good views along the bay
access wasn't possible at the time of my visit, but the site and its small park on the waterfront side offer good views around the bay both sides of port. and some welcome shade in the heat of the day

L’hôtel château neuf est édifié dans l'enceinte du palais du Bey, l'endroit est un grand bâtiment de 18 étage en béton.
une tour qui domine la ville et qui est rester à l'état de carcasse depuis plus de 25 ans!
la raser me semble impossible, vue la proximité des habitations,; qu'attend l'etat pour renover ce debut de construction bien situé mais helas aujourdui qui ne sert a rien
