I'd do it again

Loft room was great. Plenty of room for 6. Very close to main st. Christmas time is beautiful. There is construction but it didn't bother us.

Terrible

The check in process is bad you can stand in line for over one hour. The main elevator does not work. Bad customer service. They just want your money. Once and done.
