We had a sea view but with concrete balcony. I went and asked if we could move to have a glass balcony but after 5 mins of clicking a mouse, I was told “no”. Email before your holiday to ask for a glass balcony if you have paid for a sea view. Rooms are lovely and clean, bed very comfy, but I was disappointed there was no coffee, only tea. The hotel is lovely but SO quiet. Deathly quiet. Not even a little background music. Pool bar is ok…but as someone else said, you have to ask for everything, and the beer is in tiny little plastic cups that means, no sooner have you finally been served but you’re up asking for another one. Most staff were nice, the barman clearly doesn’t enjoy his job though. Pools were freezing and there was work going on sorting tiles. It wasn’t as bad as others have stated though, and we didn’t find it noisy. Entertainment was ok. Nothing exciting. Food was ok but I do also agree with other reviews. We didn’t find it awful but understand how others would find it awful. Nice wine at lunch and dinner. This isn’t a 4 star hotel. The resort was very quiet and we wouldn’t rush to go back. Transfer time was quick and the airport exceptional. All in all, an enjoyable wee trip away, but wouldn’t return to this hotel or resort.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 gg in formula all inclusive perché era abbastanza vantaggiosa ma ci siamo ritrovati a usufruire perlopiù solo della colazione. Al check in abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse un servizio di 'facchineria' e la risposta è stata ' no, ve le portate una ad una in camera' . Bene, non ci scoraggiamo e con una bimba di 3 anni e alle 9.30 di sera posiamo tutto e andiamo subito al ristorante. Anche no! Il cibo è orientato su una clientela inglese e per noi italiani con una bimba è stato difficile mangiare qualcosa di adatto. Si salvava solo la carne e il pesce grigliato al momento. Per il resto, mi dispiace dirlo, ma abbiamo trovato cose ancora congelate a colazione come il pane o le ciambelline. C'era poco di fresco purtroppo. Ho prenotato qui anche per poter utilizzare il campo da tennis ma non ha la rete e quindi le racchette sono rimaste in valigia. Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerei!
