He is a military commander who was the second son of Ieyasu Tokugawa and became the first feudal lord of the Echizen Fukui Domain. A handsome actor was playing in the NHK Taiga drama "What to do Ieyasu", but the stone statue straddled the horse and stared forward with no expression.
It was a valuable spot in Fukui Castle. It was also in the castle where I couldn't see it in particular, and even this equestrian statue stood out. Grace, I needed to be careful because the prefectural office building will enter depending on the angle of taking pictures.
