優點是海灘很美，超出片，且位於度假村範圍內，有觀光車環線方便遊客，花12斐幣即可全天不計次數乘坐，前往度假村的其它酒店觀賞海灘風光。缺點是什麼都昂貴，變着花樣賺錢，銀行1美元可兑換2.263斐幣，但這家酒店衹能換1.9，很黑心。退房結帳時還被多算錢，我們申訴後才正本清源。提醒大家：一定在別的地方先換一些斐幣，避免在此踩坑！

The resort is very conveniently located, just close to everything. Inside the resort precinct there’s a dive shop which is great for divers. The resort staff are very hospitable with great services. Plenty of free activities provided everyday including fire walk, kava ceremony and fish feeding etc. Tours can be booked through the tour booking desk at reception. Highly recommended for travellers looking for diving and other outdoor activities.

Everything was so perfect! The only bad side is the beach each-self, not a blue water paradise beach but it is clean and the hotel offer lots of activities (stand up paddle, sailing, kayaking..). The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful like everyone we met in Fiji! The kids club was very good too, the tiny warriors experience is so cute and fun, a must do if you have kids. We were also able to leave our daughter at the kids club and enjoy some massage at the spa and relax at the swimming pool, amazing if have toddlers!

We had a lovely stay at Mercure Nadi with our whole family and few friends! 💛 The service was great — the staff, especially the receptionists, housekeeping, waiters and waitresses, were warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel also offers good facilities, and while it may not have the full amenities of a five-star resort, the people and atmosphere definitely made up for it.
My only complaint would be the bed — I wish it were softer, as I didn’t get the best sleep over the past few days. 😅 Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool because of a packed schedule, but it looked really inviting!
Overall, a pleasant experience in Fiji. Vinaka! 🌺

清潔感あるホテルで部屋の目の前にプールが付いており最高でした。朝食のバイキングも豪華で地元の食べ物や定番のスクランブルエッグ、ソーセージなどありました。ナンディに現地時間で4:30に着き、そこからバスでホテルに向かい、ホテルに8:00〜9:00くらいに着きました。チェックイン時間は14:00〜と記載ありましたが、ホテルのフロントの方に声をかけたところ「もうチェックイン可能」と言われ早朝でしたがホテルに入ることが出来ました。素晴らしい対応でした。アメニティは歯ブラシ、保湿系のクリームなどはありませんでした。ロケーションもラウトカという場所にあり観光地からは離れていますが、他にマイナスの要素は無く、ホテルからの眺めやその他すべてが最高でした。

EEvɛɛThe stay here was lovely, wonderful. Clean place. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had was the phone calls to reception was not answered. Unsure why but it would ring and ring and ring and no one picks up. As we were abit far from the reception area... Im an emergency it could be a problem. Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it.Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it. But otherwise we had a great stay.. I would recommend the massage too... Best decision we could have made. The girls did great.

UUtente anonimoThe communication with staff is basically non existent. For US$1000+ a night, not able to early check in till at exactly 3pm. Not even 1h earlier, staff don't even bother to check if room available, just tell us not able to check in. WhatsApp the duty manager and got one reply and he doesn't reply anymore??? Can't seem to call the hotel. the booking process was torturous on trip in order to get same/ similar rooms, I had to change 3x customer service for someone to properly communicate to hotel that we want rooms close together. Moreover, we booked full board and had lunch included in itinerary at check out but the hotel said that it's not included. But trip said we could claim and compensate. Which is good recovery on their end. Overall, won't stay again.

If you want to go to a place where your not bothered than this is it.
Not many people yet know this resort therefore the stay was private and no waiting for pools etc
We had a bure next to the beach
Staff were over and beyond helpful

UUtente ospiteNon è all'altezza di un resort a 5 stelle. Nel complesso è un soggiorno piacevole, ma troppo caro e non aspettatevi il lusso di un 5 stelle. Purtroppo non ha mantenuto la manutenzione di cui ha avuto bisogno nel corso degli anni.
Aspetti negativi
- problemi con l'aria condizionata e abbiamo dormito senza, ci hanno cambiato camera per risolvere il problema
- una perdita sopra la doccia in entrambe le camere
- il frigorifero era rotto in entrambe le camere
- mancanza di teli da piscina per il numero di ospiti, abbiamo provato a prenderne uno più volte, ma ci è stato detto che erano finiti. Quando finalmente ne abbiamo avuti, erano macchiati.
- mancanza di attrezzatura da snorkeling per gli ospiti, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto fare snorkeling perché erano sempre fuori. Abbiamo parlato con altri ospiti che sono andati a comprarne un po' perché non ne hanno trovati nemmeno loro.
- L'aria condizionata nelle camere è molto rumorosa.
- La connessione internet si interrompe costantemente.
- Non siamo riusciti a guardare la TV perché la connessione internet non funzionava per Netflix e ci è stato detto che potevamo guardarla solo su telefoni o iPad.
- I menu del cibo in camera sono sporchi e cadenti.
Aspetti positivi.
- La maggior parte del personale è molto gentile.
- La piscina riservata agli adulti è tranquilla e silenziosa.
- Buona varietà di attività e cose da fare in hotel.
- Il personale è per lo più disponibile quando si ha bisogno di qualcosa.
Abbiamo addirittura cercato di ottenere un rimborso alla fine del soggiorno per poter andare via. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno e sappi solo che se decidete di soggiornare qui, è più simile a un resort a 3 o 4 stelle.

UUtente ospiteI stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though.
Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available.
There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops.
The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling!
My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.

UUtente ospiteIl volo mattino all'hotel, la signorina Reception è molto buona per aiutarci a aggiornare la stanza. Anche se la stanza è stata chiusa per ore, è molto bello aspettare la stanza verso il mare!L'ambiente dell'hotel è elegante, la spiaggia e il surf sono molto buoni. I due ristoranti Toba e Nova sono molto buoni, il prezzo è ragionevole e il servizio è anche in posizione, soprattutto quando sono stati preparati intimamente per la colazione prima di partire il giorno dopo. Mi sento molto intima.Se la stanza può mettere più acqua per bere, è molto perfetto

GGG262I had a disappointing experience relating to service. My room had no wifi upon check in. I made the staff aware of this straight away, yet nothing was done until mid-morning the next day after I insisted it be resolved. All up I had to visit reception 2 times and call reception 5 times before they finally sent someone for a rather quick fix. When I called reception (outside of check in/out hours) often there was no answer. Furthermore, I paid for an oceanview room with 2 single beds, at check in I confirmed this was what I booked and requested that the room was not overlooking the pool. All these requests were ignored, and I was given a pool room with 1 bed, with no explanation for why.
While the staff are friendly (most hospitality staff across Fiji are), for a ”5” Star resort I found the service very lacking.
