Il nostro soggiorno a Moana Sands Villa è stato eccezionale. L'alloggio è stato spazioso e arredato, con tutte le attrazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Aprire la porta salotto alla spiaggia è stato semplicemente magico. Il supermercato vicino 24-hour è stato incredibilmente conveniente, e il caffè e il negozio di partenza vicino sono stati fantastici. In generale, una destinazione perfetta di portata che non possiamo aspettare di tornare.

The services as soon as we arrived were awesome. All bookings were done efficiently, just gave our passports, and the room was already waiting for us, in no time. I loved the cart, which took us to our room...with our luggages.The cart also took us to Spaghetti Restaurant, nearby. The staff were so friendly, l was startled by the many Fijian faces, l met and saw. It felt like home. The breakfast was yummy. A variety of food and drinks. Also, I managed to do our laundry, the laundry room, was nearby, afew rooms away from our block. To conclude, the experience was worth the rates.

let me start with the good, the staff were fantastic, no complaints there, the resort it's self was very sad and un-loved, but I suppose if you have to keep pouring money into it due to climate change then I don't blame you for letting it go down hill, the food I have nothing good to say about the food, for start they say they have 3 restaurants and don't say just one menu, the breakfasts no matter where you ate the hot breakfast was COLD, don't I repeat don't have the steak for dinner or if you do take a hammer and chisel with you, for the staff sake I don't want to stop anyone going there as the beach is really nice and I think great for children.

Maravilloso personal siempre dispuesto para ayudar, el establecimiento la verdad es que tiene sólo el aliciente de estar ubicado junto al océano… después solo.. dispone de un canal de tv,,, no existe fitness room para ejercicios, y el desayuno siempre el mismo… simple y sin huevos.. ni bacon a no ser de pago, en fin existen muchos hoteles y bungaló en la isla, la dirección debe de cambiar un poco y modernizarse.. además el wifi es de pago ☹️

酒店的餐廳非常好吃，spa也非常好，值得來體驗，海灘人比較少，沒有什麼浮潛的人，水很清澈，就是植物很多蚊子比較多，坐在那個餐廳吃飯的話，一直被蟲子咬，整體來説酒店無論是從接機開始到送機結束，酒店的每一個服務員都面帶笑容，非常的親切且友好，我非常的喜歡這裏，我認為來庫克羣島不應該在拉羅湯加停留應該花費更多的時間來這裏

The rooms are new and large. The staff are excellent. Lovely location with beautiful water views. The only comment for improvement is the gardens. The need to plant some plants into the ground to make it feel like a tropical paradise.

Bel ristorante con bella e tranquilla laguna. Il bungalow è fantastico ma le strutture sono abbastanza fondamentali. Non ci sono quilt sul letto. C'è scala in caldaia, quindi l'acqua profuma molto strano dopo la cottura. Il ristorante è buono! La colazione, compresa la cena complementare, è deliziosa, ma spero che la gestione dell'hotel possa fare di più per migliorare le strutture della stanza.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo - la piscina, la laguna, i cocktail e il cibo erano tutti eccellenti - ma il personale era in mano la parte migliore del nostro soggiorno, erano tutti gentili, amichevoli e considerati, e ricordavano il nome di tutti. Anche il mio pedicure e il mio massaggio erano meravigliosi. Siamo sicuramente tornati per un'altra visita.
