Historic building, now cafeteria/gallery
The building could be at any historical museum, I guess it has been used as a home for a poor miner and his family for about 300 years. (Røros was rebuild after fire in 1679.) Now a cafeteria/gallery...

Best value and best charm in Røros
Loved the traditional soup and flat bread for a very resonable price and the surroundings were stunning. Staff were helpful and told us the history and trading of the food.
Rustic charm
I enjoy visiting Thomasgården for a cup of coffee and cake. It has a rustic charm, whether it is summer in the back garden, or sitting inside on those days its not so warm.
