Francia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Grand Est

L'hotel è fantastico, sia la posizione che il design delle camere soddisfano ogni mia aspettativa, solo il rumore del frigo in camera era così fastidioso che non riuscivo a dormire senza tappi per le orecchie. Il primo giorno, i receptionist non erano molto pazienti, ho chiesto informazioni sul parcheggio e l'uomo al telefono non è stato affatto d'aiuto.

Proprio nel centro storico, a 2 minuti dalla Petite France. Siamo stati lì durante il periodo natalizio e ho scelto l'hotel appositamente perché è facile raggiungere a piedi i vari mercatini di Natale. Bella camera moderna con vista sulla strada, così posso vedere l'arredamento natalizio delle strade direttamente dalla mia finestra. La camera è insonorizzata quindi non preoccuparti del rumore della strada. Vin brulé speziato gratuito che è un buon gesto che può essere gustato al ristorante. Ci hanno regalato anche 2 cioccolatini e il minibar gratuito composto da bibite analcoliche che vengono rifornite quotidianamente. La colazione è adeguata. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno confortevole a soli 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Stato al Holiday Inn Reims – City Centre per un viaggio d'affari e l'esperienza ha superato le aspettative in tutto il tavolo. La posizione è invincibile, proprio nel centro della città e a pochi passi da attrazioni chiave e case di champagne. La stanza era improvvisamente pulita e ben mantenuta, con un comfortabile sistema che funziona perfettamente per il riposo e la produttività. Il servizio era costantemente professionale, efficiente e veramente accogliente, rendendo il soggiorno insondabile. Le strutture sono ben pensate e tutto corre senza frecce. In generale, questa proprietà offre un forte valore con un senso di premio, rendendolo una scelta facile per i viaggiatori di business che cercano fiducia con un toccato di stile. Sarebbe sicuramente tornato.

Quick check in, Nice entrance, good location. Pillow, bedding are comfy! Room in good size. Quiet and modern design where I can have good rest especially I was feeling unwell! However. More improvement on staff training! 1) The hotel could inform us earlier to let us know the city centre is blocked for the Xmas market. 2) Instead of just passing me the city map, the Reception could have share more information about the city, and Christmas market info. 3) Housekeeping took more than an hour to send over amenities. Finally sent over after follow up call. 4) Housekeeping knocked my door at 10:30am despite I have my DO NOT DISTURB sign hang on my door. After I opened, the lady asked when am I leaving, ask their manager asked her to check on me. I was puzzled as I understand the check out time af 12noon, and I was right! I found this extremely ridiculous to knock the guest door with the sign hanging, for the sake of knowing when they can clean the room!!?? 5) Arrived on a Sunday, walked into the restaurant. No one serving or trying to ask for your need. After my approach, they only provide snacks/light eats. A la carte not available. Disappointing! 6) There was a person waiting near the hotel entrance at night time, yell at you for asking for money, and being rude if you don’t support. Overall, the hotel itself is nice! Need better management!

La pulizia era accettabile e il letto in camera era abbastanza comodo. Il design del bagno era un po' insolito, ma andava bene. La camera era un po' piccola, ma lo spazio era ragionevolmente ben progettato, quindi aprire la valigia non era un problema. Il lato positivo era il club, che aveva un'area business piuttosto ampia e un'area lounge dove si poteva facilmente prendere un drink, un caffè o uno spuntino. La scelta era limitata, ma meglio di niente. Il parcheggio più vicino era a sei o sette minuti a piedi. L'hotel offriva uno sconto, ma è consigliabile richiedere un coupon prima del check-out.

位置好，過了橋就是聖母大教堂。不過自駕的話，酒店附近衹有特許車輛才能進入。 在歷史建築上改建，外露木建築很有特色，體驗不錯，雖然沒有電梯，有職員主動幫忙拿行李上樓。 斯特拉斯堡路邊停車很貴，3.5歐一小時；酒店停車場30歐一天；酒店介紹了附近的停車場，停了約16小時，16歐。

Prenotazione durante il periodo del mercatino di Natale, quindi il prezzo dell'hotel è molto alto e un'altra scelta era completamente prenotata. DEVI effettuare il check-in solo alle 15:00, anche se potrei effettuare il check-in prima dell'orario di check-in a Parigi... ma hanno un armadietto per i bagagli, ma non è gratuito. La camera è pulita, nuova e molto grande. La posizione è lontana da tram e autobus (10 minuti a piedi). Prendo il tram per la stazione centrale per andare in un'altra città, il tram è sempre in ritardo :( si ferma lungo la strada e poi perdo il treno ;( Consiglio di prenotare l'hotel vicino alla stazione ferroviaria principale!

Situato in posizione strategica, proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e a un negozio di noleggio biciclette, l'hotel offre comodi servizi di deposito bagagli. Il personale della reception è stato cordiale. La camera era confortevole, anche se sarebbe stata meglio con l'aria condizionata. Fortunatamente, la gentile signora delle pulizie ha fatto del suo meglio per trovarmi un ventilatore.

L'hotel è molto elegante e può facilmente andare al centro della vecchia città di Colema.C'è un ascensore e un bagaglio molto grande, quindi si può essere sicuri e il ricevitore è molto amichevole, ma soprattutto, penso che sia il migliore di vivere in un hotel così elegante a questo prezzo.
