Rude staff

Can never get through on their phones and the staff are generally very rude and impolite. The customer service really is just awful.

Swimming lessons

Swimming lessons are awful, 8 kids in the tiniest section of the pool. 2 swim back and forth at a time while the other 6 look on. My son Maybe swims for 5 minutes max during a 30 minute lesson
