Nothing out of the ordinary. We were expecting something more impressive. However, you can cross this bridge without any problems. We didn't ask we walked on to see the Dam, therefore crossed anoth...

I just amazed to visit here. This bridge is very nice place to enjoy the natural scenic beauty of the Uji river and the mountains.

It's just a bridge...

The bridge itself is not a real attraction. You will pass by when going to see the dam. It is a small suspended, wooden bridge... Not even the nicest I've ever seen...

On the way to the Dam

A good example of an older suspension bridge that is on the way to the dam. As previously stated, there is a lot of construction work going on in and around the river, so there may be some works occur...

喧騒の宇治橋から30分の軽いウォーキング。滔々と流れる宇治川をまたぐ吊橋。

喧騒の宇治橋から亀石楼側の岸（北岸、上流から見て右岸）を緩やかな上り30分の軽いウォーキングで当地に達した。滔々と流れる宇治川をまたぐ吊橋。2020年に新たに作り直されたようだ。歩けば確かに吊橋特有の揺れを感ずる。 ここからプラス10分弱で天ケ瀬ダムのダムサイトに達する。
