A superb view from downtown Sannomiya in about one way 50 minutes
Original Text
From Sannomiya, I took the subway to Myohoji Station, and then I walked up the hiking course and went back and forth to the back of the horse. Many people visit Sumaura Koen Station vertically through the Suma Alps, but it is relatively easy to visit if you make a round trip from Myohoji Station. If you take a picture, it will be backlit in the afternoon, so be careful. I think that Mt. Rokko is a superb view along with the Ashiya Rock Garden.
It is accessible on foot from Myohoji Station in Suma. However, you need to climb a steep slope, so you need to prepare accordingly. You don't need mountain climbing equipment. It is also accessible from Takakuradai by bus. When you go up the hill through the residential area, you will see a wonderful view. It is a place where you can see that Kobe is a city of sea and mountains.
It is located in the course of the Rokko Zenzan vertical run. From Takakuradai, you can climb the endless stairs and walk on a gentle mountain road, and even from Myohoji Temple, you can climb the basic steep slope, so it may be easier to go from Takakuradai. I went from Takakuradai, but when I walked all the way through the forest, the forest suddenly opened and I could see the area at once, and I could see this white rock surface and the scenery of Kobe. So far, there were trees and things to grab around ...
It is a rocky area that is the highlight of the Suma Alps. It is located just between Takakuradai and Itabashiku Hachiman Shrine, and you can arrive from either one in an hour. Although it is a steep rocky area, there are few chains and rope, and careful routes are required with three points support. The direct climbing route is closed or rough, so access by major routes is recommended.
