Anche se è un po 'antica (faccia edilizia, rinnovamento della stanza), è molto centralmente situato e abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno! Foto è dal lago lunare del sole che è circa un'ora di distanza dall'hotel

櫃檯服務人員態度非常主動親切又熱情，飯店內的設施應有盡有，格局寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔！ 房間內的衛生及舒適令人滿意，海景、港景及街景在陽台完全一目了然，一樓就有非常喜歡的星巴克咖啡，也是是來喜來登飯店入住最大的動念🤣🤣 九月平日人少，景點欣賞悠哉，街道乾淨整潔，車輛慢行有序，樸實人情味濃厚，台灣有的物資，在馬公市中心也都有…很方便喔！ 返程台灣時有預約接駁，但因為司機大哥問題臨時取消，飯店馬上自費請計程車接送碼頭，雖然花的是小錢，讓客人感受大氣又貼心服務，真的是愛了啦！

Excellent Service from the Front Desk Team I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the front desk gentleman who was on duty the night I checked in at Hyatt Regency Taoyuan International Airport. I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he was the staff member who assisted me and issued my room key for Room 738. When I requested an extra bed, he took the initiative to check availability immediately and promptly arranged it for me. His efficiency, helpfulness, and warm approach truly added value to my stay and made it a very pleasant experience. It is service like this that makes a real difference — thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely guest-focused. I hope my appreciation can be passed on to him, as his professionalism and attitude reflect the high standards of Hyatt Regency. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I will definitely remember this stay fondly and will be staying in Hyatt in the future.

La struttura è un po' vecchia e datata, soprattutto rispetto ad altri 5 stelle che abbiamo soggiornato in (Grand Hyatt). Ma la camera è spaziosa e pulita. E il prezzo è giusto. Abbiamo la vista della città, un piccolo extra, ma crediamo che vale la pena rispetto alla vista interna.

L'hotel dispone di un bus navetta direttamente dalla ferrovia ad alta velocità Zuoying all'hotel (prenotare in anticipo con l'hotel). La camera ha un letto abbastanza grande, una vasca da bagno e un bagno con doccia e viene fornita con detersivo per il bagno. Accanto all'hotel c'è Kenting Street, comoda per mangiare e bere. L'hotel offre molte scelte per la colazione, il cibo è delizioso e c'è anche un distributore di acqua frizzante. In piscina non c'è nessun galleggiante, solo un salvagente. C'è un passaggio direttamente collegato alla spiaggia dall'hotel. Potete portare i vostri teli da piscina direttamente in spiaggia, il che è molto comodo. Ci sono anche ombrelloni e sdraio in spiaggia e si vendono bibite e birra. Caesar Hotel è un hotel che fa venire voglia alle persone di tornarci.

The hotel room is spacious and offer great accessibility to malls and eateries. Very nice view as we were assigned with a high floor unit.

A Fantastic Stay at the Grand Forward Hotel My family and I had a wonderful three-night stay at the Grand Forward Hotel. Travelling with two grandchildren, we booked a connecting room, which was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, with plenty of space to comfortably set up a baby cot. A huge plus was being able to borrow a stroller from the hotel, as we had forgotten ours. While this was a lifesaver, we'd recommend the hotel consider replacing it soon, as the one we used was quite worn out. Having a new, well-maintained stroller would be a great appreciated item for families. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and we were very impressed with the breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is another major highlight—it's incredibly convenient, with train stations, restaurants, and shops all within easy walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend the Grand Forward Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with their family.

Great breakfast, like many other guests have commented, not a huge variety but they have all the necessary ingredients for a filling breakfast buffet and all food taste good! Swimming pool and gym are both comfortable and huge The only problem is it isn’t too close to the metro but I come here for business trip so it’s fine for me

We stayed at Manarch Plaza for one night as a stopover before our next flight out of Taipei. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations — from its convenient location and excellent facilities to the outstanding service. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great selection of both Asian and Western options. We’ll definitely choose Manarch Plaza again the next time we’re in Taipei.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Wonderful staff! Whether it's the concierge employees at level 1, or the check-in staff at level 20, or the breakfast staff, everyone is polite and helpful. Fantastic service and facilities. Breakfast is amazing. Everything is perfect, and I strongly encourage visitors to Kaohsiung to stay at H2O hotel!
