What we liked:
Hotel location;
Gorgeous landscapes from the room window;
Pool area;
Spacious swimming pool;
Spacious room;
The pool is properly planned;
Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.;
The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.;
Relaxing massage;
There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

Наша вилла была просто великолепной: просторной, стильной и очень уютной. Белоснежное постельное белье и безупречная чистота создавали ощущение настоящей роскоши.
Персонал отеля — настоящие профессионалы! Очень отзывчивые, душевные и всегда готовые помочь. Когда мы решили арендовать байк, его привезли прямо к отелю — новый, мощный, всего за 500 песо в сутки. Это было невероятно удобно для поездок на пляж Алон (всего 7 км) и к местным достопримечательностям.
Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки. Еда была вкусной, свежей и приготовленной с любовью. Настоящее наслаждение начинать день с таких блюд!
Порадовала близость к улице с кафе и ресторанами — буквально несколько минут пешком. Это позволило нам попробовать много местных блюд и не зависеть от транспорта.
Особенное спасибо за организацию раннего завтрака перед нашим выездом — в 5:30 все уже было готово, а трансфер до аэропорта ждал нас вовремя.
E L Westensee Resort — это место, куда хочется вернуться! Теплая атмосфера, идеальная чистота и заботливый подход к каждому гостю сделали наш отдых просто незабываемым!

Il bagno molto slippery doccia non ha una porta di vetro da separare con il bagno dopo il bagno bagno sarebbe bagnato come un paio se si è in una fretta non sarà in grado di utilizzare il bagno mentre l'altro ha una doccia. A causa di quella camera da bagno è anche molto bagnata e scivolosa quasi scivolare per qualche volta.
Il personale del colazione non è buono, non ti permette di sapere che non hanno tutti gli oggetti sul menu quando ti siedono solo per farti sapere quando l'ordine è stato messo in un posto per ordinare ciò che è disponibile.
Anche loro sono sempre solo intorno alla zona del caffè e sono così occupati a parlare tra loro che non sono consapevoli quando si cammina attraverso la porta anteriore o quando si desidera ordinare soggiornato 3 notti ma si arrendere colazione il giorno 3.
Il nuovo hotel è un peccato, ma il bagno e il personale del colazione stanno abbassando questo posto.

MMichaelIl ristorante era molto tranquillo, quello che volevamo, ma si sentiva come una stagione. Ci sono state alcune riparazioni e il ristorante è chiuso un po' prima di quanto ci sarebbe stato piacere. (Non c'era nessuna informazione sulla riparazione quando abbiamo prenotato il ristorante)
Dopo aver detto che il resort era molto pulito e ben guardato.

UUtente anonimoLa camera è spaziosa, dispone di mini frigo e acqua calda, dispone di parcheggio, il bar è situato nel lobby dove si può ordinare. La posizione è grande come è accanto alle Outlets dove ci sono opzioni di cena, forniture e shopping e è lungo l'autostrada nazionale.

-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white ***** that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.

RRegieActually, the service is good. The location is fair enough to the Ayala Center Cebu. But unfortunately, the amenities such as free wifi is not good, everytime or everyminute the conection was so poor. And about the food which i can't tell because i have not try to eat there.

TThomasBGOverall it meets the expectations, even though the best part of the hotel is the lobby. But still - spacious rooms, cleanliness is OK (even though I don't really like the idea to tell the reception to have my room cleaned, as their rule is - when I'm choosing to stay in a hotel, this should happen by default), beds are nice enough and there is a desk and a normal chair, if you need to spend some time on your laptop. Wifi is not good (good speed, but unstable - at some moments completely lost, and then in a minute to five minutes - works fine again), but I have a feeling this is a problem with wifi net in the Philippines as a general, or at least in its hotels, because it's been so in every single one of them over 3 different islands. The other thing that needs improvement in this hotel, is the bathroom. Who needs a bathtub in 2024, especially when you can't properly take a shower in it because there is not even a curtain if not something better to keep the water only within the wet zone? But still the overall feeling was good and I was happy to be there for 3 days. For more - not really. The area around is nice with a lot of restaurant, cafe and fast food option, however, to get to other parts of Cebu, you'd better be prepared to waste some time because of the traffic jams in the busy part of the day - but since this is a problem almost everywhere, I wouldn't blame the hotel for this.
