The Rubicon is a tiny river, a small stream really so do not expect much from the Famous Roman Bridge - however it is a significant historical place :-)

We visited this area to remember my father who fought here during WW2. It must have been beautiful when Julius Ceasar crossed but is somewhat spoiled by the addition of modern brick work,
