A lovely monument, Great for photos.
A statue dedicated to all fishermen and those who risk their lives at sea. It stands silhouetted with the sea stretching out behind, very atmospheric with the Greek flag flying in the sea breeze.
Nice Copper/Bronze Bust
It's right on the Argostoli port, interesting pose, not sure who or why he is here. Only learned that he's a local poet from others reviewing this statue.

Take a walk across the water on the beautiful bridge to Argostoli town and amongst the views is the statue of Nikoa Kavvadias...fantastic
Greek poet
We passed this statue every day whilst staying in Argostoli, so I took a photo of it. Unfortunately I know no more.
