UUtente ospite: I recently stayed at HRJ Sarovar Portico Indore and had a truly pleasant experience. The overall property is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that make your stay relaxing from the moment you check in. What really stood out for me was the housekeeping service. The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. My room was spotless every day, with fresh linens, perfectly arranged amenities, and a refreshing ambiance throughout. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The prompt response to requests and the consistency in service made a big difference. Whether it was room cleaning, replenishing essentials, or ensuring everything was in order, the team handled it efficiently and with a smile. Overall, a great stay experience, especially for those who value cleanliness and well-maintained spaces. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!!!!

DDhiraj : No photos this time. Cons- no dedicated parking place , cars parked on road not at all safe. Service is pathetic. Especially on breakfast time. Staff doesn’t even give you a look. Not attentive at all. Limited breakfast . Unnecessarily hyped place . Avoid it

UUtente anonimo: The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

UUtente ospite: Overall impressive stay! The check was a bit weird as they take photograph and scrutinise a lot it seems. Room was spacious, reasonably priced, staff was nice. There was a mall nearby as well with many eateries around. Would definitely stay here again
