Great picnic spot
Beside the River this is a lovely spot to enjoy a picnic or just a quiet relaxing time in the grassy area.
Beautiful pristine waterways
This is a gorgeous area, all around Cooktown. It is quite a long way to come but well worth a visit. The river comes off the Coral Sea where Cook beached the Endeavour after almost losing her further ...
Cooktown
Pretty area is cooktown , the town is small, friendly people, the parks along the river are looked after well and easy parking, take your time and look around... 250 year anniversary of Cooks Landing...
Must see
Just beautiful, the endeavour river is a great sight with a lot of wildlife.... truly a place that crocodiles call home...
Great spot
Just a bit out of town, very peaceful and relaxing.. Great spot to have a picnic and a few wines... I will be going back.. Worth the trip!
