Most people will not be staying here for business as it is very close to the Disney parks. It is festively decorated and scrupulously clean with an over abundance of fluffy pillows. The beds are very comfortable. It has all of the basic amenities you would expect including a microwave and mini fridge and a coffee maker with lots of coffee. (In our case, there were six packs of decaf and no regular in the room.) Many hotels that are part of a system like Wyndham do not charge deposits to their members when they book through the hotel group's own system. This is not the case with this property. Even if you book directly through them expect them to put $100 on hold until you check out. It can be difficult to find at night. It is back from the road and the sign is not immediately visible. The Howard Johnson aspect of this property doesn't seem to be visible anywhere so don't look for a Howard Johnson when driving. It could be improved with the addition of an elevator. We had requested a ground floor room and arrived at 6 PM. If you have any difficulty with stairs you might want to look for a place with an elevator, especially on the busy weekends, as it seems they are not able to accommodate requests for specific floors.

I booked this place last minute on *********** after deciding to extend our time by a few days in Orlando. The options were slim pickings but after watching some YouTube reviews and such we decided to do it. My family and I checked in on a Saturday for 2 nights. I called 2 hours prior to the 4pm check in to see if the room was ready as they offer early check in if available. I was informed the room had been ready for quite sometime now and we could head over and get checked in immediately. Upon our arrival everything seemed great. It was clean and nice looking, the lobby was nice as was the gated community feature. After unloading our items we started seeing red flags before even getting to the room. The elevator up to the room was in poor condition. The appearance of the doors to the different units were worn down and beat up looking. Upon entry into room I was not impressed. We scooped out the rooms and bathrooms and immediately started seeing issues. In the main shared bathroom the tub had what I thought was chips in the bottom of it and turned out to be large pieces of dirt. There were also NO towels. In the main bed bedroom the safe would not lock. The issues only got bigger from there. The living room furniture had crusted food smears on it, several low areas on the walls had bright orange maybe Cheeto smears from a small child with maybe Cheeto fingers. The giant mirror hanging in the entry way had hot Cheeto or taki smeared all over it. Absolutely disgusting!!! I am a mom of 3 I get it kids eat they get yucky and touch stuff BUT also as a former housekeeper who has spent years working in a hotel this was unacceptable. In the kitchen the cabinets had really old spills running down them including some gooeyiness running down the front of the dishwasher. I immediately called the front desk and gave them a list of issues with the cleanliness and they apologized and said someone would come fix it all. I advised we were going to the pool area for a few hours and would be back. The nice girl on the phone assured me it would be taken care of. My family changed into swim suits and headed to the pool. Upon arriving at the pool it was nice set up. However the type of people that were mainly there were not the type I would prefer to have my kids around. It was a rather “rough crowd” I am an African American/Hispanic woman and the people that were at that pool were animals. It was very unappealing, however we kept to ourselves found an empty corner in the pool and made the best of it. At the end of our pool time my husband who used to be a life guard years back had to pull a baby out of the water not even 2 yrs old from the pool near where he was standing because the parents just were not watching and she did not come back up after jumping in. After he grabbed her out and looked around for her parents he gave the baby back to them and instead of making sure she was ok the mother starts yelling at the dad that he was suppose to watch her and they conti

Excellent accommodations but suffering from massive growing pains. This property has 2 five story buildings with 3 more under construction. If you don’t mind the construction site view then nothing but good for the rooms. They were very new and clean. Vending and ice machines were missing on the floor we stayed on. If you enjoy an evening drink there is a bar and evening gathering. The bar is devoid of anything above bottom shelf alcohol. Breakfast left us wanting for more. The preparation of the food was poor and much of the hot food was barely warm. My wife’s eggs were swimming in oil and the over easy became scrambled. On check in we did talk to the property manager to try and get a room facing away from the construction. Unfortunately there was nothing available that suited our group of four adults and two separate bedrooms. I believe he made an honest attempt and did discount our room. In the future I would seriously consider staying here as I feel the negatives are due to the new growing pains and the positives outweigh them.

Prima pagavamo per una stanza con vista sulla piscina, ma quando arrivammo, ci fu data una stanza senza vista sulla piscina. È voluto un po' di tempo (circa 2 ore) e un po' convincente, ma il manager poteva trasferirci in una stanza con vista sulla piscina. Quando siamo arrivati nella nuova stanza, siamo stati soddisfatti della posizione e dello spazio; tuttavia, i mobili sembravano vecchi e non ben mantenuti; la maggior parte dei mobili in legno conteneva molti spazi, I vestiti della camera da letto erano fuori dalle ferrovie e non si aprivano facilmente, sedendo sul divano nella sala da letto era impossibile, come si quasi si sdraiava al pavimento quando cercava di sedersi sul divano. E'cosi' triste per un hotel con una grande posizione e una reputazione in alto livello.

La signora che ci ha aiutato al banco di servizio era scortese e molto scortese. Abbiamo guidato da Dallas a Orlando con un uhaul che abbiamo prenotato 2 notti ma non siamo riusciti a fare la prima perché eravamo ancora in rotta. Non voleva darci la nostra camera e ha detto che la prenotazione è stata cancellata perché non ci siamo presentati per la nostra prenotazione. Per farla breve, abbiamo dovuto chiamare il direttore che è stato così gentile da aiutarci e ci ha dato la nostra camera.

Il 10 settembre 2022 abbiamo preso un viaggio da Port Canaveral e perché abbiamo guidato da North Carolina siamo arrivati un giorno prima per salvaguardare la mancanza di un viaggio. Poiché i prezzi dell'hotel vicino al porto sono molto costosi, abbiamo scelto di rimanere un'ora di distanza a Oneway Fundamental. Abbiamo rimasto lì il novembre precedente e siamo stati molto impressionati, quindi valeva la pena guidare. Anche se Oneway Fundamental è un motel più vecchio, tutte le camere sono state ristrutturate con meno è più disegno significa che non ci sono cartelli o mobili nella stanza che è molto più sane con una TV a schermo piatto sulla parete. Il letto era molto comodo e il prezzo era incredibilmente costoso. Josephine era in ufficio quando arrivammo, era molto utile con il nostro check-in e una richiesta che avevo. Come ho già detto, anche se Oneway Fundamental è un motel più vecchio, è un ago in un stallo di pesce e molto raccomandato.
