Soggiornato in questo hotel per caso a causa di un volo cancellato. La struttura é piuttosto attempata e assomiglia ad un tipico cottage di campagna inglese. Molto retro ma sicuramente di forte impatto visivo. Le camere sentono sicuramente il peso degli anni ma nonostante questo sono assolutamente comode, pulite e ben tenute. Il letto è enorme e discretamente comodo. Tutto in ordine e ben curato. L’accoglienza al desk é stata eccezionale, la signora alla reception è stata super cordiale ed efficiente nonché molto empatica, davvero un valore aggiunto. Check out rapido ed efficiente anche se con meno cordialità. A mezz’ora di auto da Gatwick è inoltre molto comodo per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Una piacevole sorpresa.

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it! Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

Molto amichevole personale, grande posizione con parcheggio. Grande colazione, comprese le deliziose opzioni veganiche. Molto pulita camera, lavande calde per il bagno richiesto. Solo critiche sono leggermente stanchi mobili nella camera da letto e le mutandine dure. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto.

I think this is the first time I have stayed at a Travelodge hotel and this hotel just wasn't as luxurious as a Premier Inn hotel. Everywhere you walk around the hotel the floor squeaks and the room we were given was very basic. The hotel bar only had one beer on tap which was Guinness, I know there are other beers available in bottles, but it would be nice to have a lager on tap. The receptionist for the hotel is also the bar staff having to go from the office to the bar when someone wants to order a drink, this isn't ideal. However, having said that, the breakfast was delicious! There was a great selection, but the option of a fried egg would be nice, only scrambled egg was available. We also felt that as paying customers of the hotel, the onsite parking should be free of charge.
