Mia figlia ama la zona di gioco e ci siamo divertiti nell'arcade. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

L'hotel è fantastico, ha tutto il necessario per un viaggio in famiglia o di lavoro. Il personale è molto gentile e sorridente. In particolare, Kelly e tutto il personale della reception e del ristorante. La camera familiare era molto ben attrezzata, pulita e accogliente. L'hotel ha una nuova politica di colazione, pranzo e cena gratuiti per gli ospiti e dispone di una bella palestra e di una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Inoltre, l'hotel ha una caffetteria Starbucks vicino alla reception. Ottimo hotel, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Il cambiamento di piani dell'ultimo minuto mi ha portato qui, perché la scelta è semplice a causa dell'eccellente servizio al cliente, comfort e pulizia.

Questo soggiorno è stato assolutamente fantastico! Fin dal momento in cui varcherete la soglia del resort, sentirete il calore di casa. Il nostro maggiordomo Xiao Ma è una persona seria e responsabile e il suo servizio caloroso trasmette ai clienti un'atmosfera molto cordiale. La stanza è pulita e ordinata, la vista fuori dalla finestra è perfetta, l'arredamento è squisito, i servizi della casa sono completi, il letto è morbido e confortevole, consentendo di dormire bene la notte, e anche la sorgente termale privata in montagna è molto bella. Il ristorante offre un'ampia varietà di piatti e il sapore è ottimo. La prossima volta che andrò in vacanza sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

L'hotel ha un design fantastico, il personale è molto accogliente, la biancheria da letto è comodissima e la vista dalla lounge executive al 44° piano è mozzafiato. Ci hanno persino offerto due cocktail in omaggio. L'unico neo è stata la scelta limitata per la colazione. Per il resto, è stato tutto perfetto e sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che sarò a Hangzhou.

We recently stayed at Club Med Hangzhou with our family of five (three young kids), and I honestly cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. First, the All-Inclusive package is an absolute lifesaver when traveling with kids. Not having to worry about every single meal, snack, or drink made the trip so much more relaxing. The kids could grab a juice or a treat whenever they wanted, and we parents could actually sit back and enjoy a meal without constant interruptions. It truly takes the stress out of family travel. The Mini Club was a huge highlight. Our children absolutely loved it and begged to go back every single morning. A special shout-out to the incredible kids club helpers – Gilang, Candy, Rita, Ella, and Aurora. Their energy is absolutely infectious! They kept the children entertained, active, and smiling the whole time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. Our kids made little friends, did arts and crafts, and came back to us each evening exhausted but happy. The venue itself is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The architecture is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and everything feels fresh and modern. It overlooks the lake and the scenery is just breathtaking. There are plenty of spaces for kids to run around, and the whole resort feels very safe and family-friendly. We also have to give a massive mention to Cindy. She was incredibly nice and welcoming to our whole family. Her English is still improving, but she makes such a genuine effort to connect. She came up to us and with the sweetest smile said, ”I love you guys.” It was so unexpected and genuinely cute. That small moment really touched us and made us feel so valued as guests. For the adults – the bar is excellent. Daniel the bartender makes amazing drinks. Grabbing a cocktail from him was the perfect way to wind down. Really good quality and great service. And finally, a huge thank you to Maggie, the yoga instructor. Her classes were fantastic – just the right balance of relaxing and challenging. But what really stood out was how much she also loved playing with our kids. She would stop to chat with them, make them laugh. It's rare to find an instructor who is both professional with adults and so naturally warm with children. Overall, Club Med Hangzhou is an absolute gem for families. New facilities, amazing food, nonstop activities, and a team of staff who genuinely care. We will definitely be back.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Oakwood a Hangzhou e sono stato davvero impressionato – soprattutto se sei qualcuno che apprezza la comodità e il comfort su un'altra stanza generica. Il frigorifero a pieno formato nella stanza era un cambiatore di gioco. Non il piccolo tipo di minibar, ma un vero frigorifero dove potevo immagazzinare prodotti alimentari, bevande e resti senza giocare a Tetris. E la lavatrice in camera? Salva la vita assoluta, soprattutto durante il clima umido di Hangzhou quando si passa attraverso i vestiti più velocemente di quanto si aspettasse. La possibilità di lavarsi e asciugare senza cacciare un lavastoviglie ha fatto la differenza. Ma la reale posizione era Connie sul desk front, da check-in a domande casuali su supermercati vicini (per quel frigo, ovviamente!) e suggerimenti di lavanderia, andò sopra e oltre. È calda, efficiente e veramente utile – Mi ha aiutato addirittura a capire le impostazioni della lavatrice quando sono confusa.E'raro trovare questo tipo di attenzione personale. La posizione è anche solida – abbastanza vicino al lago occidentale senza essere inghiottito da folle. La stanza era pulita, tranquilla, e aveva una piccola cucina che faceva soggiorni estesi sentire molto consigliato per le famiglie, i lavoratori remoti, o chiunque si stanchi di legno alberghi!

Le strutture dell'hotel sono state estremamente soddisfacenti, complete e ben mantenute, migliorando notevolmente l'esperienza complessiva del soggiorno. Le aree comuni dell'hotel sono ben attrezzate: la lounge della hall è spaziosa e confortevole, con divani e tavoli di ottima qualità, perfetti per aspettare o lavorare. Gli ascensori funzionano in modo fluido e rapido, evitando lunghe attese anche durante le ore di punta. Il sistema di card intelligente per le camere è sicuro e comodo, garantendo un accesso facile e veloce. L'hardware nelle camere è stato curato con attenzione: la biancheria da letto è morbida e confortevole, e il materasso offre un ottimo supporto, assicurando un sonno profondo e senza stress. L'aria condizionata si raffredda e si riscalda rapidamente, è silenziosa e la temperatura è regolabile con precisione. L'illuminazione nella camera è ben progettata, con diverse fonti di luce per soddisfare ogni esigenza. I servizi igienici sono nuovi e funzionali, con una pressione dell'acqua adeguata e un flusso costante, e l'acqua calda arriva subito, rendendo docce e lavaggi molto piacevoli. La connessione internet ad alta velocità in camera è fluida, permettendo di guardare serie TV o lavorare senza interruzioni. La televisione offre immagini chiare e la funzione di mirroring dello schermo è pratica e utile. La scrivania è spaziosa, con abbondanza di prese di ricarica e un layout ergonomico, molto comodo per l'uso quotidiano. L'hotel dispone anche di aree di servizio ben attrezzate, e tutte le strutture sono ben mantenute, pulite e intatte, offrendo un'esperienza d'uso fluida e sicura. Che si tratti di un viaggio d'affari o di piacere, tutte le esigenze vengono soddisfatte. Le strutture sono nuove, complete e l'esperienza è eccellente, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel per il mio prossimo viaggio, lo consiglio vivamente!
