Location is alright, amenities are meh! Hotel room decor and facilities are outdated, breakfast is ok, and WiFi is eeky - it almost drove me insane, perhaps the May hols got it overwhelmed.

Upon entering the room I noticed that there was smell in the toilet due to the shower curtain not being properly washed prior to check-in. The wifi wasn't working properly as well, and upon contacting them front desk I was told that the wifi router was located outside the door, suggesting that I should get closer to the door of the room in order to get a connection. Later on the front office supervisor on duty (Mr. Kerry) came to my room apologizing for the weak connection while mentioning the dated age of the property. He went on to offer a room change, however the issue remained the same after he left the room. While I understand that the building is over 20 years old, it is still a 5 star hotel. Thus, if the wifi connection is weak in all rooms, all guests should be made aware of this fact upon check-in, which did not happen. As much as I appreciate Mr. Kerry's effort to make my stay more pleasurable, I cannot say I enjoyed my stay here and it is unlikely that I will return.

Had a great one night stay. Arrived late, front desk staff was kind and upgraded my room to a harbour view room with spectacular views. Very convenient with bus stop a few steps from the hotel. Altira and Nova shopping mall are also nearby.

the value for money during the weekend, without the pool but having the sauna and steam room which is good as well. location is fine in taipa

A great stay at the hotel with the spectacular view of the Macau Tower and sea view from the room. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean with good facilities.

We were assigned a room on the top floor facing the Taipa city view. The room was spacious and with a big window to alliw us to enjoy some greenery. A nice room overall. However some improvement might improve patrons experience: 1. TV set signal reception not so optimum, not showing High definition on screen; 2. Only one bag of two types of tea were given, too few for 2 guests in the room. There were no coffee packs: 3. No hook to hold clothing in the bathroom.. In general the room was worthy of the tariff paid.

Everything are good for this hotel~ they have bus stop just opposite / beside the hotel, which convenient for us to travel around~ There are restaurants / convenience stores / supermarket with just crossing a road (towards to Altira) from hotel~ Hotel room is big and clean, the most I like was the handler bar in washroom which really convenient and no need to worry of space~ Thanks to Hotel Front Desk team on arranging us for seaview room, we did enjoyed the Macao’s fireworks on the last day of CNY from our rooms. Bellman and luggage concierge were friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby with lots of sofas and tables, which is an adding points for big group traveler like us. Overall, this hotel is fantastic to us

Although this is stated as a five star hotel, it has definitely seen better days. The rooms are a bit dated since there hasn’t been any renovation in places like the toilet, and closet. Other than that, this is a full resort with a sizable gym. The hotel has other facilities like tennis courts, which they charge $150 per hour. If you like ********, just across the street is Altria, which has a small ******. Across the street from the backside of the hotel is a quite nice mall where you can get a Starbucks.

very things are pretty nice but the furniture are a bit old .I really enjoyed the spa btw! The breakfast there isn’t that good tho

In general a good hotel, however during my stay the swimming pool was not working, all windows are sealed and the bathtub is super small (kid size) so it’s impossible to have normal air, but the thing that really annoyed me was that every time I go out, the room card key doesn’t work, so I every time I come back to the hotel I had to check it in the reception, I don’t know if this was only my room but that really bothered me, the food is good and the service is good, everybody are very cordial and everyone speak English . The location is good, trust me from the hotel to the city center is 40 Macau petacas (like 40rmb) everything is super closed so for the price is good. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious

Quite good. The view is good we can see the sea and the lanscape. Meanwhile, the staff are friendly and willing to help.

Such a good hotel in Macau. Completed facilities near bus station. Easy for transportation
