La notte è rimasta in un soggiorno con vista sul fiume. La stanza e l'appartamento erano puliti e il letto era davvero confortevole. Il cibo al ristorante era eccellente.

Hotel Handy per il terminale. Non potevo sentire aerei dalla mia stanza che erano puliti e tempestosi, anche se un po 'consegnato' Non si detrae dalla manicure di essere così vicino al terminale per un volo precoce. Bella doccia e comoda letto. La prima cosa che è stata utile al mattino è la caffetteria e i sacchetti di caffè o i sacchetti di tè. La cena era buona, ma non c'era molta scelta (segnale dei tempi?) la birra era bella! Il personale era amichevole e utile. È bello sapere se un viaggiatore solitario come me era.

My first impression on entering the reception was that the lady checking me in was miserable and snappy, it is only when she noticed my response to this did her demeanour change. I did note this has been mentioned on previous r I was booked into a DELUXE room! There was nothing deluxe about this, on entering the first thing I noticed was the bed had no valance and straight away I noticed stains on the bed base. The full room was unclean and thick dust along the skirtings, especially under the TV turn table, there were drink spillages down the wall and the carpet was un-hoovered and badly stained. The bathroom was unclean and I did find odd the toilet roll holder being on the opposite wall which cant be reached when sat on the toilet! The shower was so unclean I did not want to get in it. The balcony is badly fitted and had a hole in the left corner and rubble. I convinced myself it had simply not been cleaned between guests and requested another room which I got (209) unfortunately this was no better and even had stains on the base sheet and the bottom of the shower base had holes and was in need of repair. No expresso machine as advertised for deluxe rooms. For £120+ I would expect to see a much better standard given I can pay that for a Premiere Inn and get Breakfast & evening meal for that. The only thing I did like was that it had double doors opening onto the balcony where I sat watching the planes coming in. Due to how unclean both the rooms were sadly I did not trust to order the food as my thoughts were if the bedrooms were so unclean what state was the kitchen, so I ordered takeaway. The dining room reminded me of a working mans club The lady getting me the second room was suitably apologetic. The lady getting my drink who checked me in made me feel uncomfortable when I asked to see what wines they had which meant she had to remove the cupboard door. If there was a wine list this would have been avoidable however given I was buying a bottle I would not have expected to be made to feel I was asking too much of her. 1 Needless to say I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone

We had booked the hotel as a friend was having a wedding in Coalville, so wanted to stay nearby. The Hotel is in a good location and there is plenty of free parking. The Hotel itself is a bit outdated, and could do with refurbishment however our room was spotless, extremely clean and as was the rest of the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the room has all the facilities that we could need. The staff were absolutely fantastic, really friendly and welcoming and are an asset to the Hotel. A particular lady, we did not get her name unfortunately but she was great. I think she may have been the manager. She made us all feel so welcome and really made the stay. We really enjoyed our stay overall and thought it was fantastic value for money. The only thing that I could say would need improvement would be the breakfast. I am Vegetarian and there wasn't a menu that I could see, so my choice was limited. As the breakfast was around £10 each, I felt that I did not get value for money, and that my choice was limited. I think that a vegetarian option would be really beneficial especially with the price point. There was a large option for continental breakfast such as fruit, yoghurt and pastries which was good. However, everyone else did enjoy their breakfast and there is a good selection otherwise. Overall: Extremely clean and fresh smelling hotel brilliant staff free parking good facilities and comfortable bed. Decent room size Thank you for a great stay!

Extremely easy to get to so no stress there. Plenty of parking. Check in was Welcoming and swift. Room was a good size and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast. Food wasn't the cheapest I'll admit (This is the Hilton after all, not a burger king) BUT it was very nice indeed, well presented and flavoursome. Taxis to and from the hotel went without any issues. All in all we loved it. So much so that we've booked again for next year when we fly from East Midlands for our 10th wedding anniversary. Something to mention is, should you have any queries or questions use the Hilton messaging service. Its exceptional! Literally the best communication we've had with a hotel EVER! Look forward to seeing all the lovely helpful staff again soon. Zero complaints from us. A well deserved thumbs up from us 👍

Spazio pulito. Camera confortevole. Personale molto amichevole. Rimasto la notte prima di volare. Parcheggio e volo prezzo molto ragionevole. Colazione continentale incluso a 4.30am. 2-3 minuto di autobus per il terminale costante £2. Il bus si ferma vicino all'hotel e, al ritorno, vicino all'arrivo. Prenotare di nuovo l'anno prossimo
