UUtente ospiteI stayed at the heathlands hotel last night and I had the best nights sleep ever as the bed was really comfortable and the bedding was comfortable as well and the duvet wasn’t too thick the bathroom was very clean and tidy but small the restaurant was shut but you could order food at the bar which I did I had fish and chips and peas which was ok but not good quality as the fish was too crispy but was reasonable for the price but I didn’t enjoy it the bar was very quiet so took my drinks to my room which was 126 and I would definitely have that room again overall I had a good stay and a good sleep

DDivsbI recently stayed at this charming hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The property is immaculately clean and well-maintained, though you can tell it has a bit of an old-world charm. The lack of telephones in the rooms added to the nostalgic vibe, making it feel like a bit of a ”bhul bhuliyaan” (labyrinth), but in a fun, quirky way.
The hotel offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights was the fantastic swimming pool, a great spot to take a dip and relax. The backyard, which was beautifully landscaped, provided a serene place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. What made it even more special was how close the backyard was to the beach—it was a short walk to the shore, and the beach views from the hotel were simply stunning.
The views through the hotel were equally impressive, giving you glimpses of the ocean and natural beauty from various corners of the property. It’s the kind of place where you can just lose track of time, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with great views and a lovely atmosphere.

DDiana 1994In generale tutto era grande.
Suggeriamo di cambiare la matrice, perché sia noi che i nostri amici avevano terribile dolore alla schiena, ma questo è ovviamente solo una preferenza e non tutti vogliono una matrice dura come noi.
A parte questo, noi tutti lo amo in questo hotel.

88285SueHDoppia vista sul mare con balcone. Camera da letto spaziosa con bel posto a sedere. Pulizia e in buona ordine decorativo. Camera confortevole, legno di qualità. Bella finestra originale in metallo e porta francese aperta su un vasto balcone. Purtroppo, la vista del mare sembrava essere quando guardava a sinistra dalla fine del balcone e non dalla camera da letto. Bagno ben progettato, pulizie belle e i bagni Elemis di qualità, ma potrebbe beneficiare di una pulizia profonda e un lick di pittura.
Spazi pubblici assolutamente favolosi, non «date», come suggeriscono alcune recensioni, ma mobili e attrezzature adeguatamente in linea con lo stile e il periodo dell'edificio.
Piscina esterna e spa indoor. Molte aree di seggiolino esterno. Piazza forestale estensiva dietro l'hotel. Solo pochi minuti a piedi a Knoll Beach, attraverso i vasti luoghi dell'hotel (compresi i corti da tennis e un campo da golf) proprio lungo la strada. Non ci sono informazioni su nessuno di questi splendidi servizi, o in realtà nulla, nella nostra camera da letto. Inoltre, nessuna informazione su Wi-Fi, nessuna informazione sulle ore del colazione, nessuna informazione su come contattare anche la ricezione telefonica fornita in camera ...
The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was left down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the next day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated dalla stessa cucina.

UUtente ospiteHotel stupendo, grande posizione. Tutto era fantastico. La piccola cosa è la stanza 109 ha una piccola finestra congelata senza vista. Quando si apre ad un muro sporco, non l'abbiamo lasciata aperta, perché il vermin potrebbe entrare nella stanza. Abbiamo anche menzionato che era un quarantasimo giorno, ma nessuna estensione non nemmeno una nota.

SShoaibAmazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno di 3 giorni all'Hotel Harbour a Christchurch.
Ci siamo mangiati due volte, una volta al ”The Upper Deck” e una volta al ”The Jetty”. Abbiamo avuto bellissime tavole, cibo grande e servizio ci ha fatto sentire speciale. La colazione è stata la stessa, con un servizio attento da tutti i dipendenti e un grande cibo servito sul veranda aperto.
Anche se abbiamo usato l'hotel come base per le nostre passeggiate intorno all'area, abbiamo anche usato il bagno, che è stato ben mantenuto e ha tutte le strutture che potresti desiderare.
Abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza assegnata che non era come ordinato da Trip.com. Anche se il gruppo di ricezione ha ribadito che avevano assegnato la stanza accuratamente in base a ciò che aveva ordinato per noi Trip.com, il manager di ricezione Cherry si è impegnato a compensare per la nostra incompatibilità.
Il servizio di The Harbour è stato eccellente, e tutti i servizi che ci hanno servito in reception, bar, ristoranti e spa sono stati utili, efficienti e amichevoli. Anche se la nostra stanza era più piccola di quanto avevamo ordinato, era ben progettata e il letto era molto comodo.
In generale, questo è stato uno dei più carini hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, questo non è in parte dovuto al professionalismo e alla cura dell'attitudine del team di personale.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.
