Hotel a 2 stelle in Himachal Pradesh, India

I enjoyed my stay here overall, especially because of the peaceful garden atmosphere. It really feels like you’re staying in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery and fresh air. In terms of cleanliness, I would say it was average. Since the property is located within a garden environment, I noticed that some areas showed signs of wear, including a bit of rust and mold in certain places. I believe there is room for improvement in maintenance and upkeep. That being said, what truly made the experience enjoyable was Kittu. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He took great care of everything and made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. His hospitality really stood out and made a positive difference. The breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared. It was one of the highlights of my stay and a great way to start each morning. One thing to note is the location. The property is situated midway between the main areas, which means taxis do not usually pass by regularly. If you need transportation, it is best to ask the manager to help arrange a taxi for you. The property is not within walking distance of everything. It takes some time to travel down to the Dalai Lama Temple area, and it also takes a while to go up to Dharamkot. Depending on your plans, you may need to arrange transportation or be prepared for a bit of walking. Overall, if you enjoy nature, greenery, and a peaceful environment away from the crowds, this is a lovely place to stay. While the maintenance could be improved in some areas, the warm hospitality from Kittu and the tasty breakfast made the experience worthwhile.

Yalakhom is situated at a remote yet accessible village in Himachal Pradesh called - Kalgha. Kalgha comes in the way to Kheerganga Trek, so those who are planning to go for the trek may consider staying at Yalakhom, as it is a great place to rewind and relax. I stayed at Yalakhom in the first week of June, the weather was pleasant and the rains made my stay even more pleasurable. When you will be at Yalakhom there won’t be any view you could take your eyes off. The people managing the homestay are also great. They take their time in cooking food, but they will serve you the freshest food possible with wide variety to choose from, that too at such a remote place. The wonderful folks at Yalakhom also offer accompanied guidance for treks, however I wasn’t aware of this until my final day at Yalakhom, so I couldn’t make use of the same. Pemba bhai, Agrimji, Resham bhai and Yangzee didi must be specifically mentioned. They will accomodate you as you are their friend, while respecting your privacy at the same time. I highly recommend Yalakhom notwithstanding your purpose of vacation, be it trekking or taking a peaceful break at the Himalayas.

Sono un viaggiatore straniero dall'Europa, e dal momento in cui sono arrivato a Rashal Homes, mi sentivo bene. La posizione è molto bella.. una nuova esperienza.. vicino a Shimla ma meno occupato, il soggiorno di casa si trova molto vicino al mercato principale di Shoghi, in una zona tranquilla. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia, nonché il personale sono molto amichevoli. La stanza è molto comoda! Le decorazioni sono bellissime. Buoni letti, cuscini morbidi! Le viste sono fantastiche, così bellissime. È possibile vedere tutto il cammino verso Shimla. Grande terrazza per rilassarsi e godere di alcuni dei loro deliziosi cibo o bere. Raccomando molto Rashal Homes a tutti i viaggiatori!

Il mio soggiorno cominciò con un sorriso grande del ragazzo alla ricezione. Era molto gentile. Tutti i membri del personale sono grandi. Letti e mattoni di buona qualità nelle stanze. Acqua potabile e WiFi gratuita. Devi scaricare l'app ostelli per aprire la tua camera e la serratura (per Bluetooth) ma ha funzionato bene. La posizione è piuttosto buona, solo circa 3 km da Kasol. Se non hai il tuo trasporto, ci sono spesso autobus. Raccomando questo ostello ad altri backpackers.

🇲🇾 這家住宿有點老舊，不過維護不錯，房間舒服，view也很好，最重要是熱水穩定，供電穩定（wifi有點慢，不過自己top uo airtel 3G 也才40INR），員工友善（Paras Lakshay 和廚師們）本來打算住一晚，結果還是續住了 😎😎 步行去market和旁邊的Palchan也只是15-20分鐘內 👍👍 如果真的想要KFC/ Domino，步行30分鐘或打車10分鐘就有了。住宿管理簡單，足不出戶也可以一整天在住宿耍廢，whatsapp點餐送上房間，很適合耍廢或疲累的旅者 😎😎 如果從其他城市到Old ***ali/ Volvo巴士站的話，打車費有點貴，700-1000不等，如果有時間的話，可以問一下shared taxi，費用是50-100左右 💰💰 值得再回去的小鎮 ❤️❤️

The Hosteller kasauli is a very nice backpacker hostel. The location is good. Not in the main market, but very peaceful. Comfortable beds, wifi. Clean place.

View from the room is perfect to enjoy your vacation. Initially you can find it difficult to find the place. Staff is polite with great helping nature. I will recommend to visit this place.

Очень колоритный отель, в удобном месте, все рядом, но не шумно. Хороший санузел. В номере нет телевизора и телефона, не очень понятно как подключить интернет и как связаться с ресепшен. Дали с собой вкусные бутерброды, т.к был ранний выезд до завтрака. Отель относится к институту искусств Нурбулинка.
