We have done a banqueting event on sept 9 for a wedding . I like to give my reviews regarding our experience . 1. The welcome drink station at the church started at all welcoming is over , served in plastic glass when we speak all about sustainability nowadays. 2. I visited the banquet hall previous night and given some basic changes and requirement but the banquet manager’s ( Sunny) response was very poor. He will agree for all but not serious about to implement it. The buffet spread presentation was not met the basic standards. No cutlery placed , the service boys were not in uniform, no grooming , hygienic etc The salad counter was a disaster , they don’t have the basic idea to setup a salad counter , when I alerted Sunny he told the hotel doesn’t have any stuff to decorate the salad counter - see my click 3. The food was very spicy , average, can say not up to the standards , deviated from the menu in the contract and Sunny has some funny explanation for everything. He is a cheater and owner has to scrap such HODs from the place. 4. No display signage on lobby about the event. 5 . The look of desert and juice station was very ugly . The management has to think about to change the bowl , cutleries , glass , serving trays etc 6. Don’t look outside through the windows of the pre functional area, it gives a garbage area look. 7. The table cloths are very old, torn, stained gives a dabba appearance. 8. I stayed in room no 404 , stay was good vs the money paid. So if anybody trust you and given you a chance to be the part of their memorable events in their life do some justice with them and comes near to the ”value for money”. This is my feedback and alert for others those who are opting this hotel or stay from this place.

The property is at the centre of calicut, which was really great. We took a suite room, that was spacious and well maintained, which was worth the money. The staffs were super friendly. We were able to hear construction noises sometimes, above our room, that could have been avoided. Overall it was good

Best Three Star Hotel in Kozhikode. Ignore the ratings here. I have tried many hotels in Kozhikode. This is by far the best three star hotel. Its got parking, gym, laundry, travel desk, restaurant. But lacks a bar for those that is important.

I have been coming to this hotel every year for past 5 years and have never felt like changing the hotel. Had a great stay, good place. The staff here is polite and very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean, a good option for business travellers. From room service to food, everything is good. Starting from mr siddhart, mr arjun, mr anil (resturant manager, mr noufal, mr rahul and mr alfin all of they made my stay memorable. Will definitely keep coming again and stay at the same place.

La denuncia di chiusura del bagno è molto inconfortabile In sintesi, il soggiorno presso SAAS Residence in Kozhikode ha avuto alcuni notevoli svantaggi, come la mancanza di vista esterna, una delusione ristorante esperienza, l'assenza di un produttore di tè, e la piccola bagno senza separazione tra doccia e bagno.

We were a group booking occupying more than 10 rooms from 4-6 Feb. Multiple people in our group have bad experiences from the front office staff, specially the night manager on 2 Feb and the morning manager on 3 Feb. Their rude and indifferent responses to simple queries and requests by guests were appalling. We were the bride's party travelling for the wedding reception. The whole experience from the front desk staff definitely soured the guest's mood for some time. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

Aim was done my my wife and complete 18 day Panchakarma treatment at the Ayurvedic SPA at Taj Calicutt. Outstanding care attention and awareness to detail and background of guest and his reasons of coming to the SPA. Therapists and rherapy heavenly. Quantum shift in mind body and soul. Hope to seek a repeat every year for the next two years as recommended by the eminent Doctor Vinitha head of the Ayurvedic Centre at Calicutt.
