. anch'esso, poteva migliorare la pulizia, vuotando il pavimento soprattutto sotto il letto o il divano.Colazione era ok. In generale, amate il nostro soggiorno lì.

Hotel is old, but okay clean - mostly clean but details no. Especially for the towels, it “looks” dirty. I changed towels two to three times, two new towels every time but somehow at least half of time, the towels have black or yellow sports. I believe the towels are cleaned but very very old towels that they can’t get the marks off…sometimes the bed sheets also has marks. Tooth brush is so hard…unless you usually use the hard one.At the beginning, the hot water was not hot at all (kinda cold), but hotel fix it after reporting, so service wise was okay. Breakfast is a bit pricy but good and with diversity. If you regularly eat breakfast and eat decent amount, then it’s good to have breakfast included. Gym is great! Very complete unlike a lot of hotels. Pools area is good too, having a few locations and sizes (mostly quite big). But sometimes with a lot of leaves floating on top of water. P.s I even think the pool towels are cleaner than the room ones. Location-wise, quite good I suppose. Many malls and restaurants around the area and nice supermarket as well. Just hotel has a big parking lot and land, so if you gonna go around by foot, it might take a bit of time depending on how fast you walk(?) 

Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso per 3 giorni e 2 notti a Novus Jiva Anyer. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e raffreddata, perfetta per una casa di famiglia rilassante. Le camere erano comode, le viste erano bellissime, e il personale era costantemente amichevole e attento. In generale, era una esperienza piacevole e memorabile, e ci piaceva davvero ogni momento della nostra permanenza.

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

Questo è senza dubbio il miglior hotel per chiunque abbia intenzione di partecipare ad eventi in ICE o nelle zone circostanti. Tuttavia, se non avete un tale urgenza o un viaggiatore casuale, non vi consiglierei di rimanere qui. La posizione è un po' lontana da tutto, le strutture sono piuttosto mancanti e la pulizia è un po' discutibile - ho pesato tra il bagno e era molto sporco 😢 La varietà di cibi per colazione non era molto, E quando c'è un evento l'hotel è diventato super occupato, il punto di colazione era davvero pieno di persone e temo che il personale non sia pronto per un tale afflusso di persone.

Posizione: 15-min auto per l'aeroporto. Servizio di navetta gratuito fornito dall'hotel a intervallo 1.5-hour. Nessun altro business o cibo intorno all'hotel. Servizi: Servizi igienici di base. Solo sapone multiuso è disponibile come capelli, condizionatore e doccia corporea. - Non ci sono scarpe da camera. - Non ci sono bottiglia d’acqua potabile, ma si può riempire al distributore d’acqua lungo il corridoio. - Non ci sono tessuti faciali disponibili nella stanza. Camera: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. Mi dispiaceva di avere una stanza all'angolo, che è arrivata e uscita tutta la notte, e mi sono svegliata di rumore. La stanza non è abbastanza luminosa da lavorare.

Avete dormito bene in questo hotel. Non è fantastico, ma è una scelta ragionevole se avete un aggiornamento notturno in CGK T2. T3 ha almeno 3 altri hotel a diversi livelli di prezzo, quindi troverete un hotel più nuovo lì se il vostro volo di partenza è da T3. L'hotel è situato all'interno del terminale T2 vicino alla stazione di tram. Se dovete arrivare ad un altro terminale la mattina prossima, dovreste spendere 30 minuti per il viaggio. Le scelte alimentari in T2 sono molto meno che in T3 ma ci sono pochi uscite che apriranno 24 ore, quindi finché non sei scelto, non avrai fame (abbiamo avuto A&W e era lussuoso). Questo hotel inizia a servire colazione alle 3:00. Il pranzo non è affascinante ma adeguato, con salate, frutta, il solito buffet di riso e pasta, alcuni integratori, pane, caffè, ecc. Potresti avere bisogno di aiuto con bagagli pesanti per portare in piedi e giù le rampe a poche scale. C'è una sala da fumo BIG vicino alla ricezione. Una cosa strana con questo hotel è che le camere sono diffuse lungo lunghi corridoi su entrambi i lati della ricezione. Se il numero della stanza è 1, significa un ＞200m a piedi dalla ricezione.

Davvero comodissimo. Per i transiti nazionali al Terminal 3 dell'aeroporto indonesiano, non c'è soluzione più pratica. Uscendo dall'hotel ci si trova direttamente ai banchi del check-in per le partenze nazionali. L'insegna è talmente piccola (solo il piccolo logo che si vede al centro della prima foto) che si rischia di non trovarlo anche stando proprio di fronte all'ingresso. Appena entrati c'è una scala che scende, e solo dopo si raggiunge la reception. Le camere sono essenziali, adatte solo per dormire e farsi una doccia. Una camera matrimoniale costa oltre 400 (non sono disponibili camere con letti singoli). Un aspetto importante da considerare è il fuso orario: tra Giacarta, la Cina continentale, Bali e Lombok c'è un'ora di differenza. Fate attenzione a non sbagliare l'orario del volo. I prezzi variano ogni giorno e in base all'orario; se dovete prenotare, fatelo non appena trovate un'offerta conveniente. Inoltre, ricordatevi di ottenere in anticipo il visto elettronico online; in questo modo potrete superare l'immigrazione in 10 secondi semplicemente scansionando il passaporto, senza dover fare lunghe code agli sportelli manuali. Il prezzo è lo stesso, perché non approfittarne per risparmiare tempo ed energie?

Very nice hotel, service is very good, we shifted from hotelroom 22m2 to a suite 47m2 with big balcony. Minor remark if you ask to fixe the deposit box code you have to ask several times (normal in Indonesia). Very friendly staff, especially Reza & Rully from the restaurant. My wife is gluten free and they asked the kitchen staff to prepare a special gluten free meal ! Thank you Reza & Rully. The breakfast choice is great of course more Indonesian orientated but oké for us. Menu card is sufficient and typical Indonesian but also have hamburger & pizza on the list. The sate I found dry. Unfortunately Aston hotel has no Spa so no Pijit (Indonesian massage) mani- & pedicure facilities and we had to go to another hotel. We advise the hotel to have the pijit & mani- pedicure in-house . The area is not very interesting but staying at the hotel was very nice because of the beach and swimming pool. Overlooking everything it is fine for a stay for 3 or 4 days because limited interesting things to see and shopping facilities.

I had another pleasant stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best options near the airport. The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, which always makes a difference. Its location, just a few minutes from the airport, is incredibly convenient, especially for short stays or transit. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and I also tried the spa this time, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. On the downside, I noticed the bedding had a slight fragrance scent. It wasn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred a no-fragrance option if I had known in advance. Compared to my stay two years ago, the property is also starting to show a bit of age. Overall, it’s still a very comfortable and reliable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.
