Initially we were skeptical about the place, however ,the moment we checked out the rooms, we were sure of occupying the rooms comfortably for the next 2 days. Very neat, clean spacious rooms with a sit out space. You feel connected and get that 'at-home' feel esp after going thro the mult fam photos and the Rebelos family tree, put up on walls, nd discovering that the place has more than a century old history! being located at the heart of the city, it has an easy access to places & is just a 3 min walk from cruise @ Mandovi. Good wifi connectivity available. Since meals not included in stay, we ordered online, necessary cutlery is provided at hotel. They hv a fridge storage & a microwave oven if needed. Our room had a kitchentte space, so eating in room was not at all messy. Owner is friendly and guides u well for local trips.

Property is located near beach which is around 5 minutes walk. Property does not have sea view but you can go to beach by walk, nearby market, food etc facilities are very good. Pet is allowed, car parking is present, room are clean and tidy, with hot shower facility, and western toilets, i will recommend this property to others in that budget it is very good. Amenities are good. Staff is good and cooperative.

The property allows us early check-in. - thank location-wise, the guest house was ideally situated. It was conveniently located near major attractions, making exploring the city's sights and sounds easy. Public transportation was easily accessible from the hotel, which was a definite plus.

Recentemente ci siamo fermati in questa proprietà per un breve soggiorno, al check-in abbiamo incontrato la signora che era molto gentile e carino, e ha anche aggiornato la nostra camera in una categoria diversa, che era una camera di vista molto pulita e buona. Abbiamo trovato la stanza così comoda al check out, abbiamo incontrato la signora proprietaria che era così gentile e gentile mentre parlava e ci aveva offerto un buon addio. Excellent location, value for money, ac room, clean. You will get basic amenities. Budget hotel in this price. You can reach calanguat in 2 minutes max by walk. It's near bust stop, you can take bus to others locations or taxi stand.

This hotel is amazing in too many ways. Location, amenities and cleanliness with top class fittings. It starts from the GM Philip who is polite, soft spoken and obviously a hotel professional with an eye for detail. The cleaning crew, indoor cafe staff are all polite, welcoming and cooperative. 5-6 rooms face the beach directly with large sliding glass private balconies. Breakfast buffet included is very sumptious served in the beach facing cafe. Gleaming glass elevator in the lobby. Really enjoyed our 5 nights in this top class hotel with reasonable rates. We will be sending our friends here and revisit in the near future. Rooms: Very comfy room, private balcony, wonderful rain shower, natural light
