I would like to thank the staff at this hotel! Traveling from NY to Redmond was challenging to say the least. Checked in at 12:30 pm when we were supposed to arrive at 1 in afternoon. Thank you American Airlines for poor service. Front desk Manager was wonderful as our luggage never made it. She provided us with toiltries to get us through the morning. This was our second stay here. Clean, bright and courteous. Relax hour at 4 i believe with complintary wine and craft beer with cheese, bread, olives. Board games scattered about. Please throw some dollars in the gratuity cup! Breakfast is provided with a different hot course daily along with continental accompaniments. Coffee rotated constantly throughout the day. There was also 3 tea selections in the evenings with unique fresh blends.

We stayed 2 nights in the king Jacuzzi suite. The room was clean the bed was comfy and we felt right at home. Nice flat screen with Netflix available. Air conditioning worked great. For the money it was great and very private located at the end of the parking lot. The tub was very nice and the jets weren’t noisy at all.

Room: spacious and very clean. New and updated and very modern, the hotel and the rooms. Mattress is very comfortable. Shower is good with ok water pressure. AC: single unit, but not loud. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming Location: close to downtown (in the downtown, walking to the old mill district) Breakfast: the typical simple free breakfast of the usual hotels. As most free breakfasts, the scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes (on weekends biscuit and gravy) are OK. But, the other items such as waffle maker, the yogurt and cereal are better options. No one leaves hungry. Bananas are offered early in the morning. Apples are usually last till the end of breakfast. Value: compared with other hotels of similar class and grade, it is pretty good.

Il servizio è stato amichevole quando sono entrato nel desk front e al colazione sono stato accolto con un sorriso. Le camere sono state pulite e ben mantenute. In generale una grande soggiorno!

La nostra suite era sorprendente e ci piaceva come l'hotel era centralizzato per grandi esperienze di cena (Jackalope Grill e The Brickhouse erano standout) e shopping (amorevole Dudley's Bookshop Cafe!) - tutti a piedi. Il personale era molto cortese e attento alle nostre esigenze.

L'hotel è carino, come il personale con cui ho parlato. E' stato il manager che mi ha mandato un email che non poteva aiutare. A quanto pare c'era una malcomunicazione tra la mia comprensione di poter ricevere un credito nella maggior parte del mio soggiorno. Ho prenotato l'hotel da mercoledì a sabato, perché mia figlia aveva un bambino e vivevo fuori città. Ho controllato il telefono per Weds, ma ho chiamato l'hotel per farli sapere che non sarei lì come ho dovuto rimanere in ospedale. Ho fatto la doccia giovedì e venerdì, ma ho finito di controllare venerdì in persona, perché non avevo bisogno della stanza. Ho ricevuto un credito per una sola notte, quindi ho pagato più di mille dollari per due docce. Delusione, perché queste circostanze erano impreviste e spero di avere un po' di grazia dall'hotel.
