Take the tour. One of the best views of the pacific and Catalina island I've ever seen. Like stepping back into time. I think j may do it today. I love this place.

They walk you through the house and explain the history, the equipment and about the families who ran the light house before walking you upstairs to the view room only about 4 people are allowed up there at a time so they send you up in small groups. Once you've been uo to the top the tour is over and tour free to leave or wait for the rest of the group to view.
Cool little lighthouse located inside Point Fermin Park! Apparently, there's a history behind it too! It's the first lighthouse to be placed in the San Pedro Bay area. Built in 1874, I'm surprised at how great it still looks! Didn't get to go inside, but from the outside, it's pretty cute actually.
