What a gem! ✨💎 I cannot understate what a uniquely beautiful place this is - and also how fantasticly friendly and helpful the staff are! As a foreigner travelling alone through china, I was made to feel very welcome! 😊 Unexpectedly, the staff’s English was very good which although not required did make life a bit easier. The historic building’s atmosphere was charming and furnished very nicely. There are also several cute cats which roam around the property! ♥️🐈 Furthermore, when I faced challenges booking a tour to the Fujian Tulou Buildings (my Phone number wouldn't work) - the staff went above and beyond to help - even coordinating with the driver on my behalf! 🙌 Ultimately, my stay at the Xiamem Qian Mansion was fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough! 🫶

Centrally located within Gu Cheng with lots of eateries around! Food is not an issue when you’re around this area and all are good food! I can’t express further how much i love the location. However, it is not really accessible by car so you have to drop outside and walk approximately 300m in to reach the hotel. And I feel they should have more washer and dryer facilities in the premises. All is good and i’ve got nothing to complain about. i love the place, the serenity it provides amidst the buzzing streets and cleanliness they upkeep!

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione e il trasporto è molto conveniente. La strada pedonale Zhongshan Road è proprio davanti alla porta. È molto comodo uscire a fare una passeggiata la sera, godersi il fresco, fare shopping e mangiare. Il servizio della reception dell'hotel è buono, ma il servizio dell'addetto alle camere non è abbastanza buono. Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati ogni giorno e il lavandino non viene pulito. Spero che l'hotel possa rafforzare la gestione del servizio degli addetti alle pulizie e non trascurare i dettagli.

* L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto grande, con conveniente accesso a Gulangyu. * Il personale è stato di solito utile, soprattutto nel ristorante di cena di tutti i giorni, dove si è attento soprattutto ai bambini giovani. * Solo la colazione è stata sconvolta, quando il personale ha continuato a sgridare il pavimento sotto il nostro tavolo due volte mentre mangiavamo, che non è il standard previsto per nessun hotel a cinque stelle.

Questo hotel è fantastico! La posizione è ottima, proprio su Zhongshan Road, super comoda per mangiare, bere e divertirsi. Che si arrivi in treno o in taxi, si può arrivare direttamente sotto l'hotel. Il trasporto è comodissimo e si trova vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche dei dintorni. Si può raggiungere a piedi l'Università di Xiamen, il Tempio di Nanputuo e l'ottava e la quarta strada. L'esperienza di soggiorno questa volta è stata eccellente, c'era anche il tè pomeridiano gratuito. In generale, tutto è stato ottimo, tanto che abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di qualche giorno. La signora delle pulizie era molto cordiale e la pulizia impeccabile. Abbiamo davvero scelto l'hotel giusto questa volta, la posizione è imbattibile, proprio su Zhongshan Road.

We booked 2 nights stay at Zhangzhou XiangYi hotel on 8 Decemberl. It is located inside the ancient city and is less than 10 mins walk from the main road. The hotel does provide free shuttle bus service to send hotel guests with luggage to and fro the main road. Not sure if it is free both ways as we only requested them to send us to main road after check out. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. When we arrived, knowing that we had not had lunch yet, the staff named Xiao Ou recommended us a list of good food options surrounding the hotel. The hotel room is clean and cozy with the basic amenities provided. It will be good if the hotel can provide a small piece of soap to wash hands at the sink. So we make do with it by using the shower gel provided. Not a big issue for us. But the hotel does provide dry and wet slippers which is a plus point. The hotel staff also told us to get ear plugs from them if we felt noisy at night as our room is facing some pubs opposite the road. But we did not find it too noisy and slept through the night. Maybe, it is winter season, hence not many people stayed out late at night. The hotel also gave us some vouchers to redeem and use for some activities and food in the ancient city. We only managed to redeem the free muah chee aka glutinous rice balls before we left as we were busy exploring the ancient city. We had an awesome stay at this hotel. It is comfortable and convenient to stay at this hotel as we could stay out late at night to explore the ancient city. It is value for money for its strategic location, price and good service. The hotel staff also gave us a goodie bag filled with the traditional biscuits and sweets of Zhangzhou before we left. Thank you!

酒店離上李水庫的山海健康步道超級近，步行就能直達入口，從步道望湖塔俯瞰整片山林與水庫的景色，真的像闖進了綠野仙蹤，春天的相思樹黃得超治癒，散步拍照都超合適。 而且離海邊也很近，房間窗户就能看到海景，清晨看日出、傍晚吹海風，氛圍直接拉滿，不用跑遠就能沉浸式感受廈門的山海風光。 我們原本訂的是雙床房，前台小姐姐知道我們帶了小朋友，直接免費給升級了親子房！房間裏的細節太戳人了，榻榻米上的圍棋小桌和蒲團，小朋友一到就玩得停不下來，角落的小裝飾也充滿童趣，完全滿足了帶娃家庭的需求。 房間的衞浴設計很舒服，乾濕分離做得很好，淋浴區和洗漱台的木紋+石材搭配，質感高級又温馨，用起來特別順手。 公區的餐廳和休息區設計很有氛圍感，木質大餐桌搭配温柔的燈光，不管是吃早餐還是朋友小坐都很舒服，角落的綠植和花藝也讓空間很有生機。 最驚喜的是私湯泡池！小朋友在裏面玩得超開心，池邊的巖石設計很有自然感，泡完湯渾身都放鬆了，帶娃也能好好休息。

Il parco giochi attrezzato per bambini, la palestra, il servizio di lavaggio a secco e lavanderia sono tutti a posto! ! L'hotel dispone anche del servizio di deposito bagagli! L'incontro con il tuo luogo di residenza preferito è il tocco finale di questo viaggio! Così comodo

Molto buon hotel, vicino al più grande settore che è solo un breve passo dall'altra. La zona è ora molto meglio di prima ...alimento solo in basso ... kfc e ristorante cinese in negozi sul pavimento.
