    Great park

    This park is a nice walk along the Ohio River. There's plenty of benches to rest or eat a picnic lunch. Great views of Wheeling Island.

    great breeze

    this iss a great place to go they have great entertainment and the food is always so good. we Take our chairs and just sit back and enjoy it all a nice breeze off the Ohio River.

    Went to the Arts & Cultural Festival on a warm sunday. many good booths with a variety of wares for sale Parking was nearby and resonable.
