Nice place to visit. There are Ancient buddhist ruins. Foreigners should buy tickets to enter this place.

Must visit place and enjoy the architecture of centuries ago. How nicely they have designed and very meaningful. Supposed to be the place where King Kavantissa got married to Viharamaha Devi.

Very calm and quiet temple. Legend says that King Kavan Tissa who ruled Anuradhapura married princess Viharamaha Devi at this place.
