This was a wonderful experience prior to may 2023 but I keep getting information as if this is still open. Can someone provide the latest because we want to go back in the near future.

Check the website, it's not open.
Unfortunately, I didn't visit the website until I arrived. It's clearly not open for business. Website says closed due to hurricane damage.

Very exciting experience
I have visited this ice gallery several times. It has been a very "cool" experience. It was impressive to see the accuracy of local culture depicted through ice sculpting.
